Worst experience I've ever had. They use old, used hardwares and they don't kow what they do. Even if I asked a very simple thing it took days to make it happen and they just failed these simple thing many times. They are amateurs!

I've heard horror stories about ServDiscount before, regardless of that, I decided to give them a try because their servers and prices are really good.
Now, I'm pretty new to the whole dedi server thing, so as expected, I ran into some (noobish) issues. However, when I contacted them via ticket, they were really quick to respond and helped me solve the issues I had. So I'm very happy right now. 10/10 customer support.

FAKE DDOS PROTECTION!
(Anyone make attack and server is down! How is a datacenter?)
Last 5 days recieve dddos attack and 5 days ago open ticket with URGENT : DDOS ATTACK [857440-595523-26] after look a personal name of Kevin Krienke. he checking network switch/cart etc check network problem for solve. I tell have i recieve atack but he get crazy me! after him co-worker understand problem and seen attack 3 big days later. Last 1,5-2 days added a full protect for ddos anythink but than search engineer service (google, bing etc.) bot's can not fetch and index dedicated inculated sites because protect is block all Google Bot IP's and every internet surfer generaly 65% over use VPN for safe surfing and vpn users to blocked! What every i open new ticket tell problem and want allow this. What every now my dedicated under attack and server down! Write to technical depatment but they now sleeping! Who interested my problem who monitoring have attack or not all switch all networks? Really how can have business and how can service. If this week not find solutions and solve my problem. Than i enter BANK DIPSUTE DOCUMENT and chargeback all paided euros and more moneys. After contact my compnay lawyer and i will sue for lost visitor and money and for fake informations services! I make dispute and than after this comment they close my account and close all services. Scammer keep out germen cheater company.

I am now a customer for almost a year. So far all my support requests was answered quickly and all problems were solved.
Recently one of the hard drives failed and was replaced within a few hours.

The best dedicated server hands down.
I must say that through it all servdiscount/MYLOC have the best prices. The best support and are always at hand to help you 24 hours per day. Whenever I had a support question or billing problem they resolved it usually within a few minutes or at the worst case an hour. Obviously, anything more complex could take longer, but always willing to help.
The server speeds and reliability are top notch. I am glad that I am with them and compared to others in the past they are the best and only ones to go with.

2 days ago opened ticket to reinstall server, as from client area it impossible to as something wrong with server.
received answer: please be patient
writing every 4-5 hours, but still nothing, ordered server from SYS
will cancel my service with them as i lost more as server down about 50h+.
scrap service and support
they advertise support 24/7
but no phone number to call on saturday sunday and from 6PM till 10AM on workdays.
with SYS i can call to them 24/7 and they reply to tickets in 30-45 min.
with servdiscount i need to wait for ages for reply and problem fix
now 58h gone, still not fixed, but got reply:
"thank you for contacting our support team.
We will check your request and will contact you as soon as possible.
Please have a little patience."
same email that was before. how long that patience must be?
now 72h (3 days) still not fixed, but i have respond from support:
"May 19, 2018, 12:32:13 AM i'm sorry, i cannot fix the problem, i will forward your ticket to my co-worker."
At least after 74,5h they fixed my server

DISCLAIMER: AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Servdiscount provider excellent prices for their boxes, and a wide range of available options. There are even sales at times, which cut the amazing prices down even more.
Their network is mediocre at best, with about a downtime or so each month. As for the server quality, they often use desktop grade hardware, which is not exactly the best idea for enterprise usage. My HDD in the server failed, but we'll get back to this in a bit.
This is the absolute worst part. The support is almost non-existent, with reply times ranging from a few hours (when lucky) to over 2 days, and counting. I am waiting for them to replace my faulty HDD, which was reported on the 30th of June, was confirmed to be faulty on the 1st of July, and now on the 5th of July, my server is still down, waiting for the drive to be replaced. I've tried calling them, yet nobody picked up for over 10 minutes straight.
Their panel is incapable of reinstalling your server, you have to open a ticket every single time you'd like to reinstall to EVEN START. Sometimes you get replies like "Please have a little patience", after waiting for two hours for the reinstall to start. Other times, I was unable to order new IPv4 addresses or was unable to access rescue mode.
Excuse the wording, but their interface is f-ing hilarious, to the point where it's not even funny anymore.
I'll be issuing a chargeback and will not remove this review until I am assured that they have fixed all of the above issues.

Update: Literally minutes after the review and the chargeback, they have decided to begin replacing the faulty drive, which took about 1 hour. Despite this, I believe that I shouldn't have to issue a chargeback against a company to get my drive replaced. Highly sketchy.

One of my best experiences with european dedicated.
I had a server for 20 months in a non reccuring contract. When i decided that i dont need the service any more i sent an email and that was the end. I am talking about this because one other german company asked some unbelievable fees when i terminated my server even that there was no contract.
My server was very stable and there was no hardware failure or a big outage. Everything was running smooth. Fast network and superfast support.
I recommend this company for a value for money dedicated..
