I love Scentbird!! I've had a great experience with this company. I get to pick a different perfume to try out every month. They have a great selection to choose from and the selection updates regularly. My first monthly fragrance was a little slower than expected getting to me but customer service has been great about getting back in touch with me and addressing any concerns. A had a leaky bottle once and they replaced it quickly at no charge and I received a discount the next month for my trouble. I love getting to try a new designer fragrance each month. Definitely a must try!

I subscribed to them in July of 2018. I received my first order a few days late but nothing too crazy. My second order was 4 months late. Getting any kind of actual reply from anyone about why my order was FOUR MONTHS late was nearly impossible. I requested a refund and to cancel my order multiple times and got nothing. They are a total scam and not worth the money.

I've had nothing but issues with this company they literally have the worst customer service I have ever come into contact with. I decided to upgrade my subscription after a couple months (worst mistake I've ever made) they charged my account a week early I then waited an additional 3 weeks only to receive an email stating one of the perfumes was on backorder apparently it takes 4 weeks to figure that out. I then had to argue with them for another week or so keep in mind they literally wait days to respond finally 6 weeks later they issued a refund last week I received another email stating I had been charged yet again after the last nightmare I was very clear about cancelling my subscription however now they say no refund even though it should've been cancelled last month. Now I'm writing reviews everywhere as well as reporting them to my bank and PayPal.

I signed up for scentbird on November 28th and 8 canceled on December 13 they went in and took $25 dollars told me that it was for the month and then they went back in January 5th and took another $25 dollars and they don’t have a phone number just email and they have stopped emailing me

I started to subscribe to sentbird perfume. Picked my sents no problem. They take the payment then I get no product I have canceled my subscription! I still want my product!!

I have been a subscriber since September. I chose to go with two scents per month. They take your money but refuse to send the products you pay for. I have only received my September order as of today, it is now 12 December. I also ordered three extra scent cases which took 2 months to receive. That was only after complaining weekly for a month. I am still fighting to get my perfume that I have paid for and I continue to get the run around. I have canceled my subscription and may have to take my losses. But not without spreading the word of how shady the company is.

I like how scentbird had a discounted offer on the start-up of their subscription. I can say they answer my emails pretty quick. They seem to really care about customer service. In the subscription you receive three perfume samples for the month. The samples are based on what you pick in your queue so it's not a fragrance that you wouldn't have been interested in. And if you don't have any particular fragrance that you picked they send you a fragrance of the month. If you refer friends you receive free samples.
