After more than 20 years experiencing multiple service providers, I finally can say I have found the BEST out there. Thanks Sendinblue for making my work life a lot easier during the last 8 months. Keep up the good work and don’t you dare to raise the prices in the next 20 years 😉

Wish i had read these reviews first. appalling service, shocking company, all of our lists are confirmed opt ins, switched to sendinblue and they wont let us send. terrible support, slow replies, stay away from these guys at all costs.

We were considering moving our transnational emails over to SendInBlue - Being an email provider we would expect email issues and support requests to be answered promptly, however on two occasions in a row we were (and still are) waiting well over 24 hours. When you have hundreds of orders and something goes wrong or isn't working correctly with the SMTP this causes absolute mayhem.
Will not be transferring to their services and would not recommend to any other business either.

I dont understand why some people said sendinblue is good.
Customer suport is damn slow, They dont have live chat. WTH. A company that gives email service doesnt have livechat, and think it is not necessary to have it.
You need to wait 24 hours for your email to be answered. There is no free plan actually. It is only a marketing gimmick. You need to pay.
Mine is blocked, and strangely I havent started to test the whole system. They accuse me of selling weight loss product. which I DON'T even have it.
Sendinblue, just like Sendpulse is arrogant.
I wasted days waiting for their customer support to reply my email
just to get a rejection. F88k. If I have weight loss product, I wont be fat.

Absolute scam!!! They will take your money then tell you your list is not valid. My list is of customers that have opt in on our newsletters for the last 10-20 years! We've been mailing this list forever with no issues until we switched to Sendinblue which I now consider the biggest mistake I've made in years! There is no recourse, there's no support (they mess with you taking days to respond with non responses like 'can you elaborate' even though you've done that), and there's apparently no refund for NOT providing the ADVERTISED service. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! Send yourself through your own server like we have for years or choose someone else.

Miserable support. The first ever support ticket disappeared in the system. They apologized with 'sorry it was a technical problem.' But the problem continues. I have two support tickets pending and there is no reply since several days. I have written to one of the support reps that replied to an earlier ticket telling him that there are two open tickets since several days and he did not reply. In addition there are technical problems. My sending email address is among my contacts, which is wrong and can create loop in the system. Second, I am not notified when a new signup is made, and this is the subject of one of the open tickets. I will look for another provider.

I created my account on sendinblue 3-4 days back and I was using free emails. It was working completely fine. I was satisfied so I decided to buy 120K Emails Pack but as soon as I made the payment these cheaters stopped my service. I can't send emails, I can't create new campaigns. They just cheated me. They are frauds. They also dont have any kind of support. They dont revert to the tickets. They dont revert on Facebook. They dont have any kind of direct phone or live chat support. They just take money and cheat.

The experience with SendinBlue is a nightmare for me, campaigns not working and customer service not replying to your messages, just an automatic message saying that they will analyze the issue. I´m paying a big amount of money for a very poor service.

Support is VERY slow. Takes DAYS for a reply to the simplest of queries and weeks to get any thing resolved.
Will consider moving elsewhere.

So I've been having a hard time reaching out to my clients (Over 40,000) and I was forced to email them one by one. I tried using other services like Mailchimp, I think it's called. However, I never really liked the service and what they offer. Not too long ago my close business friend showed me Sendinblue and what it does, I instantly turned on my computer and purchased the service. Ever since the purchase I've never been happier sending emails to all of my clients.

I'm a big fan of the sendinblue email marketing platform. Nothing beats free and if you plan out your customer journey (awareness, interest, decision, action) marketing strategy going into this platform. It's a no brainer. Their email support is very professional and helpful. They have a ton of video tutorials and articles that are easily search able on the platform itself. I'm passionate about direct response marketing and it's the life blood of my business for teaching others how lead with value in any niche. yoga, cooking, internet marketing and more! The platform is so simple and has the core functionality that your average marketer will need if you are passionate about making money from teaching. They label each section well. They call Transaction emails - they are designed for a receipt and for chain emails that drip to your list over a 2 day to 7 day free training videos or anything else you want to send of value. Campaign emails - these are used for your one and done type of email communication. they make it so simple so you can batch your emails in advance and have them scheduled to be send out on a specific date or when you are ready to send them out manually. It's important to note that if you are in the make money online niche teaching people how to use sales pages, landing pages, sales videos, email funnels etc. You will need to pay for a dedicated IP address from Sendinblue and configure your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC policy with your website host provider so you are in compliance with Gmail, Yahoo, GMX, AOL and Comcast e-mail sending standards for 2019 and beyond.

