I love the quality of the shapewear and excellent customer service. My last order was mis-sized. I don't know what happened, but my return and reorder was processed painlessly. Make is so much easier to do business when a company is this forgiving.

Shapermint has helped me boost my confidence greatly.. I have nearly all the different pieces they have to offer and i am happy with all of them. After my 2 kids, my tummy never reduced back to my original size... The pregnancies and deliveries also affected my bottom shape. Shapermint helped me "manage" my problem areas very well. The only reason it doesn't get a 5star is cuz the the shaper shorts and boy shorts tend to ride up the things during a long day's wear.

Excellent service, excellent product! Very good value for money with that little extra customer care that means the world to us larger than life ladies! So pleased I found you! I now have a bra I have been looking for practically all my life! One I don't want to take off at night and can't wait to put on in the morning! Comfort at last and I don't feel guilty or embarrassed by my rather large chest any more! Fab fit, fab fabric, fab company who know what us ladies need! At first I was skeptical of buying a Shapermint because I go up and down in weight. However, when I first received my Shapermint panties, they were absolutely comfortable and soft. Just like you see the women on the Shapermint commercial(s) trying theirs on, is how it actually fits. Now I ordered the Shapermint body suit. I can't wait until I receive it by mail. In the beginning, I read the size chart, and customer reviews. Afterwards I "had" to order my Shapermint(s)!

Honestly pretty happy!
After having the mommy pooch I needed something to make me feel better about the belly! I ordered and received it in 5 days! And that was including weekends! I was very happy and they are pretty great... I ordered the high waist panty and will be ordering more :)

Overall I am very happy with the customer service via shapermint and shapermint gals. This time I processed another exchange for a bra that wasn't the best fit. Unfortunately I still have not received an email confirmation. So I'm not sure if I should wait and see that the item is shipped or... Really I don't know. What I do know is there is a human on the other side of the electronics and in general I am satisfied with the work that has been done.

My new Shapermint shaper gives me the boost of confidence I need when wearing knit dresses or tops. It firms without cinching too tightly--I can still breathe and move comfortably.I originally ordered an XL based on my weight/height (5'6" and 180 lbs) but found it to be too long in the torso. When I used the online chat feature to inquire about an exchange, the company sent me the next size down and asked that I donate the original one to a women's shelter. Shipping was super fast, too. Now THAT's customer service! Great product, great company--I'll be a return customer!

Due to pandemic, received my order late and wrong. Took a little while, but customer service went above and beyond to make it right. Once everything was straightened out, I could not be happier with my Shapermint products. They fit perfectly. Added bonus: I have severe back issues and disabled from it. When I wear my Shapermint, I am almost pain free and am able to do a lot more than usual! Better than any back brace I've ever tried. I will be a Life Long customer.
