I have used jay-net and sentia for 2.5 years now and I have never had such bad customer exerience with a company. The following are my complaints
- I have entered a contract with back-up where they continuously charge me for 250 GB even though there is only 30 GB on my virtual server (which is included in my contrack with them).
For some time this was corrected on the bill (I had to call the every quater) but their latest comment were: They can't correct it. It is just their system that works this way and therefore I have to pay.
- Due to the above issue I have been withholding my payments which means that a long list of payment reminders have been stacked up. They keep charching me those.
So, the status right now is that I have a bill where 50% of the charge is related to reminders and surcharge for back-up that I am not using.
They have offered an alternative solution which is a new deal with a 15% increase in price and 2 year commitment.
So, they screw up and as a result I have to call them several times each quater. Instead of correcting the problem the propose me a solution where they want to increase the price and make me commit to two more years.

We have a SQL database connected to a homepage hosted @ Sentia. The SQL site went down and we reported the problem and the same day we had a ticket (on email) that they had received our suport case. As we did not hear anythng more for a couple of days we called them. They couldn't get hold of person working with the case and asked to get back. Next day we got answer on email that they had trouble with hardware and could not give an esitmate when SQL would work again. Now 10 days later after some more emails and telphone calls they still can't give a dircet answer on when the problem will be fixed. Therefore I do not recomend this company to anyone.
