I ordered Shapermint 3 weeks ago. Never got a confirmation email. Got a notice that it was shipped then another notice saying it couldn't be delivered due to an "incomplete" address and that I should get in touch with the carrier to find out where it was. Called AM EX and complained. They removed the charge. As of today, I haven't gotten an email from Shapermint asking if I ever got my purchase. Do not recommend!

Everything I have purchased has fit well and has been so comfortable except the high waisted shaper short. It rolled down from the top although the bottom part fit very well. I'm sure it is the shape of my body. I will continue to buy other products from Shapermint.

I ordered my first shape wear from Shapermint. It was an impulse buy, so I purchased it quickly. I awaited the arrival of my new article of clothing with anticipation, and the day it was supposed to be delivered, I realized I forgot to put my apartment number in my address when I ordered. I payed my post office a visit and they had already returned my package to sender. I was so disappointed. I contacted Shapermint and submitted a help ticket, after explaining my issue and including my order number and tracking number, they immediately sent a replacement, I could even change the color or size if I wanted before having them send it.
My shape wear arrived relatively quickly.
I like it a lot, it fits well and comfortable, and I look good in it. I have had it for about 2-2.5 weeks and my only concern is that some of the thread is pilling a little.
However, it doesn’t effect what the shape wear does. If it does worsen, I may adjust my rating, but overall I am very happy with my shape wear!

Easy to navigate(on mobile device) site.
Using sizing chart ordered XS, which was comfortable but not quite perfect, so ordered S instead and am in heaven.
Material is soft, hugs but doesn't squeeze you so no bulges:-)
Machine wash, line dry.
Great bras for everyday or night wear. I even wear mine to work out in and am completely comfortable.
Paid through PayPal.
Items came within a week.

They reach out to you to make sure you are completely satisfied. Instead of ordering and then nothing. They want to make sure that you got the shipment and love it. So far I ordered the belly sucker and even with a nap it stayed in place and was comfortable. Next I just ordered a bra. I normally only order from Victoria secret due to my large bust for support so I'm eager to see how it fits, covers and supports me.
