The worst customer experience I've ever seen in my life. They don't even read your messages or tickets - they just send you general templates and never resolve your issue or provide a solution, explanation or any suggestions. Their backend development team is extremely lazy and takes months to put out simple fixes. Scopely has the players do QA for them instead of testing the game themselves. Everything breaks and to play any of their games you have to constantly reload them.
Imagine if the mentally-disabled kid on the playground was in charge of the school's infrastructure, and you have Scopely.

I wish I could give you a Yahtzee with buddies a big fat 0. This game freezes up more than any other game I've ever played ever. it froze up three times within an hour and a half what a way to have a game played. Also I am not getting my coins from individual play although they say I am and are threatening to take me off the game if I keep asking about it. Well I'll tell you one thing if it doesn't change I'll get someone to change it. What a waste of time

After 3 yrs of playing WD:RTS, my account was hacked. Support was able to get it back for me the first time after I provided the information asked of me, but it happened again a couple of hrs after they had "fixed" the issue. Reached out to them again but this time they were not helpful at all. Gave me the run around and basically told me to go kick rocks, they were not going to do anything. I have read and heard stories about how bad support is but never thought I'd experience it myself. Very frustrating and disappointed. Avoid this company at all cost. I am only giving 1 star as cant give 0. I would recommend everyone to stay away from using these and if any solicitors reading this fancy helping someone whos very ill to try to claim the money back they i have been cheated out off! Its been proven and admitted that they have changed the odds so people are loosing out. Also i had a internet issue recently and sent them all my account info and they refuse to give account back even after all the money ive put in. Lying, cheating robbing scum

If I could give zero Stars I would. You need to check into the game Yahtzee with buddies because people are not getting there coins from winning matches with other people. This happened before and I ended up erasing all of my games with people and I'll do it again. I think that you guys should read the reviews on a gamer for Yahtzee with buddies because they are not good reviews.

Scopely may have entertaining games but that is no excuse for their terrible customer service and complete lack of support. They are a greedy company that takes no responsibility for their mistakes. Due to an error with their system, I lost out big time with what I had built up in a game that took a year to build. When I reached out for support due to their error, their answer was a disappointing one that said they acknowledged it was their error but they would not be returning any of what I built or providing refunds. If you mess up, you own it, that is customer service. Scopely has no meaningful customer service.

Stay away from the games these guys make. Worse bugs than a bed bug infested hotel. And tech support won't take ownership. Just sorry for the inconvenience blah blah blah. No refunds no compensation just a bunch of horse f*****y. Better developers out there. Says sorry our logs show blah blah blah. Logs don't show the glitch of the screen freezing and it performing an unwanted action when it unfreezes...

They have the worst customer service I have Ever experienced. I have spent over $1,000.00 on their yahtzee game and a few times I did not receive all I was supposed to receive. Then I felt I should get something for all my troubles and their mistakes- like other game companies would do. NO- They did NOTHING to keep a loyal customer or show they were Sorry for Their systems errors. They need to learn from Zynga and other online gaming companies.

I have played 2 of their games so far, Star Trek Fleet Commander & Looney Tunes World Of Mayhem. Both offered no support whatsoever. I reported many bugs within Star trek, as did the entire community & they just blame everybody's devices. When they eventually admitted their game wasn't working properly & all the ships were stuck, they did nothing except have more sales & encourage more buying. 6 updates & as many versions later & the ships are still stuck while all they do is leech off their new customers, absolutely disgusting. As for Looney Tunes, they have in app offers that encourage you to take surveys & install other games to play that require you to reach certain levels before the reward is valid. The thing is, the majority of surveys con you out of the gems & never issue them, others ask you over 40 maths problems that require the knowledge of a professor by question 30 & unless you get 100% theres no reward. Other surveys say you're not a mach & the games you install & waste your time on getting to the required level often don'r pay either. You contact support, peovide screenshots of the offer & proof you completed it & they say they can't verify completion, even with proof. They then give you the run around & instruct you to follow other complicated steps to try to redeem your reward, denying responsibility for the offers they allow within their own app. As far as i'm concerned, the offer is within their game, the reward is in their game, the responsibility is theirs & nobody elses. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with & their practices are appalling. They should not be allowed to have apps on the google play, or any other store for that matter. Sooner or later somebody will sue these money grabbing con merchants and shut them down, deservedly, forever. I would not recommend you play any of their products & certainly not put any money into anything they put out there. If you have already spent money, I suggest you get a refund from whatever market they're pushing their products on. It's amazing what you're allowed to get away with these days. Charging people for things that don't work, & not caring at all. Hmpf!!