This is the worst and most deceptive company I've ever experienced in the email marketing world.
I have multiple online eCommerce businesses and I decided to try moving one over to SendInBlue from Mailchimp. I have a very clean and legitimate list of contacts (14500+) that was all organically gathered directly through my website, many of which are actual past customers with purchases! I was "approved", so I purchased their plan, and sent out my first campaign. This "approval" means absolutely NOTHING! My campaign stopped at 500 sends (yours will too) and if you don't meet their 12-15% open rate within 36 hours, they will steal your subscription money, and suspend you from being able to send, period. They do not tell you ANY of this beforehand, and they do this intentionally so that they can steal your first months subscription money! This is legitimately their business model. In order to actually USE their "service" (which is nothing at this point) you have to go through a lengthy and EXPENSIVE process of setting up your very own dedicated IP! What's the POINT? Disgusting.
They're the most crooked and irrational company I've came across in a long time. I understand wanting to protect your IP's dignity, but you're throwing away and robbing the WRONG customer here. I have a fabulous open rate, great ethical list, with abundant evidence of such. I gave them MANY opportunities to correct this issue before seeking further action, and leaving appropriate reviews. I provided evidence of my open rate with MailChimp which is a generous 13.9%, well above their required percentage. I told them to send my campaign to the rest of my list, not just 500 people, to see the evidence of my open rate, but they still refused and would not see reason. I was very clear about not accepting their excuses, lies, deception, and theft, but they kept on giving them as if there would be no consequences! I have 3 other LARGER sized businesses that I was planning on moving to SendInBlue as well, so they've successfully destroyed those financial opportunities as well, not to mention that I intend to let everyone in my entrepreneurial eCommerce circle know about how this company operates and how useless not only SendInBlue is as a service, but their customer service as well.
If my first month's subscription fee is not refunded within 24 hours, I'll be filing a chargeback, and I urge everyone who has been in this same situation as me to do the exact same, and to share SendInBlue's deceptive and poor practices with everyone who may potentially need email marketing services now or in the future! DO not let them get swindled and have their time and money wasted on this company. You get what you pay for, and you get NOTHING with this company. They are completely USELESS in EVERY single regard.

I've got banned out of the blue on MailChimp for no reasons without even sending an email!
So I have decided to try many other EMS providers!
Some were expensive and not easy to use and with no integrations with other services!
Then I stepped into the blue with SendInBlue and all looks very good, mostly free for a small website like the one I am using it now and easy to set up.
I think that if you are looking for a nice email marketing service without sacrificing high quality for a low price, SendInBlue is the best alternative.

We selected SendinBlue almost instantly after we had testdrove it for a week. My graphic designer loved the simplicity and I loved how the reporting gave me the essential details I needed.
SendinBlue does everything, from sending the emails within 120 seconds to my 550 contacts to blacklisting automatically the emails that bounce back so that the users who choose the cheaper plans actually save up on their monthly quotas (and that for me was a big hooray on choosing Sendinblue, incredibly thoughtful!). The UI is amazing, the drag and drop is well thought out and very simple, and the reporting gives you everything you need, it also tells you who clicked on your email (those are the customers you should focus on!). OVERALL 5 STARS!

I’ve been using SendinBlue for a little while now and I must admit I prefer it over Mailchimp. It’s a lot simpler to use and in my opinion has more intuitive features. My eCommerce site is new and I like the fact that the free plan gives me features that are only usually found in premium plans. it allows me to setup workflow automatons to track what visitors do on my site. Reports are also included if you need them as well as geo-tracking, heat-maps, analytics integration and a lot more. I recommend them! Check them out now!

I was using Mailchimp for almost a year before switching to Sendinblue. The transition was seamless and the app is very user friendly! I am so happy that I found Sendinblue and made the switch! Would definitely recommend to other ecommerce businesses!

The horrid app, even more, horrid service. Your better to manually do EDMs via MailChimp as this is an amateur hour at its best.
Doesn't work and they don't respond to support requests. This should be removed from the app store
