We booked a long-courier flight with 1 stop, 2 airline carriers. The price was correct. Problem happened when the 2nd carrier rescheduled its flight 20 minutes earlier, thus making the stop impossible; Seat24 should have rescheduled the flight, but didn't. Chek-in thus refused us, and Seat24 was unable to help.
After 4 expensive, useless and frustrating hotline calls, we ended up calling the carrier services directly. They did the work, though they weren't required to. We could have lost +1000€ in the process.
My advice: avoid for expensive and risky schedules. Also consider there's no hotline for any purpose.

Got a flight confirmation yesterday 24hours before our flight from cairns Australia to GUANGZHOU should take off from Seat24. Flight CZ334. When we arrived at the airport this morning we were told that China Southern stoped all flights from Cairns already by 28.03.2019!!! So 5 months ago!!! I called the Seat24 service and got NO help or support from them!!! Then I called the Airline directly and they helped us to come back home. Seat24 is absolutely bad and not trustworthy, service is terrible and very obviously they have no control about their processes otherwise it can’t be that they confirm a flight 24 hours before original flight time when the flight originally was canceled by the airline 5 months earlier as also confirmed by the airline! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Seat24 did not inform me for changing of a flight. Therefore I missed the flight and had to book a new flight at other airline and payed a lot of money. Seat24 answered that they are not responsible. Never ever again I book over Seat24 and prepare legal steps

Due to internet restriction agents are not able to hand over them ( whats this for a travel agency, if the agents are not able to support with Airline telefonnumbers??)

never buy tickets from here, the customer service is just bad. The airlines made some changes with the flight and they didnt do anything to help with the change, nor did they reply any emails and spent a whole 2 days trying to contact them by calls.

Never have I ever experienced such incompetence and bad customer service as I did with Seat24!
It started when I needed to change the flight time on my return ticket from Lisbon. I called 2 months ahead of time of the travel, so in good time. The man I spoke to was completely clueless of what he was doing, but I’m not going to go into details on that as it would take too long to write it all. Long story short, I spent 50 minutes on the phone only to make a simple change to my ticket! I’ve never been put so much on hold with any other customer service in my life! I paid the fee and I got a confirmation that the change had been made. All was good, I thought.
Fast forward 2 months to my travel, and it turns out that the guy in Seat24 had instead of changing my ticket, made a new booking in my name, so that there were 2 bookings in my name, resulting in the airline company to cancel my ticket! I call to Seat24 customer service to ask for their help, and they only told me to contact the airline. The airline, although much more helpful than Seat24, cannot so much as this is the fault of Seat24, who were very reluctant to take any kind of responsibility until they were confronted with all the details and documents I had. Then they tried to help a little, but far from a satisfactory level!
Point is: AVOID Seat24 if you value your time and money! This company is awful, and needless to say I will never ever use them again!

I bought a ticket in a hurry, and didnt se that i bought the 8th, when i actually needed the 9th. i tried to take contact right away, it was impossible. i was ringing for 5 days and waited long, and no one answered. after 5 days, they did answer after 30 min of waiting, and said that i must pay 230 eu for one days change, although in the internet they are writing much less amount!!!! and the tickets for those days - i did check - they had the same price - why couldnt they just change those dates??? its embarrasing, i recommend everyone not buy tickets there.

Worst customer service I have had EVER had from any travel agent in the last 15 years.
Due to a scheduled change, I had a misconnect on my ticket and it took multiple calls to the airline and seat 24 to try to rebook me onto an alternative. And they still haven't helped and want to charge huge fees in an INVOLUNTARY missed connection.
The outsourced agents in India are not knowledgeable and particularly unhelpful.
Avoid at ANY cost.

I had booked several months ago a flight via Seat24 which was then cancelled because of strike action in Belgium. In spite of several mails to the customer service nothing has happened in the meanwhile and there was not even a reply to my latest mail. I am consindering legal action because Seat24 owns me a considerable sum and evidently avoids to refund it.

Never ever again.
I was trying to book a flight, and pressed pay the website kept hanging for 15 mins so i gave up and refresh and it wasn't working. went to other website and did my booking and half an hour later i received an email that the booking was done.
I called the customer service, one word THE WORST the guy charged me 25 euros cancellation fees which was literally 10 mins after the issue. I sent to the customer service over the email and they keep replying we refunded the full amount except for the cancellation fees.
Trust me don't use it !

Changing flights only through telephone call possible. We need to change one flight and all I asked is any possible flight for a respective day and the respective transaction charge but for every step, I have to wait for 2-5 minutes to proceed. At the end of the call which took almost an hour, I haven't got the much needed information I needed. The customer service said she found the flight but coudn't tell me more because she hasn't found the price after like 30 minutes of researching. I asked if she can relay the information to me per email since I am just inquiring how much it will cost but she said it isn't possible. It is impossible and a waste of time and money on my behalf! Better book flights direct from the airline. Never again!!!!

The flight schedules have changed and flights cancelled and nobody informed me, even if other promotional mails have been sent from Seat24. Seat 24 claimed that they sent three email informing me about the changed booking, but the emails never arrived to my mailbox, spam or bin.
The call center is totally useless, after waiting 30 minutes the agents cannot help you with anything. Not with the booking that changed because of them and not with any other changes. I needed to contact the airline myself to fix the problem.

Disaster.. I have booked 5 tickets for my family. My infant child has incomplete name on the e.ticket. No fault of my own, even name at the seat24 booking is complete and correct. However, at the ticket confirmation, name is incomplete.
Seat24.de is neither attending my call nor replying my emails. Zero service, so zero rate. Kindly, avoid them.

No more Seat24.de, no more Skyscanner: Unfortunately, not possible to have no star at all!. Searching for a flight via Skyscanner. Got a price at
EUR 204,- and was forwarded to Seat24.de. First when I provided my data price raised - at the end - to EUR 250,-. Much worse the flight destination for the forth flight had changed without giving notice - which I did not notice. It was impossible to cancel the flight.Hotline - though Frankfurt/German number somewhere in Philippines/India. Service was just reading from a rule book telling you pure nonsense. Talking to a robot whould have been more interesting. After 30 min and an English speaking supervisor I was referred to the airline for cancelling the flights (I should call again for reimbursement thereafter). However, as expected the airline told me that I would have to cancel through Seat.de. This however is not possible. The information in the Hotline that cancelling within 24h would not be a problem (but that the charge of EUR 25 for services from Seat24 would be deducted at all times) is contradictory to the General Terms & Conditions of Seat24.de. To sum it up: German address, German phone number but limited German support only. Invoicing address Finland. Service Asia. Service incompetent. No chance to make your case. I guess I will take this to court if it is possible at all to serve statement of claim at all. At the end of the day my own mistake to go through this portal. Lesson learned: do not use internet portal without the company being domiciled in the country where its landing page is. Going forward no more Skyscanner, no more Seat24.de

The flight company Eurowings fully refunded the amount due for my booking to Seat24 immediately, but Seat24 has been withholding it unrightfully for 2 months and refuses to pay me back. I would never ever book a flight with Seat24 again. I have been calling the company ten times without success and will have to initiate legal proceedings.

Flight ticket Prices didn't match what you need to pay. But everything you need like insurances, luggages etc are already made easy and available for customers and the payment method is very convenient! Will be using seat24 again in the future.

I tries to get in contact with the customer service several time without success. Every time I called the german number i had to wait minutes in line without no one picked up. The call is regularly hung up!
