I had a bad experience with Sears online when I putted an order, they cancel my order without an explanation, after I contacted them by chat and they told me to put the order again, so for second time they charge me twice and order was cancel again, and now a have to wait 7-10 business days to have my money back, bad that they can not put out of stock, I think that is something simple to add, but NO is more easy for them to get the money from us

"I bought a new garage door opener (Chamberlain) from Sears Online, they contract out to a (3rd party) installation, I paid $130 for install directly to Sears Online, the company is not qualified to install this brand, they never gave me a refund as services were not rendered. Stay away. I will never use them again, plus there call center in Asia is so unorganized, and there phone staff has a extremely low IQ and not trained properly."

Too long to honor their maintenance agreement, it's been a month without a washing machine, repair man came and said parts would have to be ordered, can't find parts, called and they said a replacement order was ordered, waited allotted time and called back no order found another order was placed l have had Sears products for over 60 years and agreements 40 years this is ridiculous and not at all what service is expected from Sears I'll think twice before I pay for an agreement that will not be honored

In December, I had to have a washing machine looked at by Sears warranty services. The tech diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. He has not been seen since. In the 4 months that have past a repair appointment has been schedule several times but each time the tech simply does not show. This AM I waited for 4 hours but no tech arrived. When I called in I was told that the appointment has to be rescheduled and I will be notified in 24-48 hours... again. It took 45 minutes on the phone and finally the supervisor told me she had offered a reschedule and that was all they can do. She then left me in silence refusing to discuss anything or try to work out a solution. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me he doesn't take calls. So much for the service part of warranty service. I would recommend not buying from Sears. I know I will not.

Please do not purchase appliances from Sears. They used to be a good company. Not anymore. We purchased an expensive Kenmore refrigerator Sept 2019. A fan went out 3 months after warranty ended for the fridge. The actual part still has a year warranty left on it (some parts have a 2 year warranty). The part is not available. The associate told me he runs into this issue a lot and was very sympathetic with my issue however he could not help me and refused to give me a district managers phone number. No help calling the Sears / Kenmore customer service lines either. They just keep transferring you back and forth. None of them care that you have purchased a nearly $3000 fridge that can NEVER be repaired. We will never purchase another item from Sears. Would have given a zero star if it was an option.

Ordered a pair of cargo shorts & upon receiving them the size was mis-marked since I own the exact same shorts. Sears made me pay for the return. Will never order again!

I placed an order for a TV table at Nov 28th, I received at Dec 7th and I realized there are 16 pieces screws missing. I called Sears and they send email to seller and requested them to send missing parts. They send me 14 screws at Dec 16. After 19 days that I ordered the product, still couldn't use it because they sent me 2 screws less. There are no one responsible. Neither seller nor Sears. I will never purchase anything from Sears and Decoratika.

Pray that whatever you purchase from them will never have problems. I bought my laundry W/D combo last year in Jan. My laundry washer broke down.
Called Sears to have it fixed on Sep 3.
The techs x2 came to evaluate it with barely any PPE on Sep 17. Was informed by them that they need parts.
2 of 3 parts were delivered. 3rd part on back order.
Today, Oct 19, still without resolution. Was put on hold when I called 1(800) 827-6655 for 3 hours and 4 minutes only to be told that they will "escalate" the issue and have someone call me back within 2~3 business days. Will be demanding a new W/D combo replacement or I'm getting legal involved. Case number: 6935273

Sears customer service is not what it used to be. I called Sears to come out to fix my dishwasher it was gonna be expensive so I got a master protection program (after talking to six people)and my technician had his manager call and order the parts. So when I called this morning to find out where the parts were at, because I wasn't getting an email letting me know, they said there were no parts ordered. Now they're telling me that when the technician comes out this Friday which was supposed to be the day that he was supposed to have the parts and fix it now he can order the parts. And then make another appointment to come back and fix it. I will never buy another appliance from Sears again. If he doesn't have the parts on his truck when he comes out I will cancel the master protection program and buy a dishwasher from Lowe's. Sears is not the same company it was years ago, we have always bought our appliances from Sears. Now they just suck!

Waited for the ref to arrive for nothing. They really dont care if we are waiting. They are making these ridiculous excuses. My old broken ref is waiting to be hauled away by Sears. We dont have any ref as of now.

Sears has stooped to a new low: scamming folks out of thousands using the $179 air duct cleaning service to enter your home and rip you off to the tune of two to over five thousand dollars. First they will take a picture of the interior air handler unit and show you all this dust, then they start the pitch: promise to clean your complete system. They do not answer to the Better Business, Business Consumer Alliance, nor Attorney General Consumer Complaint. Shame on you - Sears!

Thousands of Canadians bought warranties from Sears, right up the time when Sears filed for bankruptcy. Sears refused to refund the poor "suckers". Sears knew exactly what they were doing when they continued to take the customers' hard earned money. Also, if you want to find the worst contractors in town. Easy..., look for the "Sears" logo.

