From the moment we met Allison and her team at 101 Collins we knew that we were in good hands. As a start up we reviewed alot of share office location options but what stood out was their professionalism and can do attitude. It really is a shared office for grown ups as we found some of the other options a little unprofessional and not for our taste. Their positive attitude towards helping us with our office admin didn't just stop at our virtual office, we also opted in for the reception phone answering service which ensured we never missed a potential client phone call. The way they speak to your clients and other stakeholders was fantastic and i couldn't have answered the call better if i tried. It didn't matter who answered the phone or what office admin query we had, it was always actioned with the smile and completed promptly. They also have meeting rooms available for hire which works really well if you need to conduct confidential meetings. We have our own full time office so will be moving on but it was such a great start for us. We are still utilizing the phone answering service!. Thank you to Allison and her team.

I have visited many other shared office setups, but Servcorp by far exceeds all expectations. The crew at Southbank's location are all just amazing - constantly greeted with a smile and have helped our business grow with the supportive services they offer.
Its just nice to have people you can rely on, and the team at Southbank frequently have events and networking opportunities, which has translated into new business for us. Above all its the level of customer service and professionalism that Phillipa and her team have, that in turns, helps my business.

Ms. Allison Oliver's service is premium and of international standard. All matters of concern have been managed quickly and compassionately.
The staff at 101 Collins Street (also exception service by Lucy) provide a professional and courteous.
I would highly recommend the Servcorp 101 Collins St Melbourne presence for all interested in a city based office, with access to international and national offices.

Britney & Associates signed in with ServCorp since November 2017 at 10 Eagle Street.
As an International Business Consulting, I have been meeting around different location in Australia, and other countries. ServCorp is not only helping Britney & Associates looking good, professional but the team at 10 Eagle Street especially Crystal who always help me to organise all different location when I travel for business. That is also the reason why I’m keep recommending my Associates people to ServCorp. I’m hopping ServCorp will have a location in Vietnam soon.

If you want to be ruined by hidden costs, if you want to go to a place where the bill is not clear and you don't know exactly what to pay. If you want to get your rent doubled in the second year with no explanations, If you want to be threaten if you want to leave, if you want to loose your security deposit, if you want an office where internet doesn't work even you pay for it... for sure... go to Servcorp!

AVOID THIS PLACE & PEOPLE – we had the worst experience at Servcorp Six Battery from Anna Chavez and Sarah Myers who manage it.
The floor manager we had (Sarah Myers) is not only rude, high-handed and unpleasant – but through our stay, kept force-selling overpriced antiquated admin services despite lacking ability to understand our business.
Furthermore, after repeating mistakes like missing pre-agreed meeting times, writing wrong pricing numbers, Sarah dodged responsibility without apology, manufactured flimsy excuses and even attempted accusing us of lacking comprehension!
The FINAL straw was after agreeing on the May 14th termination date and promising disclosing all handover requirements pre-signing, Sarah sprang a PRE-MEDITATED TRAP two weeks before handover when asked co-ordinate, with a new claim that lack of written notice meant she was entitled to CHARGE an extra 3 months!
When confronted with evidence, Sarah alleged direct instruction - “my hands are tied” - from her manager (Anna Chavez, currently Greater China/SEA manager). Not only did four repeated customer service complaint emails to Anna Chavez go un-investigated, Anna provided curt rude replies, had zero interest in understanding issues, robotically boasted about her best-in-class capabilities, and ending with coercion and THREAT of legal action.
It became clear to us both Anna Chavez was DESPERATE for revenue, masterminded a modus operandi of honest client MANIPULATION tricks, and was deliberately HIDING & COVERING-UP client complaints from their Servcorp HQ. AVOID THIS PLACE AND PEOPLE – the proverbial “count your fingers after shaking hands” maxim applies.

AVOID THIS PLACE – we had a bad experience at Servcorp Six Battery. Staff attempted to manipulatively extend contract timeframe in spite of clear cancellation notice given upon signing through manipulating auto-renewal notice clauses.
Subsequently center manager and her area manager even threatened legal action. Only after action to have a lawyer band multiple past customers in a collective class-action lawsuit against Servcorp was the situation resolved.

The Servcorp staff at 10 Eagle Street, Brisbane are very professional and competent in their roles. The office space is presented well and provides for my needs as well as my clients.
They have various size meeting rooms to meet all our needs.
The front desk staff are always well presented and courteous to clients and other visitors....

Completely incorrect, In service agreement 30 days notice required to cancel and termination fees of 105$.
There is no free trial period, When you will notify the company to cancel or terminate virtual office package, You will be charged at 249$ + 105$ TERMINATION CHARGES + TELEPHONE CHARGES = You will end up paying 400 $ out of pocket.
To join membership I received calls every day, As per sales person one month free no further obligation. Once you sign contract you are trapped. The staff doesn't know company policies.
Their information on the website is misleading.
Definitely, this will be reported to ASCC and other relevant authorities.

Being in a virtual office can be hard as you have no colleagues and may need assistance and sometimes that smile to make your day. I can certainly say you get that in Servcorp. The reception desk team are amazing at any time they will assist and go out of thier way to assist you. I just recently did an early morning breakfast session at Servcorp premise and they made sure guests are directed to the building, welcomed, fed and comfortable.

We recently had our company's Office Launch at Servcorp North Sydney and we were very proud of the outcome. The Servcorp Team were very easy to coordinate with and assisted us all the way. They organised a delicious selection of platters to go best with our Portuguese wines, arranged beautifully with the best view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. I've been working out of the Brookfield office for 9 months and i love the location. It's very handy for my business requirements and the staff are very friendly. I'd realy like to point out one lady in particular, Lillian Jagger has been such a brilliant person. She is so positive around the office. She is eternally happy and always so willing to help. Great office, staff and location.
We are super happy here at ServCorp - pretty much the best location you could be at in Sydney. The facilities are spotless, office looks very professional and well maintained and always has the "startup buzz" - full of energetic people keen to do business.
I'd also like to compliment the staff - a rating of 20 out of 10! Always helpful, friendly, professional - couldn't fault them if i tried.

On Monday, we had one of our regular meetings at Servcorp, Barangaroo. As usual, the service was impeccable. From the warm welcome at the front desk, to escorting me to our meeting room, everything was perfect. The requested whiteboard was there. The whole facility is ultra clean including the bathrooms. The common kitchen area is maintained during the day and kept in a clean and tidy manner. Any consumables, like napkins, etc are constantly replenished. It is a pleasure to hold meetings there. But the best thing is the staff. Cathy, I think her name was, she provided happy cheerful professional service during our meeting there. Thank you all at Barangaroo!
