They will fail to deliver and you will struggle to get your money back (even if you use Paypal).
20/02/2019: Order placed on 20 day turn around (20/03/2019).
08/03/2019: Contacted CS for update, told components had arrived and PCBA was in production.
19/03/2019: Contacted CS again, received an apology and 10% off next order coupon.
21/03/2019: Contacted CS again, told they were behind on orders and they could not say when they would ship.
21/03/2019: Considering they were already late and I could not get an answer on then the PCBA would actually start, I logged a dispute with Paypal.
22/03/2019: Received email from CS, this time saying that they had a "Customs Problem" with one of my components (even though they said all the components were ready on 08/03/2019). Told that PCBA would take 1 week and given a 25% discount coupon (not a refund of 25%, a coupon for 25% of my order to spend with a company that had already let me down!).
25/03/2019: Query email from a production engineer with pictures (seemed like production had finally been started). Engineer assured me the board would be shipped by Wednesday 27/03/2019.
28/03/2019: Emailed engineer again, got another generic excuse regarding "material supplier sent wrong material".
29/03/2019: Email from Betty assuring me the order was almost finished and would be shipped around Monday 01/04/2019.
02/04/2019: Dispute escalated with Paypal, Seeed had until 12/04/2019 to respond.
10/04/2019: Query email from production engineer with pictures showing my order was still not completed!
12/04/2019: Paypal notification that Seeed had responded to my claim. I do not know what their position is because Paypal does not show me their response.
They now have until the 25/04/2019 to resolve.
I am left in a position where I do not know what is going to happen?
Even if they shipped the order today (they cant because its not completed), I have lost a month of invaluable development time.
I cant go to another supplier until I find out if Paypal are going to refund my money. If they do, it wont be until the 25/04/2019 (plus how ever long it will take them to transfer the money). This means I have lost 2 months of development time with Seeed and have no boards. I will then have to wait another month with another supplier, so I will be 3 months behind schedule.
Avoid this company at all costs!

The biggest issues with SEEED are (a) untimely delivery, and (b) poor customer service.
They are never on time. Once I ordered PCB's 6-days express service, and there was no update until 22nd day of placing the order--when they emailed that there would be a delay of another 18 more days in the delivery! So, total 40 days instead of 6 days!
Now customer service: They are very poor at communication. Their replies often implied that the customer care representative didn't even attempt to understand your grievance.

Would not recommend for prototyping or multiple board orders. I placed an order with 2 different PCBS and was over a week with one finished and the other still processing then I asked to cancel the PCB that was processing and was told it was in production when it was still processing. Sent a few messages back and forth asking to cancel until luckily an error in my gerber showed they weren't in production and was finally able to cancel that pcb.
The other issue I have is after you place an order you can not change anything. I asked less than 24 hours after placing my order. I had 1 trace clearly mistakenly placed lower than all the others running in the side of an edge connector instead of top like all the others. Asked to have it moved 1 mil not MM a mil ( no traces are near that area) They say they can't change anything. I searched and several other places do allow atleast minor changes after ordering prototypes.

My experience with an order with Seeed Studio was mixed. Their support team was great, but I'd wait till they have a fulfilment partner in Europe before I order again.
The problem I had lies entirely with DHL, the shipment company, who made 3 errors. They miscalculated the VAT (likely because they didn't see the correct invoice). I phoned, was wrongly informed, phoned again, made an new delivery appointment. DHL never tried to deliver, but instead returned it to sender.
It took about 8-10 emails with Seeed support before everything was settled. In the end, Seeed support send the parcel again with FedEx, doing their best to ensure the customs declaration was on par with all standards. That worked like a charm!
So the support of Seeed really, really did their best to deal with the very poor service DHL had, and tried everything in their power to make sure the same issue wouldn't happen again. They partially succeed. For one thing, they could not adjust the customs declaration on the parcel (it did not separately list the shipping costs, like it should), so they mailed me the correct one, I could show to customs myself.
That said, I found it a hassle. I'm happy to pay for VAT, and even the €10-€20 handling fee (clearance charge) charged by shipment companies, but having to pay that fee AND solving the poor service by DHL -- no thank you. I'd rather wait till Seeed found me a proper Fulfilment service in the EU, which DOES take care of customs without making errors and without charging a ridiculous fee.

I ordered the water sensors to use at Hackerspace Charlotte to show what you could do with single board computers. They worked flawlessly and we another class that will use them soon.
