Quite a good range of products though would be great if more were available in the Germany store!

I love sephora, the online shop in germany is quite new and I think it is great to have sephora here in germany! the delivery is not as fast by now but otherwise I am good with the online shop!

In short: They didn't prepare&ship my order in time, and when I cancelled, I was never refunded. When I tried contacting them on multiple platforms, they ignored my every single attempt and never gave me an answer. I had to start a payment investigation through my bank to get my money back. So unprofessional!
Note: It really is painful to speak badly of Sephora considering my history with them (not Sephora Deutschland, but others). When it comes to cosmetics, I swore by Sephora- at least I did when I was shopping from Sephora USA & Turkey. It never disappointed me: they've always been responsive to my feedback, and the service I received was thorough. Then, I moved to Germany and had the misfortune of assuming I would get the same treatment from Sephora Deutschland.
Here's what happened in detail:
I placed an order online on sephora.de, and a week passed. I checked my order's status and it was still preparing. Mind you, the site suggested that the orders only take 2-3 workdays to arrive within Germany, so I expected it to be at least shipped, or just any kind of progress. Anyways, I was going to travel and therefore I didn't want to wait anymore, so I requested a cancellation (in English) through their contact form on their German website. They ended up cancelling my order right away (as it was never shipped, otherwise they only accept returns), and told me I should receive a refund within 7 days. And guess what, I never received such refund. It's been over 3 months, and I still have nothing. I tried calling them, their line never connected; tried filling the contact form like 2-3 times, both in English and German, e-mailed their Germany HQ twice, both in English and German, aaall were completely ignored. I even wrote to Sephora HQ in the States, and they said they couldn't help me and I should contact Sephora Deutschland. Well, I did, and it got me nowhere. And let me just add that the total was a little under 30 Euros. Having to struggle this much for that amount is a joke!! It's so, so, so unprofessional for Sephora, I'm ashamed for them!
Update: I gave my bank my consent to pursue a payment investigation for my refund, and Sephora magically contacted me saying that they were sorry it took this long, (AFTER 3 GODDAMN MONTHS AND COUNTLESS COMPLAINING EMAILS) and if I sent them the transfer confirmation, they would let their accounting department transfer the amount manually. Well I did, and still didn't receive my money. I genuinely find them pathetic at this point.

In November 2018 I placed my 1st order with Sephora.de - it atrived well, so far so good until I returned one item of the delivery. Now almost two months later, my return still hasnt been credited back to me. Contacting the customer service was unsuccessful 3 times as they do not even respond. I now opened a paypal conflict as a last resort and wont order from sephora.de again.
Side note: their household brand products contain lots of chemical ingredients and parfums even added to skin oil.
