Horrible , they basically ruined my holidays !
The lie to us repeatedly times about a possible change of the tickets that we bought through them, we spend hours on the phone talking to the airline , they refuse to change the tickets as select world travel had the control of them , after many times contacting them , they secured that the ticket will be realised after departure, which never happened!! They lie to us til the end till we didn’t have more choice to pay them to do the change , finally we had to buy another ticket from another company !! Another 1200 dollars out of our pocket !
Horrible experience, useless service and horrible customer service , please never ever buy from them ! Looks cheap , but at the end will be double price and double stress ! Lesson learned !

I came across Selectworldtravel via ifly.com when I purchased airfares. Selectworld travel have no after-sales customer service at all and could not be less helpful. I was entitled to a refund of taxes but did not find this out until I had a conversation with the airline personnel. My request for a refund from Selectworld went on for months and was not resolved until I told them I had lodged a complaint with Fair Trading - suddenly a refund arrived in my account - a miracle.
