- Poor after-sales support
- Response time against the raised concern is very late
- Response rate against the raised concern is less than 50%
- In the case of non-responsive, seems like no hierarchical structure these people have

I hate to whine about any company. There are some nice things about Seamless, but it is for a very specific person who is in sales and just needs to do a little digging.
I'm not a big fan of the annual contract you get locked into. I should have read the fine details because you are really locked in. You will not escape that thing. Just be warned.
Also, if you are not careful every time you import the leads from LinkedIn, there is no way to prevent duplicates from being created. You end up with a huge list of people, but there are many duplicates as you build your list if you use various search criteria and continue to import. It did not do what I needed it for, which was for building retargeting lists and not necessarily individual sales. It's okay, I guess, but not for me.

Sales team tells you that you have 30 days to cancel and refund. Support tells you per contract no. The ability of seamless.ai is way overrated. Can not pull large data pulls. Management team is determined to hold to contract. Bully mentality.
