Not only did they lie about the returns policy but when I called to say I was given the wrong size and my feet are cut open...I was told to waste time and money taking them back to eldon square to get them exchanged , only when I did waste that time and money not only did they not exchange them the staff laughed , stared and talked about the disabled woman and told her she should kill herself as she left around 3pm wed 9th oct 2019. I called schuh again while in the shop to be told I would be sent an email where I could return the shoes elsewhere for a second opinion , only no email was sent. Then when I arrived home, called again, explained everything again, was told the same rubbish again and NO EMAIL was sent AGAIN because none of them know how to do thier job, too busy targeting disabled people to see if they can make thier lives difficult for a laugh, sad people.

Very good customer services. One year for exchange ( sellable condition), or give it back if something wrong that is very good. Staff in Swindon store are amazing specially one little guy with dark hair who exchanged my shoes 3 times in the space of 2 days with lovely smile on his face

I had bought a pair of shoes for school and after wearing them on the first day back my feet were killing me. After the second day of wearing them I had blisters below my big toe, and just yesterday I was in so much pain I couldn't walk. And they had cost me 70 euros! And I spent a fortune in the chemist yesterday from buying plasters and dressings. Never buying from here again.

I went into Kingston Upon Thames Branch last week to complained about pair of sparkling summer Sanders called Barcelona. I spoken to one of the manager whom asked the supervisor or assistant manager with a blue green colored hair to assists with my complain. I explained that the particular pairs were falling apart and he made me felt as if I was lying and it's my fault if the Sanders is faulty. I bought it ending of July..... only few months ago. As I couldn't find the emailed receipt went back few days later with the receipts and was replaced. I went in today to picked up the replacements and I realised I bought another pair which wasn't sure what happened to it. one of their staff was understanding and tried to help by asking the same guy with green blue hair. Again I felt the same bad attitudes and by the time the lady came towards me her vibes wasn't pleasant as before. She was trying to be nice but I can see from the tone and look in her face that they thought I'm lying or trying to get free shoes. I was told oh we are sorry we wont be able to check if you haven't picked up the shoes. Although I have my receipts with me. Very disappointed that the assistant manger or supervisor made me felt so low. Over the years I have spent so much money in that store. I doubt if will ever go there again. Lovely store with great services. One bad experience.

This might actually be the worst company I've ever deal with. They delivered a pair of shoes whilst I was out. They didn't leave me a slip telling where they'd left them so I had to call up and ask. The shoes were delivered to my neighbours, who denied all knowledge off the parcel which isn't Schuh fault. However there system told them who'd signed for the parcel and where it was. Despite this, they would not send me a new pair of shoes or refund me.
I've had to speak to them multiple times about my order, each time they fobbed me off refusing to refund me. It has now been three weeks; I still do not have my parcel or a refund. I’ve written complaints which have been ignored. No advisor has update despite multiple promise to do so. No discount has been offered.
honestly the most frustration experience I've ever had to deal with. I'd expect more from the company. I will not be shopping here again.

Bought Dr Martens at Schuh Watford, priced at £130, the price label was in the shoe on display. At the till, the price was £149. It was the store’s error. They said legally they can charge the higher price, even though the price on display was lower. Disappointing they could not honour their mistake. Will think twice about shopping at Schuh.

I order 3 pairs of shoes, which were delivered in 2 separate deliveries. The first came without trouble, but the second was the worst customer experience I've had. Delivery was supposedly attempted the following day, yet I was home all day and no delivery came. I waited some time and then emailed the help line asking where my item was, only for them to tell me delivery had been attempted but since I was not home it was sent to a nearby business for collection. As I had already left home I was not available to collect so my mother would have to, but she could not until today. Much to my displeasure the order had been returned and refunded without my consent and with no warning, and now the said item is sold out in my size. Atrocious customer service, don't buy from this garbage company.

Schuh Bath. Pounced on as soon as I walked in. Paid for my shoes and they refused to take my old ones to dispose of as I wanted to wear the new ones. I was told there’s a bin down the road. Clearly as soon as they have your cash, customer service ends. Terrible.

Ordered 2 items online in there sale went all through to pay klarna didn't come up so left it, contacted them they said if I'd put down next day delivery it would have came up with the option to pay by klarna but I'd asked for local shop delivery klick collect, what utter crap what difference would that have made???? It either has the klarna option or it doesn't the delivery option is neither here nor there. Anyway went back to the basket to do what they said then the items are now full price? So emailed them only for them to tell me the sale ended, thought maybe in the circumstances they would have honoured this as the was no mention of the date the sale wes ending, don't bother with this place there's plenty of much better places to deal with! Bought shoes online using partial payment with gift cards and had an issue. Used the live chat service and the girls that helped me were superb. Not only did they fix the problem but two days later I have my shoes that I've been after for ages at a 42% discount! Will be using Schuh again as a really satisfied customer. Well Done!

I had a pretty smooth experience from ordering four pairs of shoes online and returning three pairs. Fast refund and I did contact customer service once with a question and got a fast and helpful reply.
I've knocked one star off because their delivery process is odd. I ordered four pairs of shoes (in one order) and they came in entirely separate deliveries on different days. Just quite frustrating. It would put me off ordering again as it makes the returns difficult. You get charged for returns so it is in your interest to return it in one package. Seeing as I was returning three pairs I could just about make one package from it but any more and I'd have struggled. I know this differs a lot from Office as I got their large delivery in one big box so was much easier from a returns perspective. I MUCH prefer Schuh shoes over Office but I don't live near a Schuh store so the returns ease is important for me.

Bought white canvas trainers. They got a bit of dirty mark on them put them in the washing machines( like I do with all my trainers). The mark got bigger and yellow stains were on trainers. Went to shop at the Gyle. The guy on the floor sent them away to customer services. Got them back. Got an email from them saying it was my fault for not asking the girl that serviced me how to clean them! surely it is their job to tell me?
I would regard shoes/trainers under clothing. Why is when you buy dark jeans there is a label tell to wash separately as dye will come off. If they know the some trainers glue melts in machine should this not be made aware to the customer?

I popped into your Covent Garden branch today and was greeted by a lovely welcome by the store’s manager! She was an absolute delight - friendly, professional and expecting her baby in Nov! The shop was heaving with customers and she was completely unflappable! We were served by a lovely girl (didn’t get her name, but she lived in Lewisham) - nothing was too much trouble , she was a complete ray of sunshine! I bought the shoes - grey converses.

I bought an expensive pair of trainers from Schuh online. I liked the style, so wanted to keep them. However, on first wearing they were incredibly painful. The right size, but the soles literally don't bend. for trainers, this is not fit for purpose (they are not buffalos!!) and within the fisrt 20 mins, i had 2 cuts on the back of my heels. not what i bought trainers for!!
I have never needed to 'break in' trainers before and as the soles were totally inflexible, i assumed this wasn't going to change, so i sent them back with an explanation of what happened and why i was returning them. A couple of weeks later, i received the same trainers back with a note that there is 'no factory fault' with the trainers and they can't accept a return because i'd worn them!! ridiculous that after going to the trouble of sending them back, they didn't even read my note of explanation... really disappointed in this level of customer service considering the shoes are unusable, and definitely wouldn't use Schuch to purchase online again.
