KEEP AWAY , ordered a quad and had it delivered looked lovely but very poor it went for 20 m would never restart or go again I contacted them ( had to email as phone number goes to a deliberately poor message) got advised to try certain silly things to try to start it again, as a non runner they suggested after 10 silly emails to return it but at MY expense from Cornwall to Stockport 😂 I delivered it myself but at the factory a chap appeared and asked if I was a customer or courier ( didn’t want to know when I said customer) the quad was taken onto a conveyor belt and disappeared.I then had an email saying nothing was wrong with it and they will send it back , I don’t want it I just want my money back but no joy as of yet DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY people, thanks Dave

I have recently brought a quad 3 weeks ago from this place for my little boy who is 2 and it broke not even 24 hours after i had it delivered they wont take it back with out me paying for it and i dont see why i should as i paid for it delivering and how much of a disgrace it is not been able to ring them to speak to a customer service person i have also told them i will take them to tranding standards and there dont seem to care absolutly disgusting take your money and dont give a dam when there is heartbroken kids my next step is tranding standards but unsure if i will get anywhere but this company is a joke should have brought a second hand one probably of been better

Brought a zipper 1000w off road electric scooter from them item turned up defective i went through the hassle of returning the item in time for the 14 days return at great expense to me its been over a week since it was returned and im yet to hear from them about a refund

I've spent thousands with Scooter City as a supplier and without a doubt it is the worst after sales support I have encountered. I have discontinued most of their items, however, their only saving grace is that their after sales is so poor I can charge extra to my customers for the privilege of a phone call or instant reply. I did expect this, so I had to forecast taking returns myself, but in some cases I can't afford to lose the money. This means I have to go through their after sales service, which I hate.
Also, it is actually illegal to state you have no refund policy in your product descriptions because of distance selling regulations, so I don't know what they are doing really. I'm not sure if it's just one guy or they don't care much.
There are plenty of alternatives out there guys. Our company is one of them.

ordered 3 mud guards for my grandsons quad bearing in mind a quad has four wheels,well they sent 3 for same side when i orderd 2 of 1 and 1 of another, sent mud guard back which cost me,promised to reimburse not heard nothing.sent me another mud guard and you will not believe it but they sent the same one i sent back.it took two weeks to send the wrong side again.avoid this company you cannot even contact them by phone.never use this company again.going to order from a better company.number i had of scooter city so they can deal with it /tickets/23460

Do not buy from this company,2 broken scooters after 4 weeks & hardly any use from them,these were birthday presents for my 5 & 6 year old grandchildren & these were only used when they came to visit us approx twice a week,After months of emailing them & them refusing the scooters back,i got onto trading standards who told me my rights,so returned the scooters personally,their report of the scooters was abused by users & too much weight, these are recommended for age 12+ so how they say these were misused after about 6 times of use by a 5 & 6 year old is rubbish , i bought these end of july & have been emailing this company since end of august,i have been totally misinformed by them , fobbed off & totally ignored,im not leaving this & will fight all the way to get my money back, trading standards,ombudsmen i have been onto & willing to go to court,these are cheap chinese imports that fall apart & not down to being misused or abused,i also purchased a new part as at 1st i was willing to try & repair it,they sent me the wrong part which i had to return & im still waiting a refund for this too,customer service & the whole company are a disgrace, i have also asked several times if the company belongs to an adr scheme again all emails ignored ,

I bought 2 electric scooters for my grandkids birthdays,they were used 3-4 times,they are of very cheap poor quality,as my granddaughter put the stand down so it stood up it fell out smashing to the floor breaking the throttle hand,waited 2 wks cos out of stock on website,foned them up to be told due in end of next week,then 6 weeks,not happy to wait 6 weeks & upset grandkids cos the belt snapped on the other scooter,belt out of stock too,not happy to wait 6 weeks so wanted replacement or refund to be told no way past the 14 days time frame,was told they have found the part & i need to pay for it,so i did,part arrived totally different part,foned again to be told no replacement & no new scooter,so 6 weeks of use & both unusuable,got onto trading standards to be told,yes i was entitled to a refund or replacement of both scooter so now gona take them back myself,disgraceful customer service , fobbed of with lies everytime
