I moved from sydney to manchester in 2017.. I used sevenseas small move cube to get a computer, 3 guitars, amplifier, table and boxes of clothes and everything got there without a hitch. then 2 years later upon the end of my visa i brought it all back (and some) also without a hitch.
Every employee I dealt with, from the site inspector, driver, customer service people (by phone and email) were polite and excellent at their jobs.
If im ever moving anywhere so far again I will definitely be using them again.
10/10 would recommend!!!

I have used Seven Seas for the second time from Jhb to the Uk and found them super efficient. Their time keeping and advice was always 100 %. The helpline is available 24 hours for any query or update re your shipment . Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service - lack of customer service is basically bad customer service.
Shipping from Beijing to New Jersey - the pick up was smooth & fine. But there is a massive problem on client communication aggregation on the backend.
1. Multiple agents contacted me on the same case in which I had to say that I've either spoken to someone else/already sent in relevant documents.
2. Every time an action is taken, they send 3-4 emails, some duplicated or irrelevant
3. When it comes to pickup and payment there are so many emails/calls but when it comes to delivery (aka I want to know why my luggage is still sitting in the warehouse), there is radio silence. I've called the hotline but says it's undergoing maintenance. My WeChat representative is not responding to me. No one is replying to my email.
Apparently there was an issue with my documentation first time around, which I don't think is true so I've sent an email. We can communicate about this, but there has been really slow turnaround (no response yet). They also requested a color scan of my passport, which I already sent to my representative so I'm not sure why I'm being asked for it again.
I chose this service because there were "so many good reviews" on this website but it looks like there will be a delay in my shipping, which will completely mess up my travel plans.
Please respond to me! I want to at least know why there's been a delay and why my documentation is wrong. How can I fix things if there is no customer service person to tell me what's wrong?

We moved from Melbourne to Bristol and we chose Seven Seas to transport our things. They were efficient and the final delivery was faster than what we expected. I definitely recommend it.

one of the worst experience ever from a service provider. We were being referred to by some colleagues who have engaged in Seven Seas service when they relocated to Singapore, and hence the trust in faith.
Despite the unexpected delay in shipment (which we truly understand may vary due to complications at the logistics end), we were truly joyful when it finally arrive. To our horror, most items were here in BAD condition. 30% of the kitchenware (plates, dishes, cups) were broken despite being properly wrapped in layers of bubble wraps. Our espresso machine (which has a sturdy iron case) was clearly dropped with a dent at one corner, leading to leaking from the boiler and a broken drip tray. We have been spending the past two weeks trying to fix it.
Also, three were hidden costs and charges that were not mentioned at the point of initial engagement with the company-at least please be honest about the potential "additional" charges ie custom tax etc.
And SEVENSEAS please change your company tagline from "door-to-door" service to "self-service" as apparently the shipper refused to deliver our boxes to our doorstep because we live on the 2nd floor apartment. This is completely ridiculous, in the end we have to lug the boxes up OURSELVES unless we paid the so-called delivery man.
One of the worst experience ever. Will never use their service ever again.

Absolutely fantastic 10/10!
Every part of the process went seamlessly. Customer service was outstanding. I sent about 6 boxes from Washington D.C. to Melbourne Australia. Delivered within the time frame, picked up and dropped off at the times they said, boxes came in good condition, and they promptly answered all my emails throughout the entire process.

Absolutely incredible! Efficient and always on top of our questions and requests. The ability to track you shipment as well was really reassuring. Receiving our delivery in Sydney after redirecting the consignment before getting to our final destination was incredibly easy.
