Frankly, I would love to give SEUR minus-stars. It is the most apalling carrier I have come across when ordering online. There are no words to describe how bad they are! Orders have been lost, deliveries announced and not delivered, claims made that I, the customer, "changed my delivery options", we were expected to drive to a different location because the driver could not be bothered to find us...and so it goes. The WORST!!! Both amazon.co.uk and amazon.es count SEUR amongst their carries, I cannot fathom why. The only amazon branch with the good sense to NOT use SEUR is amazon.de. This company should be avoided like the plague!!

Trying to understand why the staff are arrogant and unprofessional. My conclusion is that they are probably overwhelmed, overworked and underpaid. Blame the fat cats who probably don’t give a damn. Waiting for my shipment in vain. Thanks for nothing Seur, hopefully my shipment will be here when I return in 6 weeks time.

Horrible service. I bought my dog's food 7 days ago and it was shipped 3 days ago(it takes about 1 1/2 days to arrive). seur brought the little package(the toys and treats) this morning but not the big one (the one that contained the dog food) and the mailman told me he'd bring the big box in the afternoon but he didn't. now i gotta wait till tomorrow and my dog has no food left+ if they dont come tomorrow i'll have to wait till monday. i wouldnt mind if it was the first time this happens but it isnt. i fvcking hate this company.

AVOID this shipper !
They claim to have tried to deliver but we were here.
They claim to have left a notice; no notice here.
We then came home the next day to find their truck at our gate, we asked for our package but the driver said he had nothing for us. Why are you at our gate ? No answer and drove away.
Next day, they say they were here delivering right when we asked the driver for the package.
Went to the depo on Saturday AM as instructed via their online site. No Saturday pickups, come back Monday.
Went back Monday and guess what ? Yup, the package was returned to the shipper.
There is nothing that I might order online that is worth trying to deal with this company.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT use this company! They will not deliver your package even if you give them the correct address and a telephone number.
My package from the UK to Portugal never got delivered and they lied and said that they made multiple attempts while their "customer service" is telling me that there is a large volume of packages and that's why they're delayed.
This is a disreputable company that no one should be doing business with!

Two different deliveries from the UK to my home in Portugal never made it and ended up being sent back to the UK with the explanation that my address was either incorrect or simply didn't exist! Other delivery attempts have been equally frustrating. Incompetent and lazy drivers, who do not take the time to even call a customer on how to get directions to their house. I have NEVER dealt with such idiots in my life and fret EVERY TIME a company uses SEUR to deliver packages to me.

Ordered from Amazon.es . Got message saying package damaged so not being delivered. Ask vendor for refund. When contacted them they said that Seur had said our address was incomplete - it wasn’t. That asked for full address ( which they already had) or an alternative. Gave a friend’s address. Suer tracking is now saying there is a delivery problem to that second address.
I can’t get hold of anyone to find out problem. This company is useless. Do not use

Second parcel lost with this courier. They have worker who steal packages and seur do nothing to fight for this problems. If you want to lose your parcels then use seur. Customer service bullsh...t . They dont reply and hotline do not help too.

Had a number of Amazon packages attempted to be delivered by Seur. Very low success rate. One dropped off at a petrol station 10 km away. Another left in an obviously abandoned house in the village. Also Numerous calls from Seur drivers saying they couldn't find the village despite being on Google maps and eventually had a couple of reluctant and late deliveries. Pathetic Customer service. Informed Amazon I don't want them used for any further deliveries

One star is too much! According to the SEUR website a package should have been delivered. it didn't however. Calling SEUR (only succeeded after several attempts): 'we don't have any package under this number in our system, nor under your name, nor for your address. NEVER SEUR AGAIN IF I CAN AVOID IT.

DELIVERED PARCEL TO INCORRECT ADDRESS AFTER WAITING IN 2 DAYS. I CALLED DRIVER AS MY TRACKING NO.CAME UP AS DELIVERED.
I CALLED DRIVER 12 TIMES ON HIS. NO REPLY
I EMAILED THE OFFICE. NO RESPONSE.

After a failed attempt to deliver my package, which was my fault for not providing the correct door number - mistake that was promptly corrected after calling SEUR - they went again to the wrong address and simply left my package in THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET.

I wonder if behind SEUR there is a real company and business. I can t imagine how this logistic company works. My experiences over several weeks with one shipment: No service, no tracking, no service people capable to speak a foreign language, no contact persons to reach out, every day a different information, hotline accessible one out of ten trails, no possibility to issue a claim in webpage, etc.... . Really unbelievable service or better no service at all. I can only recommend not to use SEUR or only if you want to get rid of something.... . A shame.

Just appalling, they don’t make any attempt to deliver even if you leave mobile telephone number they won’t even try to contact you. This has to be the worst company we have ever had the displeasure in dealing with, it’s now two deliveries that they say they can’t locate us, all other couriers have no problem, we have even left directions on their website all to no avail.

I do not even know where to start. I wanted to send a parcel to Lithuania from Spain. I chose SEUR because their shipping term were the best from all the companies - 3-4 business days for the parcel to reach Lithuania.
So I booked my parcel collection on 9th of September and expected the driver to come on the 10th. The driver did not come. Booked the collection for 11th. Driver did not come again. Eventually the driver showed up on the 12th of September. I was expecting for the parcel to be in Lithuania by the 13th of September already. But the worst was yet to come.
The driver picked up the parcel, SCANNED THE PARCEL and left. She did not give me any collection slip or anything to prove that she (it was a woman driver) has collected the parcel. However, the same day, 12th of September, the tracking number on seur.com website updated the status to REALIZED. Which basically means - COLLECTED.
I waited until the 16th of September to see if the status will further update and change on seur.com website. It did not. So I contacted them to see if there was any issue. SEUR kept on asking me for a proof of collection. I kept on explaining to them that the driver did not leave any proof of collection, but the status of the tracking website CHANGED once the driver picked up the parcel so clearly they can see on their system that it was collected.
After sending maybe 20 emails and after spending 45 minutes on the phone (which costed me about 30 euro because they do not have a free phone number) all they have told me is that they cannot locate the parcel and that they need to start an investigation. SEUR asked me to send them an email with a detailed description of what was inside the box on the 19th of September. I sent them the email the same day. I waited for nearly a week and asked them what was the status of my lost parcel. On 25th of September they send me another email asking AGAIN for a description of the content inside the box.
I truly think that since the day my parcel was collected on 12th of September, SEUR has done absolutely NOTHING to find my parcel. The value of my parcel is 700 EUR, so you can understand how frustrating this whole experience is. I really do not understand how such company even still exists.
By the way, so you know, my tracking number is ESLT-031272228-1-R-1 and if you enter it on SEUR website you will see the status REALIZED. Somehow, this company is not able to see this status on their own website. I am speechless and really do not know what other action I can take to make them find my parcel.

This is the worst company! They lied to me 3 days straight saying that my package wasnt lost and only needs to be delivered.In the 4 day of waiting , i called SEUR and they said to me that theyre unable to track the package to ask Nike another order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SEUR!

Absolutely rubbish company 2 days wasted. Was given a Spanish telephone number to call... never answered...very frustrating!,,,, DO NOT USE EUROSENDER OR SEUR !!!!
