***UPDATED***: After the SecureGive development team spent two weeks working out the bugs with the new Planning Center (PCO) interface I am very pleased with the results. The flow of transactions into PCO has been accurate and seemly since. We have also transitioned all of our Text giving from another vendor to SecureGive and are pleased with it as well. Thank you for redeeming the relationship SecureGive, I look forward to moving forward! ***UPDATED***
We are currently migrating our Donor and Giving Database from F1 to Planning Center. We were told by SecureGive staff early this year the API developed by SecureGive to interface with Planning Center would be ready by 5/31/18, so we planned our migration around this date with some added cushion. After being told in June, July, August, and again in September that the API would be ready 'next month,' we were finally told it was ready for live use in October. We flipped the switch on 10/30/18 to begin exporting online/text giving from SecureGive to Planning Center, and it's now the end of day on 11/1/18 and still nothing is able to be exported into our Planning Center database. I have to email the client managers multiple times for updates, if I even get a response at all. As an example of the poor support, I emailed one client manager this morning for a status update at 7:44am and I have yet to get a response from her. I then emailed another client manager at 11:22am for a status update, and when I still had no response from either manager, I put in a support case at 1:05pm, which I have yet to receive a call back on. One client manager did finally respond to me by email at 2:20pm to tell me she would reach out to the development team and get an ETA for me. It's now 5:12pm and I have yet to get a status update or ETA. This has been an extremely poor rollout of an important interface and even worse support to go with it. I have been doing software and database migrations since the mid-90's and this is by far the most frustrating migration to date. Planning Center's Giving Module using Stripe is looking better each hour.

I am a new user and the only reason I gave a 4 star was because there is no way to mark the contributions once they have been downloaded to a csv, the chances of duplicating contributions are higher this way if you have more than one person assisting in the process.

I manage many different databases and I have found SecureGive to be the most user-friendly without having to do much research. The software is so easy to navigate and designed so intuitively for congregants and admin alike. If I ever have a question, SecureGive support is so quick to personally respond. Some of the responders that I mainly work directly with, Courtney Vickery, Michael Haywood, and Greg Manz, are always so kind and understanding. They are extremely efficient and my needs are always met. I have worked with other databases that have just sent me a link which made me feel unimportant and was still left to figure it out on my own. I truly appreciate the SecureGive team as a whole and how they operate towards ultimate client satisfaction.

One of the most impressive characteristic of SecureGive is the customer care. To often churches will make a decision for their Merchant Service needs based simply on price points during the front end conversations with other companies...speaking from experience!. I never considered the poor customer care that often takes place on the back end. Although, SecureGive's price point is extremely competitive and appealing...it is the prompt customer care that earns my trust. I'm a fan!

The promised experience versus reality/real life were two different things. Cumbersome, onerous and un-customer friendly policies and procedures with no onsite help. The updates to the IPad in particular require technical expertise beyond our church's capability.

SecureGive is such an easy giving resource for our church family. Anyone that knows how to use a mobile phone will be able to setup and access SecureGive without any complications. Simple & Easy!!!
The SecureGive Dashboard on the bookkeeping side of the program is remarkable and very user friendly. My fears of change were resolved very quickly when I saw how simple SecureGive is to use.
I highly recommend SecureGive to any church no matter the size of the congregation.

Secure Give served us very well from 2012-2017. We made a change to obtain a phone app through another vendor designed specifically for our church. The new company met some other needs we had at this time.
They have a great team and respond very quickly to any concerns. I have recommended Secure Give to numerous churches over the last 5 years. Will still do so.

There are many little things that we've found to be too complex for users. I'm certain that more people would use SecureGive if steps were re-arranged or simplified.
