We are a plumbing company on the west coast new to service titan by others choices - let me start by saying for the price you pay for ST you would think the transition would be much more seamless ( it was not ) - in a short description for the size company and amount of developers they have this system should be way more user friendly and customizable - they put most of the work on you the client to set up and organize when you nothing about data migration etc -things that should take 1click turn into a 4 click process also get used to the word work around as you will hit many of those bc of the softwares limitations for your needs -I truly believe there software was designed for the HVAC industry and they have tried to evolve from there and have tried to push all service company types into the same molded platform and functionality which does not work - Im no software engineer but I do know business and it should not be this hard to use when being in the service business as everyone knows is hard enough to run - my advice there are cheaper options out there and more user friendly software be very careful joining this group.

I work in an office and use Service Titan daily. It should be more efficient, straightforward and easier to navigate. I find it repetitive and instead of lessening my work, it seems to make more. Examples: when doing follow-up notes on customers. Those notes do not show up on the customers appointment page unless copied and pasted. Also, classifying Dashboard calls is tedious. I classify the call when it comes in but then I have to reclassify it on the dashboard. You should only have to do this once. Then to link all the outbound calls I make to each customer, I have to go back and reclassify every single call. The dashboard percentages are never truly accurate because when I book an appointment making an outbound call, it doesn't even show up in my daily score. Booking a customer who wants multiple estimates done in one day should be effortless. There should be a way to sell/convert more than one estimate at a time, instead of booking one, and then going back and copying all the other estimates and attaching them to the job....so time consuming! As far as the online help is concerned, it's just okay. Depending on who you chat with, some are more willing to offer help than others, and some of the advice I've received has only complicated my problem instead of alleviating it. The community help center has been completely useless. I've posted questions, searched for questions, and I've yet to have someone respond or been able to find information that's relevant to my problem.

Service Titan is one of the best systems I have worked with. The ease of the system along with the company support makes Service Titan an excellent system. I would highly recommend them.

We love Service Titian. It has really helped us improve the way we do our day to day operations. Our customers love the text notifications! We love the call recording! We love marketing tracking! We love everything about Service Titian and we love all the Service Titian.

Service Titan works great as an all encompassing software package, that can in theory cover every aspect of your business needs. From dispatch to inventory, to time sheets and payment processor. That said, they aren't quite there yet. I still run into some frustrating user experiences, but in the 2 years I've been using their service I've seen it dramatically improve. Keep up the good work. I look forward to future improvements.

Pros: Service Titan is very user friendly- so its easy to learn for both technicians and office staff. Having a mobile app is very helpful as well. They also are constantly updating and implementing new features which is great, because change is always good and new features and updates result in a better functioning business overall. Everyone I've spoken with at Service Titan has always been kind in speaking with.
Cons: While they are working on implementing new features and updates, they lack the focus on training and orientation practices in order to set the users of Service Titan up effectively, giving them the tools and resources to implement the new updates. Part of implementing new features should include training(videos, conference calls, How-To Forms, etc. They do not seem to focus on the training aspect when implementing new features, so it essentially leaves the company to figure out how to use it on their own.
Overall we are satisfied, but I think something that would help is also having a former owner or service or office manager whom worked in the Trades on the Product Research and Development team, so that way, when they implement new features they can view it from the perspective of a Trade company.

I am incredibly new to service titan, but it has been an easy platform to learn. I love discovering new features. The sandbox is my favorite feature- as I am a hands on learner- it's really nice to have an option to mess around without messing everything up.

Service Titan is a very good software with so many awesome features. There is always room for improvement though. Service Titan adds improvements based on the feedback of their customers. Their customer support doesn't always resolve your issue, but they do try. Compared to our previous software, ST is 3 dimensional and the other was only 2 dimensional.
