I normally buy my cannabis seeds (I'm a licensed grower in my country) from SeedCity(dot)com. However, my last THREE orders of more than 90 seeds (over £200) only about 10% germinated and most of those were 'freebies' that I didn't want in the first place. Time to switch. I decided to return to Seedsman(dot)com as they were my first supplier eons ago when I got into home growing. I had left them due to thier limited selection of autoflower plants back then, but since those times their selection has vastly improved and is amongst the best on the market. They do have an issue with shipping as they are based in Spain now and packages to Asia (where I live) are routed through Australia which gets caught up by customs there as they are extremely draconian even about mail passing through their postal system; thus, Seedsman has to first mail the parcel to the UK, then re-ship it out to the final destination to avoid the AU postal system. This adds a few days transit time but, even so, my last order was delivered within 7 days to SE Asia which is blazingly fast. Now, as for their customer service... I was shocked to find that many of my baggies of seeds were not labeled "autoflower" even though that is all I purchase. Some had this written on the bag, yet most did not. Immediately I panicked thinking I was sent photo-period seeds so I contacted them through their website support ticket system and Ruth got back to me within hours. Thankfully they photograph every order they pack before dispatching. She was able to review the images and confirm that the origianal breeder packs from SensiSeeds were in fact autos and the woman who transferred them to the little bankie bags didn't write "auto" on the bag, thus causing my alarm. She reprimanded the worker and apologized, ensuring this problem would not occur again in the future. With that settled, I will wait and see what % of these seeds germinate and update my review later. I ordered Royal Queen Seeds complete germination/sprouter kit (includes 3 auto white widow seeds!) as I have been having such horrible germination rates I figure this little kit should help fix the problem. Look, eastern states side medical patient. I I, A patient who recieves day to day purchases of all sorts. Amazon, usps, i order hat's [ lids dot com ] cleaning supplies, shaving equipment, barber tools, other tools. Point im making is i have access to these bc of the postal service. I recently mad a order from seedsman obviously its highly recommended however i sent cash payment and conveniently 6 days later i inquire about my recieved payment with feedback saying i will be notified and nothing was received. A follow up email stating my order will be canceled by the end of the day. $88.00 CASH 6 DAYS LATER from eastern USA to colorado, nowhere to be found now im out of dollars i work for. Questionable, considering i sent cash to relatives regularlyand now only seedsman hasnt pocketed my letter. Letter laced with $88. #100532776
Issues could have been avoided if seedsman had direct customer service email. I got a email threatening to cancel my order but no way to actuall express detail. Dealing with money isnt a joking matter
Double sealed envelope with personal detail i.e order number in pen on the feom of the first envelope with CASH wrapped in an additional envelope addressed as instructed.
Hopefully since my payment was now found i can receive what i paid for and seedman could update customer service instead of worrying about being bad mouthed on a review. I should have been able to keep my business deal private and deal directly with seedsman. Looking forward to my merch though. I do feel better and i am greatful thwy saw this thread. Id also like it in my email via seedsman attatched to my order information.
Im not asking for a handout, and no the issues have not been rectified. I don't need an apology. I need seedman to email me saying payment recieved!!!!! Not replies on trustpilot.
I'm nervous again and not feeling so optimistic. TOM or whoever is in charge still has not updated my order, has not reached out to me, has not rectified anything. Starting to feel like i was ripped off. My order was in stock and now still says waiting for payment and items out of stock. Meanwhile, yesterday i was told via reply on trustpilot i was correct there was a mix up and my $88 payment did arrive. Can someone please just contact me so i feel better. Jeez!!! Maybe through my phone number or email!!
At this point i guess i just give up. I tried my best to contact a professional or customer service rep. I'd be happy to retract my negative review, accidents happen i get it. However they are replying saying sorry it has been rectified however this is not true my email is [email protected] if anyone would like proof i have screen shots of the entire proccess and how they have my seedsman customer service slips marked as solved but i have yet to hear from 1 person or recieve one email in 3 days. 88 dollars cash was pocketed from seedsman. Im so upset. This is notmy first run and i try seedsman bc they had new strains i wanted to try. Yep, i guess im just beat 8 days after i sent money feeling terrible and foolish. Thank you seedsman for making all these customers so happy and just saying ah hes no big deal lets keep his money and ruin his day.

Seedsman offer excellent pricing, lots of freebies and top notch customer service. Their staff is exceptionally helpful and are genuinely invested in customer satisfaction. I am extremely happy with their company and their are few other websites that serve as a hub for all the best seed breeders while still being fairly priced.

I placed my order the 8th of september, my tracking still says PENDING / DOES NOT EXIST so I don't know what is going on at this point, either item was never sent or didn't even arrived/left the uk...that's almost 4 weeks after I've placed my order, I got my tracking the 17th still doesn't give me any usefull info/update... tracking still says....PENDING / DOES NOT EXIST. Will update my review later, as Tom is looking to fix this problem. Looks like my packages got stuck in the customs.

I ordered and did bill pay through my bank and my bank sent check now the tell me that the check was no good it shows on my bank statement payment sent now they want me to send money again its already been since Sept 9 but tell me package was sent to US im lost by this time

I made the order in large part because one of the freebies was 4 seeds of Mango Cream Auto. However, after the order was confirmed, you unilaterally changed this to 1 Onyx auto fem and 4 Tangerine K Fem Exo. I need auto – not fem. I cannot grow anything that is photoperiod sensitive which is why I only ordered autos and confirmed the order when I was to get 4 seeds of Mango Cream Auto.
I find it unacceptable that you changed this unilaterally. I feel that I am owed an explanation – and probably a partial refund. I can return the entire order if you would like.
Support does not answer rapidly.
Should I call my credit card company to reverse the charge?

Seedsman has delivered for me every time I've used them so far. They have great selection and I love their freebie program, especially when tied in with their Bitcoin promo. My 1 issue is their tracking and order updating but honestly I don't order seeds because I need them for the next day so I can wait a bit for all that to figure itself out. Loyal customer for life here!