Ordered two products from them back in March. They lied 3 times about the delivery date and NEVER delivered so I cancelled the order. I ask for a refund back. At first they said they had to investigate. Then said it would be 7 to 10 days for the refund. When they did refund my money they only refunded 600 out of the 1800, order. I have contacted them several times. They just keep saying their looking into it and giving me phone numbers that dont work or no one answers. I will never do business with them again and suggest you dont either if you want your product. Or your FULL refund when you dont get it.

Spend your money somewhere else. Kenmore refrigerator malfunctioned after 5 months. The part is on backorder with NO RESTOCK DATE from the manufacturer. Yet, Sears wants me to wait 30 days to be able to submit a ticket for a replacement. This policy does not work for anyone especially families with young children. The phone support barely speaks English and is indifferent to your problem. Very disappointing experience.

Insurance fraud that's all I'm going to say. I paid for instead on a washing machine and they refuse to fix it.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mark (who claims to be the manager) was completely unprofessional and unapologetic when our fridge was not delivered as promised. In fact he made no effort to resolve the problem and hung up on me more than once. Incompetent employees who don't care about their customers. It's no wonder they're going out of business. Save yourself some time and money and shop at Fred's Appliance instead. Joe will hook you up with a great deal and a smile.

Worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered. Sad to know that Sears ties their name to this stuff.
I ordered sunglasses only to find out they were not from "Sears" but from a 3rd party vendor. Called immediately to cancel and was told the order had been cancelled. One week later i get a notification a tracking number had been requested to ship? What? Called Sears again and was told it would be cancelled. One week after that I get an email saying the order was shipped?? Called Sears again and was told to refuse the shipment. Couldn't get any response from the 3rd vendor via phone or email. Long story short Now I am stuck with glasses and trying to return them

despicable ethics, do not buy such warranty from sears. Total rip off. Sears does not stand behind the commitment written on the warranty booklet, good about collecting monthly premium and poor on delivery.

My company has been selling on the Sears Marketplace for about 7 years. Sears owes us approximately $1,100 for sales that we have made and they have not paid us for them. We have been trying to resolve the issue with them since February but their Customer Support (ha!) only responds saying that they have forwarded our information to the appropriate department for review and then no one ever contacts us. It has been going on for over 4 months. We have contacted them at least a dozen times and get the same answer. There is no phone # to call and they will not give a phone # to us to call them. We fulfilled our end of the contract and they are keeping our money. Run from doing any kind of business with this company - fast!

I would highly recommend that you stay away from shopping online with Sears. I ordered a small (6 cu ft) freezer from Sears on April 3, 2020. I received a receipt confirming the purchase with a delivery date of May 30th. The evening before I got an automated call giving me a delivery time from 12:45 - 2:45. My wife and I were excited that we'd finally get our freezer after waiting 2 months. At 3:00 pm I called customer service and they were clueless after 25 minutes on the phone they told me it wasn't in the warehouse - uh covid19, uh unexpected delays. You'll get a call on Monday or Tuesday to reschedule the delivery. You guessed it no call. Got on the phone again - still clueless. I asked if it had even shipped yet - oh yeah, delivery will call when it gets in. Suspicious of that, I tried the customer service chat. They were very polite and their representative assured me that it had shipped and been delivered to a local warehouse. And to make up for the inconvenience they would take 5% off the price. The rep assured me that I would be contacted within 24 - 48 hours to set up a new delivery date. Shocker! Nobody called. Got on the phone AGAIN and finally pinned the rep down about where my freezer was - it wasn't anywhere because their vendor didn't have one to ship! I canceled my order letting them know I would NEVER shop with Sears again which didn't bother the "customer service" rep at all and he calmly told me that the refund would take 15 - 30 days. Outrageous! Sears will never dig their way out of bankruptcy because the whole company is incompetent! Stay away, you've been warned.

When purchasing a Kenmore, I saw a label that showed the LG Compressor was guaranteed for 10 years. The salesman pushed that fact during the sale as well. The problem is that that's ONLY a sticker, and it does NOT reflect the quality nor the lifespan of the refrigerator. If you verify the stats, you'll see that the LG compressor breaks down around the 3-5 year period and you'll need to have it replaced. LG will NOT give you a new one, as LG and Sears required that you have a certified HVAC Tech' replace it, which is MORE than the compressor, and most folks choose to get a new fridge than to pay the price and deal with Sears. I called everyone to get a replacement compressor and every time LG did NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANY at all. I even sent supporting evidence that the compressor was shot, and still NOTHING. I'm elderly and disabled now, so every penny counts. They both failed to live up to their hype and warranties. The compressor was drawing so much current that it also damaged the main board in the process. Bad design and a bad deal as it failed around 4 years or so of normal household usage. Under the 10 year LG Compressor Replacement Warranty.
Not worth the frustration and the pain.
