Absolute garbage cost me a six month prepaid and a connecting unit piece of junk. Total over $500 loss.

first off some channels you will be watching a show or movie and it would just cut to a blank screen and you're screwed. Second I tried to renew my subscription and there is no customer service whatsoever no one to help me no email back no phone number. Don't get how they're supposed to do business like this. Hopefully someone from the company will contact me after reading this.

Ive been unable to contact anyone for 12 days, which is when the service stopped working. You cant reach them and they have an infuriating auto response to any email you send. No human receives or responds to anything. Ive used them since Aug 2017 & recommended them to a number of people but will start giving moving them away from this & on to something else. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!!

Same complaint as everyone else. Ordered and received my set top box, paid for a year in advance. Had service about 6 months, worked pretty well. At that time customer service was available when called. Shut down in June, no warning. I DID get some of my money back from my Visa credit card, not a debit card. I claimed fraud and was refunded $160.00. So if you paid with a credit card, call your card issuer and request a partial refund for the months of service that you did not get.

Im so disappointed in this company. I was telling everybody how great they were and how much money they would save. Now its no more. What kind of BS is this? I have called,texted and sent a few emails and no responses. I had few more days of my three month sign up. My Setv went out on Friday. This company should be a shame of themselves for scamming people like this. $#*! SETV

Michael Petronie's post is from SET TV. I like to call this their last act of defiance! Set TV has been lying to everyone. Set TV is illegal and was structured to scam millions. If this is not a fact then why are all the movie distribution company's and studio's sueing Jason Labossirie? Everyone that knows Jason can tell you he is a petty punk. He has had his staff even go to reviews and ratings sites to give 5 star ratings! For what? Buffering? Freezing? No Program? Set TV boxes that have been bought through Jason's company and customers never receiving them? The list goes on and on and Michael? You are just another piece of humanity that needs to know that people cannot scam streaming content without legitimate licensing etc. Set TV was crap from day one son! Only an idiot would pay for a service that didn't work like it was said to be. All in all, Set TV is done for and it's CEO Jason alongside his cohorts going to owe millions and also many are signing up for this class action lawsuit as well. Set TV has scammed it's last dollar.

I like the app set TV now because it has a lot of discount and benefits and then shipped for public to get internet channels for a very low price that can help a lot of people out there who want to see TV but cannot afford it and cables too expensive and Saturday night as well Saturday is expensive to set TV now is the cheapest and best thing I seen

The service was great. I had it for a month and for $20 it was well worth the money. Then I renewed for another month. Only had it for 1 day then it all went away. I hope we will be able to get our money back. If there is a class action suit sign me up

Set TV has been shut down or so it seems. The lawsuit filed must have gone into effect. I cannot get in touch with this deceptive company. Good riddance.

I loved having Set tv. We don't watch a lot of tv so $20 a month was great. I never had buffering issues, or problems playing the content, (tried Sling and that was a buffering nightmare). It's too bad that the service was shut down. I'm still not paying $150+ a month for cable. Hope there is another affordable option out there when winter hits.
