After a short time I got my package, in fine condition, but as the Clerk at the pickup point noticed, as did I afterwards, the barcode(stregcode) was missing the upper part. It had half of it torn of which made the scanning a little difficult. Who ever handled this shipment must be a foolish type.
I worked for GLS for a long period ;)
However, if this kind and other types of mishandling of goods happens, it can and very likely lead to delays. My assumption on delays would be 1-4 days of delay, taking packages size into order.
My guess would be that the Bring Company is cause of some of the delays(-and damages), as people complained on Trustpilot.
My package, a Softball bat w/ball, took a few days, but how they managed to scratch half the barcode off is laughable.
I got my bat "fast", so no complaints here.

I ordered an instyler but then i was so shocked that it's fake. And the quality is very very bad with scrathes and it doesn't look brand new!
From now on i will never ever order here i just wasted my money!

Receives no refund despite the item returned with tracking number one month ago (sept 6th) and repeated reminders. Respond poorly if at all, by e-mail.
Quick reponse on Reviews; Wish the refund could be as fast ;-)
@satana.dk; for me satana.se and .dk are both same as your support responds in danish.
Now claiming they have not got paid, in 9 months without claim letter ;-) Before that they sent me proof of payment and their so called refund, including my MasterCard number.
Update 18/10-18; still total silence without refund. Is it possible to remove the last star from the rating?

Okay i ordered 2 things in the site and it came fairly quick no problems so far but they had sent a wrong item in the order so yeah that one was sent returen still no problems got the return label and all so yeah now starts the problem i cant see why it can take 1 to 2 weeks to do are Exchange of a item when all others do it the same day they get it return and 2 weeks later no respons on the order so sendt them a mail and first there i got confimation from gls 3 hours later that they have put the package for shipping so wonder how long i should have waited without my mail to them
Now let hope it's the right item this time and then it's also the last time i order here so do not recommend them at all

THIS SITE IS A SCAM. I ordered a bicycle almost 2 months ago. I was supposed to receive it within 21 days, but the shipping got delayed because of get this.. VACATION. I was emailing them practically every day and it took them always at least 2 days to respond. The customer support is terrible. When the package finally arrived, i didn't even get notified about it because they sent the wrong number to DHL (the delivery service they use). I only got to know about it when DHL sent a reminder to my house. But of course, that was too late because i am not in the country, and will only be back after the package has been sent back to them. I have just asked them for a refund and im expecting to wait 2 days again for them to respond. If you are reading this, you are alot smarter than i am, because i only checked this site after i ordered the product. Please, whatever you do, do not buy from this site, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Update: Wow they are much faster to respond when they get a bad review. The order number for my package is 39733. If you need any more proof that i am a real customer please respond to my email about the refund. I have all the proof in the emails you (or your customer support) sent me.

I ordered a product from them since my kid was 5 days old until now he is 2 months and 5 days old I still didn’t get my product. I have never ever been waiting for the shopping online’s product more than 2 months whole my life. If the customer service of Satana is reading my comment here please do me a favor...my order number is #30470 placed on 11 May 2018 please check for me where it is or where can I get it! Otherwise I might need my money back!

If I could give 0 stars - I would.
I placed an order and never received the tracking no (and it has been more than a week now). As I have tried to reach customer support (they have only email - no telephone number provided) I have never received a reply.
Unfortunately, satana.dk on Trustpilot I checked only after I placed the order.
I WOULD NOT recommend shopping here!

That is the worst online shop ever. I had buy something and I payed for it for about 2 months ago and I still didn't get my product. They blame Post Nord and they don't answer my email. And when they did, they wish me a god day.

This are my worst online shopping experience. I placed an order on satana.dk on the 25.11.2016 to pay using viabill. For some reason the order did not go through. I called them and they confirmed that the order did not go through. So we decided to place a new order from another shop they own (rabatshop.dk). This I received without any problem.
However, they later managed to bill me through viabill for the order they did not send and also claim did not come in their system. They don't have a problem taking money but if you ever come in a situation where they have to pay your money back then you are in for a long fight. I can see here that other people have had problems getting their money back.
I have sent emails since December and called many times. All i get is lies that their book keeping has not looked into it for over a month. This is the worst customer service and worst lie.
Until now, i have not had my money paid back and still fighting to get that.
Please do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
Lesson, always check reviews on a website before shopping from them.

It is incredible how fast they are to respond here but they take months to reply a customer.
I have proof that the order went through from viabill and can send it to you if needed. This is another lie to save face. The problem is from their shop and customer service.
After writing this review on trustpilot and report them to authorities. Suddenly, the book keeping department was not needed anymore. And they solved the problem the same day. Now I have gotten my money back. BUT NOT WITHOUT A FIGHT
