Their customer support is very bad. No live support or 24/7 support. Took them 9 hours to respond 1 time. I get it, their out of Denmark but at the same time most of their servers are in the States or Canada.
I got very open answers, and when I asked for an update on why my server wasn't working, they didn't send me anything for 4 Hours!! and this was during their "working times" which are...
"Our normal working hours is 8-16 CEST"
I messaged them back at 15:19, so 41minutes before they "close" which wasn't even 9am my time.. And they have yet to respond, 5 hours later...
Not recommended for anybody in the States or anybody that may run into trouble with their server.
It's a cheap price compared to some other places, but I guess what you pay for is what you get.
Edit; at the end of their day, my server is still not up and working, because of some issue, and they haven't given me an estimated time or anything. It's just not okay.

Hi, I recently bought a rust server off of them and have had only bad things to talk about, I used to buy my Garry's mod servers off of them and would recommend them to my friends for their great support and quick setup time, though now this year the quality has dropped to an all time low. I recently bought a rust server off of them, I tried to start the server and it would not start, I tried to make a support ticket and waited 40 minutes for an automated message from a computer, I reinstalled the server and no prevail, none of my support tickets has been replied to and now my server has disappeared of my control panel and the server is one day old, I DO not recommend them anymore, and I will be requesting a refund for my service as I have had nothing but problems from them since 2019!

Avoid at all costs
-Doesn't read tickets. He replies but his replies make obvious that he hasn't read the ticket. This has happened on several separate occasions now.
-Will delete your data if you don't pay on time, even if you request a couple of days in advance.
- Will take 24 hours to respond to the most simple request because it's one man who sleeps all day
- Your server will inexplicably shut down every 5-6 days and won't start up until you manually request it, and even then it's 24 hours for a response
- Is cocky in replying to your tickets. Will not reply more than one sentence
- Not worth it. Other services will charge 1/2 the money.
He used to be something useful a couple of years back, now all the reviews are negative and he doesn't care

I had multiple servers (Garry's Mod, ARK etc.) hosted by Serenity Servers in 2015 and I had no complaints at all. Support was good, no lagg, very good uptime.
But now in 2019 the hosting is a nightmare. It's really lacking support. My server had a downtime of 12 days. I opened a support ticket but I didn't get a respond after a week.
My patience ran out and I switched to a other host. Serenity has lost my trust and I will not host my server by Serenity anymore.

This is the worst game server provider I have ever dealt with in my life, and I have used a few different companies. The support is absolute BS. I wish I would have read the reviews here before hosting with them. Absolute scam.

Takes hours to get a response and when you do its 3 word responses
They lost my back up and i lost everything and now my server wont even start and i have not heard anything back from them.

I used to host with Serenity back when I didn't know much about hosting GMod servers, and I am glad that I *used* to host with them. Their support was very, very slow. While this doesn't really matter, their GamePanel is outdated. Also, the price. I was paying $18 for 32 slots. The server would crash if anything happened and the restart time was very slow. I would definitely not recommend it.

This is a real customer review, I have recently purchased a garry's mod server from serenity 10 slots and 8gb of ram to the total price if 8.66$ when I purchased the server within the first hour of it not going live I was getting worried they have a FAQ page where it mentions setup time can vary from game to game to upward of 30 minutes so I gave it 2 hours and still nothing my server is stuck on pending... I still haven't gotten a IP yet within that time so I open a ticket around the 4 hour mark about the server and have to wait until 7 hours go by and get a really bad and obviously lazy response "were working on it you'll get a email once we fix" yea no thanks I kind of waited 7 hours for you to fix it... I asked for a refund and they're not responding... they're buying time so the refund wont be valid dont listen to obvious bots that have one review.. dont get near the company

I have never been with a server host this bad before. The customer service is absolutely horrendously slow, and full of lies.
I asked for a refund, and they said they can’t give it after this long. ‘SIGHS’ I had the server less than a week. When I reported an issue the day after getting the service, instead of apologizing and telling me it was repaired, they just closed the support ticket.
I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone, not even the devil.
Worst company ever.

Starting off with all the bad reviews, they're mad because they couldn't get what they wanted in a simple situation.
I have been with serenity for months now. Honestly I can say from a company standpoint on running a professional server, Serenity is a good choice. My server has been DDoSed multiple times, and everytime I am protected and nothing happens but a bit of lag. Every ticket I have made has been responded to within 30 minutes (Maximum 1 hour) Mikkel has always responded to my tickets fast, starting with addon errors, all the way to donation tax questions, and everytime Mikkel has fixed my problem and helped me out in a professional way. I think I have done made him mad a few times with my short questions not explaining what I mean and such, but he has always kept the conversation/ticket helpful and professional.
Overall great company 10/10 from me

This Hosting Company provides good quality hosting services for different types but their prices seem to be a little high for the specifications being provided. The support team is amazing at responding to your issues and is always friendly.

