So, I am a big busted woman (42 DD) and I started the promotion they had. I ordered two bras, one in black and one in brown. Beautiful bras. I tried on the brown one and it fits perfectly. But when I tried on the black one, it fits but the wiring on the side of the bra sticks me. So I have had the bras for about four months and both bras are tore. The black one middle straps have unattached itself and the brown bra, the seam is almost gone, showing inside the cup. All I wanted to do was get a nice bra for the tata's and I'm guessing, I will have to stick to other place.

I made an order but I decided I didn't want the items anymore. I also became a member because of my order but I did not know of the monthly fees. I talked to someone on a live chat to cancel my order. The entire time the person tried to convince me to keep my membership. I understand why they would do that but it took me almost 10 minutes for them to comply and cancel both my membership and my order. I most likely will not shop there again. If you do decide to shop there, make sure you know what the membership entails and that you actually want what you ordered. I give this a 3 because the service was not as bad as others have experienced but it could have been better.

I have currently been working for 3 months on generating a return label for the items in my order that did not fit right.
(1) the website process that takes you throuhg generating a return label did not work and directed me to call customer service
(2) Phone customer service took me through the process of resending me the return label which I did not receive. They then went on "escalating" my issue since the "system" would not send the email including the return label since my email account was somehow blocked in this "system." I'm not sure what system would block a generic gmail account and how no one else has had this issue, but anyways, I complied since there was no other option. They said it would take a couple days. No reply.
(3) I reached out via FB messenger (very convenient feature) and customer service again took me through generating a return label. Again, it did not work. Again, they escalated the issue. Again, no follow-up.
Summary: Buy off Savage X only if you are not planning to return any items. Their customer service logistics and system are terrible and more and more I believe there isn't a managing team. Service reps are great but clearly whoever the "escalation" is dirt.
