Excellent service, we used sendcloud for almost 2 years, great customer support, helped us grow our webshop with their good pricing.
In the Netherlands there is a big issue with the postal services (PostNL, DHL and the worst of them all DPD), it is unbelievable that such logistic companies still exist, such a shame! But we were lucky that we didn't have to deal with them directly, as Sendcloud took care of it when a problem arises.
We definitely recommend sendcloud for their good pricing and good customer service.

When it works, it works, when there is a problem, good luck solving it because they don't even have a phone number to call. Typical company, easy to spend your money, but when there is a problme with a parcel, or label or shipping, you are on your very own.

I'm using the free version of Sendcloud in Germany and it's working perfectly.
I use it with DPD and UPS and never got any problems. The integration is simple and fast.
Tracking mails for customers are a great feature as well as the "return" feature.
I'm totally happy with this app and I would recommend everyone at least in Germany to use it.

Update: Now we are working with combination PostNL and bringing the boxes ourself. Its system is working great if only there were a pickup service thats cheaper and reliable
No pickup after waiting 3 days. Nothing send or picked up. Billed us money and we got no response on emails. Worthless
Just got called back by Dennis from customer service. At least he tried to do something. Still not happy with the result of course, but at least he will try to get back with a proper solution.

After trying several shipping providers, like GLS, BPost this one is the only one that keeps a good contact with us, provides answers to our doubts and help us with difficult situations.

The tool itself is usable and handy at times—if and when it works—but SendCloud's service is absolutely worthless. I've sent thousands of parcels with them, but I've come to the point that I'm actively moving my business elsewhere because I have run out of patience.
If their support desk answers at all, it is usually beside the question, bordering on arrogant and worst of all: nothing gets solved.
A few examples:
- Parcels getting lost, but no one seems to care.
- Labels not getting generated 'but it must be my browser or internet connection' while I'm *pretty* sure that's not the case.
- Parcels with DHL getting consistent and reproducable delays, but I'm getting cookie-cutter answers about how it must be a one-off and it shouldn't occur again, with DHL admitting that there is indeed a genuine issue after finally consulting them; they told me SendCloud followed the wrong procedure with them.
... and the list goes on.
I hope that someone finds this review useful, since I've had enough of it.
I've been patient during the two years that I've worked with them, but I'm tired of begging for solutions for problems that are beyond my control.
Edit: I can imagine that the delivery is beyond your control, but the communication around it IS in your control, and there's where you mess up. Therefore: too little, too late. I don't want to be contacted anymore, that's what you should've done the countless times I begged to get a reaction. It's easy painting a rosy picture here on Trustpilot and pretending that you do care, but reality has proven different—although I do find it striking that reactions here are a *lot* quicker than via email.