I purchased their server only to use their 1-click mod installer of Basewar. The mod installer does not work because the version offered is the open-source depreciated since 2009.
I contacted the owner within 12 hours for a refund, he replied:
"We never state anywhere that basewars is one click. The game mode likely costs money. However we cannot offer you a refund as the service is provided only with what we advertise on the site. "
I initiated a credit card reversal. If you still see this review, it is because the owner never proceeded with a refund.
FYI : I went with to another host. Their one-click install did not work, but they made a custom install for me. Their was also lower.
UPDATE: The owner peppered this page with fake positive reviews. He tried to take down this review 3 different times. He claimed I was a fake customer, that it was related to a fake order and finally that I was advertising his competitor.
Ultimately, I lost a lot of time and so did the owner because he refused to refund 20$, only 12 hours after the purchase - even when his advertised services were not available.
MasterCard reversed the transaction, I won the money back and he lost it.

tempararily used them gotta stop for a bit cause personal financil issues but ill be going back to them no performance issues what so ever all issues have been my own fault i was doing heavily modded on there 4gb plan no problem was by myself but it could ahanled more(gotta convince my friends)

Sure they're cheap, but even then it's still not worth it if you're hosting a server for over a month. If you want to play a game with 2-3 friends then sure they're good.
I run a Garry's Mod TTT server through these guys, and it's awful. Nearly peaking at 32 players every day I NEED a reliable server that will not lag or crash. After spending hours of testing plugins on test servers, and my friend's server on NFO I've concluded every single issue I've ever had has been Serenity's fault. We get a solid 1-2 minutes of lag every single day, our CPU usage never goes above 18%, hardly ever goes over 12%, and idles at about 7%. They do not give me access to monitor other resources, and they refused to give me any sort of crashlog to help me determine what issues I'm having. I had a server crash on a completely fresh install while testing with some of my friends and developers, Their service is a joke. I've only ever had one indivdual respond to me in my 12+ support tickets, I think they only have one guy in charge of support, in English anyways. Their tickets have a terrible response time, and I've put TWO tickets in trying to fix the "Download Backup" button in their game panel, but it still does not work.
As I write this review my server is down. I can turn the server on but it will not connect to steam servers, no one can connect, and my community is currently complaining, players are going to other servers, i'm currently waiting for a resolution to a support ticket I put in 2 hours ago and have only received one response on, with no fix.
Just like the poor review below me, I was told that I was a fake customer and was asked to provide proof of purchase, which is funny considering after I did I got a response from the company knowing my situation exactly.
In ALL of my support tickets from October to January I've only ever gotten one single person to respond to me. The only responses I ever get in less than ten minutes is an automated one, and the only time I got a response from a human in 30 minutes is when I put a ticket in at a bizarre night time 3-4am EST.
Also his human response time being within 30 minutes is a blatant lie and I have multiple tickets and can provide proof he is wrong.
On my new host I was attacked by a DDoSer on DAY 1, the same kid who attacked my server on Serenity, and my host immediately filtered it and my server stood strong, two days later I had a different attack with the same result. Also when I switched I copied all of my files from Serenity over, only making minor changes that my new host required, and I did NOT have a single crash. Mikkel seems to believe I have 400 workshop addons, which is not the case, because their service would crash when I had 20, or even 60. I switched hosts and I have had only two crashes, both of which I was provided tools and logs to fix on my own. If you want a reliable host please do not bother with Serenity, it's a waste of time, and my server is stronger than ever since I've switched.
Oh another thing about my new host (It's NFOservers btw, I don't know if I'm allowed to say that) they respond within 3-10 minutes of ALL of my support tickets regardless of what time I put them in. I've placed tickets at 8am, 8pm, and 3am, guaranteed fast response time. If something doesn't work they figure it out almost immediately and let me know.

They just charged me another reoccurring fee for a service I cancelled on the 2nd of January. So first of all when I cancelled my service I requested it still go on until the end of the billing cycle, but they cancelled it anyways five days later, and now they're charging me for a service that I cancelled, and can not physically access if I wanted to. I really wish I could give a less than one star review. Please people, do not waste your time or money with these guys.

I have been using Serenity Servers for a few years now, hosted many Servers from them, and I would happily recommend them to anyone. Servers have had no big issues, TS3 has worked great, Web-hosting has had no problems. Support is very helpful but can take time, at least for me.

My experience with Serenity Servers was good! Support tickets were answered very quickly and the service itself was excellent. I had no performance issues and the server ran great. I used Serenity over 2 years ago so I am not sure if things have changed however DDoS protection was pretty bad and never really blocked anything, web hosting was also buggy where sites were being redirected to other people sites (issue with cPanel). I recommend Serenity for small startup servers however the quality does not match the price.
