Had an excellent experience with this company. I wish all of the concerts and events I attend are sold by SEATED. I bought tickets to a show that I unexpectedly was unable to attend for family reasons. Customer service was very attentive in helping me return the funds and selling to another fan on the waitlist.Highly recommend!

The last time Rachel Bloom came to Chicago, bots snapped up the tickets within minutes when they went on sale. I'm a huge fan, and it was disappointing to say the least. This time around, I found Seated through Ticketfly and reached out to them about getting presale tickets as a real human being. They responded quickly and were extremely helpful. I'm thrilled to have two tickets to see one of my favorite performers live and in-person. Thanks again!

I made a mistake in my email address during a ticket order and had another question about the details. The Seated team got back to me in about an hour, corrected the problem and answered my follow-up question. I really appreciated the responsiveness. By contrast, I had one help request for another ticket provider back in January, and I never heard back.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Myles K.! I initially mistakenly reached out to Seated for help with a ticket purchase, and Myles kindly redirected me to the correct company, and kept in contact with me to ensure that they gave me the help I needed. When the other company failed to respond to me, Myles provided me with another way to contact them and again made sure I got the help I needed. The whole experience was awesome, and Myles went above and beyond to help me. I am seriously blown away, especially considering Seated isn’t even the company I was needing customer service from! I am extremely pleased with the help I got from Seated, and am incredibly thankful for all of Myles’s help!

Myles not only replied extremely fast to my email after submission, but in a kind, thoughtful and most importantly, genuine manner. Far too often I feel like support teams offer generic, pre-scripted responses. Myles answered in a way that made me feel like he genuinely cared, and actually helped ease my concerns (I worry a lot). The only thing that could've possibly been better if Myles could've given me the tickets himself, which I know was out of his power.
Great support, and I really appreciate the help!

Seated's customer service is excellent and they provide all the information and more that I needed for my inquiry. I really appreciate the confirmation email letting me now that my request had been received and answered within 24 hours of said email. I wish all of my customer service experiences were as helpful and easy as it has been with Seated. Shout out to Myles for being awesome!

I haven't bought concert tickets in about 20 years. All these new processes and keeping the tickets in the fans hands is stressful, but Seated was great! Not only did they make the presale sign up easy, they diligently answered all my questions through customer service. They were super helpful and lovely to deal with. I hope more artists use their service for presales.

I purchased the general tickets for my daughter.
And next day she wants to get the VIP.
We end up purchased the VIP tickets next day.
We send the e mail about the return the general tickets. And next day early in the morning “Max” respond to us and everything went perfect!!
It was such a great experience and Max save my day!!! My daughter is so happy!!!! Thank you!
