Do never ever book with sembo, they have unprofessional customer support, an app that doesn't even work even if they redirect you to the app all over their website and support says its "under development". They promise you to get acess to your tickets 48 hours before your trip but I had to push customer support to get my tickets way after the 48 hours limit.....

Absolutely FRAUD company do NOT book with them under any circumstances, don’t be tempted by their good offer. Yesterday purchased 2flight tickets for 15.578sek and in the meantime booked a hotel on another website. Few hours later got an email from them saying I have to pay an extra 1360sek by 2.30pm today??!!! as “there was a mistake beyond their control”. I refused to pay the extra as obviously throughout the purchase process they could have flagged that the price is no longer valid but they haven’t. Now they cancelled the flight tickets and it will take 3-5days to get my money back and can rebook the tickets somewhere else. On top of this I am just checking the tickets now again on Skyscanner and they still have the same destination, same time coming up as the cheapest option on Skyscanner for 15.970sek, it does not add up, does it??!!!! Crystal clear that it was no mistake whatsoever but consumer misleading by offering the cheapest flight tickets then asking for extra money. This is an absolute fraud and should be punished by the European consumer protection law. Now I have a hotel booked and no flight ticket and wasting my time even to get my money back. Please go elsewhere and don’t make the same mistake.

Tried to pay twice with my card and twice after my bank gives the green light, the sembo website shows me that it cannot connect due to issues with connecting to the server. I’m now worried I’ve been charged twice and still have no flight ticket!!!

They stoled my booking money.
After booking a trip with them to Bologna i got an e-mail from them the reservation is confirmed, minutes later i get another e-mail saying that the reservation was canceled and i will be refund in 7 days, i go inside their booking page and it shows reservation canceled. So i had to go and book the flight with another company. 15 days later I receive the invoice in my visa card for the paymen of the canceled flight, I contact sembo to complain i havent recevied the money back and i have charge from them in my credit card. Suddenly they claim i had 2 bookings with them and one was canceled and the other was not and i never took the plane and is a misundertanding and i have to pay it anyways.
So basically they have steal 650€ from me. DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING COMPANY, SCAM.

DON’T BOOK WITH THEM!!! Got the wrong flight that was 10 hours longer. Got no service and no help changing flight. Had to pay anyway. First and last time I’m using sembo.

I was trying to make a booking from Trivago for a Hotel in Santorini. The hotel name was Aster Suits in Santorini. When I clicked the property it landed me on Sembo on Astra Village Hotel Suites Greece,Cephalonia. I made the booking trusting Sembo and Trivago would not cheat me with almost same name of hotel.
Within Seconds of booking I realized the property is not the same and it's on a different ilsland altogether. I immediately sent communication to Sembo customer service, Hotel and Trivago for my refund. But to my disappointment I got a rude and straight answer from Sembo stating this is a non refundable booking they cannot refund my money. I also tried to suggest If hotel can confirm the release of room, but no Luck. I also suggeste that they can deduct some inconvenience charges but again straight no answer. In all my travel experience I have never seen so unemphatic customer service team where for a genuine issue also they are not even waiting to consider any possible option to help a traveler. I vow to spread this message as much as possible in my capacity and all of my social fronts and travel leadership boards across Europe, Also Planning to raise this in worldwide traveler audit and customer rating platforms.

Avoid this provider at all cost. They have charged my VISA but canceled the ticked and didn’t returned the money.
So basically they have stolen money from me and do not respond to emails at all.

Do not book with them, unless it's a non refundable booking.
I had booked a night for the 4th of December at the NH Brussels Bloom hotel and because I was NOT certain I would be able to go, I paid EXTRA to make sure my booking refundable. So in the week before I realised I could indeed not make it and requested a cancellation of my booking, sent to the e-mailaddress sembo @ sembo.ie, because the booking page on sembo itself doesn't have a cancel button... No reply after 3 mails. So i clicked customer service on their website and sent a message to request the cancellation and my refund! I finally get a reply, but they say they never got my mails and that they can't cancel my booking free of charge.
SURE... of course not, because the booking was last weekend! Also, they told me not to contact them through their customer service, but to send a mail to sembo @ sembo.co.uk. what's even the point of having the possibility to send a message on their website. Because it redirects met to their website sembo . com /en-us. Ridiculous and confusing and i feel scammed to be honest...

Horrible experience. As several people have written, we booked flights to Jamaica, Friday 22.march, planning to enjoy our spring break but the tickets we received, were FOR OTHER DATES! SCAM company, stay away by all means. I can see sembo you have a bogus reply to most reviews as you have not received the booking reference, we have posted ours.
A serious company would in the first place never have given ticket dates other than that's displayed, however we hope you will regain some of our trust rescheduling the tickets to the right day.

Hotel booking spoils my plan trip... i booked three rooms at pavillion hotel at pavilion hotel through trivago and sembo platform on 5th of March. When I reached pavilion reception informed one room is not available because you cancelled it and two room available. It is 1 am night and we were standing outside hotel and lodge complaint over website but noone responded. It is a very unpleasant situiation. Still i am waiting for resolution. Let see i will update on it.

I booked a flight last Dec 10, 2018 with Sembo. The booking included 20kg checked in luggage for each of us who will travel. However, now as I am trying to check in with the booking reference number they gave I was surprised that I have 0 pc checked baggage and no hand luggage allowance in my ticket! They do not have a contact number and I do not know where to complain to. My flight is on the 28 December. I badly needed help because I believe that it is included in the total price that I have payed and it was clearly emailed to me by sembo that I have 20kg baggage allowance!

Never again the flights I booked were completely different times than the flights I received from sembo I contacted them directly after the booking was sent to me. They did not offer a refund at all. They ruined my Christmas holiday and caused a lot of stress to my family. I ended up having to book another flight completely and lose the money I spent with sembo as they did not answer any of my mails in time and basically told me it was not there problem that my flights were completely different to what I selected. When I asked for proof that the airline could not cancel the tickets I did not want/book they ignored me, when I asked for information on why I received completely different tickets, they ignored me. NEVER AGAIN.

I booked a trip for me and my girlfriend thursday. Direct one way 1½ hour flight. Instead of the flight we booked, Sembo.se gave us a whole different flight - total of seven hours with one stop. When I contacted them less than 24 hours later and told them what happened, I was told that they could "rebook" the flight for the one I originally booked (the 1½ hour flight) for the "small" cost of 40% (1500DKK) additional of the price we already paid. Not only am I being charged for something I didn't order, now they want me to pay more to fix their error?
I'm actually shocked that condoning buisness this way is legal at all.

worst customer service. Called to see if I can change my ticket, 6 months before the flight date. Booking agent, Sofia kept me on the phone for 10 minutes and then told me she will send me an email regarding the changes. 4 days after, still no email back, called again and wait another 10-15 min on the phone. They were no notes about me calling to change my ticket and they did know nothing. I had to hang up and wait for them to contact me.
To Sembo: 56% bad reviews. Please improve the customer service. Customer satisfaction is important!!!

As a frequent traveler I have used service of similar agencies many times. This one is absolutely the most horrible one. There is no chance to contact them by phone... had to wait up to 3 weeks to get a very dry and uninformative reply, sometime newer got any...
Due to my pregnancy and recommendation from my doctor I am not able to use my plane ticked purchased like 6 months before departure. I have requested return 3 month before departure, but the agency has denied it even the carrier make a full return in this case. What a joke! The do not respect carrier rules and they do not care about their customer at all.
For your own sake please stay away. There are so many better alternatives! Or simply purchase your ticket diderctly from the carrier.
