On my last order they did not include an item which was a flag for my buoy. I started the process 2-3 times until I got annoyed with their customer service as it was not going anywhere. Never bought again since.

Please do yourself a favor and don't use them. I should have read trusted pilot before ordering a diving watch. This guys are a fraud seriously. I ordered the item 4 days ago and paid extra for DHL delivery as I had a deadline to get the product. The item hasn't even left yet all they have done is advise DHL there is a parcel and nut arranged the collection. It was meant to be delivered today and still in Spain. Please do yourself a favor and take note of all the bad reviews and don't buy anything from them

Terrible and false advertising regarding stock and delivery estimates. They sell through deception and false promise like so many others. By the time you realise, you are left hanging, its too late, its usually too late to go buy elsewhere.

I purchased several items from Scubastore for free diving, and within the hour of having the items delivered, I was on my way to for a test dive.
Here we realised that they missed one item ( Only send 1 glove, where there should have been a pair), the snorkel did not have the clip in the package(fixed with an elastic..) and shortly after the first dive, one of the items was already showing signs of rust.
I started the return process, and they basicly just cancelled it both times I tried.
So Scubastore does not have any customer service at all, and they are not respecting international trade laws regarding complaint and returns.

Ordered an item, it said it was in stock. 48 hours later I received an email stating it was either out of stock or delayed. I emailed them back asking which is it. I was told the item was out of stock, so I ordered the same wetsuit in a different colour they changed the details and I asked them then and there whether this wetsuit actually existed. Three chasing emails later just to find out if I’m ever going to get a wetsuit from this place and 4 days have gone by I’m emailed stating it’s either out of stock or delayed- 2 very different things!! To as insult to injury I now have to wait for them to return my money. Avoid this company at all costs!! You’ll be glad you did.

I have ordered from Scubastore 12 times this year , all over 46 different items.
All of them arrived exactly as i expected.Sometimes arrival time differs from expectation , but this is because of Customs procedures in my country. All of items arrived in excellent condition and exact sizes. In case of need i have got a good service from support team by email as well by chat.
Definitely will continue to buy in Scubastore

I ordered two scuba diving masks and was promised a delivery within a max of 10 days, which was important for me as we planned to go on a diving trip.
A few days later I got a track and trace code to a package that never arrived and was never sent.
I called Scubastore.com customer service about ten times and they promised to locate the package, but needless to say, they could not do that. Instead, they started by sending me requests to fill up long emails with details. I filled up all details and they asked to wait and then came with the same emails asking for more details and so forth.
Till today I have neither received the goods I ordered nor the money I paid.
I say - stay away from them.

The quality of your purchased product should not be a matter of luck.
Purchased a Cressi Mask and they send me a defective one. Water leaked on the first try on the pool. I email them twice and no response.
Refurbished items to sold as new?
Also, they were tracking my activity in their website. I was eyeing the Suunto D5 computer and not only I got an email telling me to rush and get it. That same day of the email, magical gosht ratings appear to describe the awesomeness of D5.
I'm sure they would be very proactive on the warranty of an 800 dollar computer....Sarcasm

Ordered 4 sets of snorkel fins on 26th May at a great price. Was informed expected delivery date 6th-10th June. All arrived today 6th June. All correct sizes/colours etc. Would happy use again. Thanks

I ordered a diving computer from Scubastore on June 19, 2019. I normally order from Aliexpress, but was unfortunately lured by the lower price and promise of 8-15 days delivery and the slick website.
The tracking number and webpage for tracking showed that the item reached New Delhi on June 26 via IndiaPost with an IN suffix on the tracking number, but after that it has not shown any change in status. I contacted them thrice now, each time they have increased the expected delivery delay ("customs delay"), the last time saying "60 working days".
I checked in again on the tracking webpage and to my surprise, the tracking number suffix and postal delivery company had changed from IndiaPost to Nederlands PostNL with a tracking number suffix NL. I realized that this time I was using a VPN with a server in Europe. No other details on the tracking had changed.
THEY ARE GENERATING A FAKE TRACKING PAGE WITH A POSTAL DELIVERY COMPANY LOGO AND TRACKING NUMBER SUFFIX THAT CHANGES DEPENDING ON WHICH COUNTRY THEY THINK YOU ARE LOGGING IN FROM !!

i ordered 2 weeks ago a pair of fins.
By accident i ordered in the evening another pair. By seeining that i send them a email about my mistake.
Within the hour i got a reply that my order would be cancel and i would get my money back.
The next week , i recieved my money back.
and also my pair of flippers, the right size, colour and model.
Super happy with them.
i was sketchy about ordering with them after reading all the reviews but super happy i did!

tldr. I ordered fins, parcel got stuck at delivery. I contacted support. Answer were standard text blocks, which looks like they never read my mail at all.
I ordered fins on June 11 and they should arrive June 14.-17. They were shipped on June 13. On June 19 they where still not in my country but since several days "Shipment ready for transporter abroad" is in the tracking.
So I contacted support, that my delivery seems to be stuck and send an excerpt from tracking. The response were several standard text blocks, variables in the text blocks partly not even parsed. The text blocks told how to get tracking information (I sent them an excerpt from tracking!) and where to look for your parcel, if it wasn't deliverd directly to you.

I ordered some snorkelling fins, size stated 37-39 so I presumed as I am a 37-38, that they would fit fine. When they arrived, the fins stated on them 38/39. I paid €6.95 delivery charge for them and when I checked re returns, it will cost me €10. I will have paid €16.95 in delivery charges for an item that cost €16,95 and had wrong sizing given on website.
The return costs are so high, think they do it so that people don't bother. I will have paid a total of €33,90 to get a refund back of €16.95. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM SCUBASTORE, go to a high street shop where you get service and items swapped free.
