They are total liars. I have also ordered a pair of Nike shoes but they first mailed me that my order was delayed and they canceled my order without any notification.

Same as other negative guys here. Items now in stock again but order still not delivered. Been 11 days and have now cancelled order. Reordered and this time all was good and items delivered. Bad first order but good on reorder but slightly dearer

I bought a pair of trainers from Sarenza a few weeks ago and paid for them on the site with my card details at the time of ordering. Shoes were delayed a number of times but they eventually came.
Now a few weeks letter ive received a email from a debt company telling me ive been referred to them by Sarenza when I have already paid for the trainers! Absolute shambles of a site avoid!!!

1st order made and will never order again...
Such an unprofessional company, ordered a pair of shoes which was not shipped for around 11 days, when inquired as to when it will be shipped the order was cancelled at some time next day and no notification email or reason given, found about the cancellation upon visiting the website again to see the status of order.
Will never order from such a unprofessional company again.

I know this will be like every other review. But it's true. They're a waste of time. Ordered it 3 days before Eid. They promised with 4 working days. Had to wear my old ones. 4 days passed and they emailed saying there has a technical fault and difficulty in shipping the items from the warehouse. One days later, email arrived saying the item has been shipped from France and should arrive within 2 days. Extremely poor service. Even the customer service representative, Katrina, said sorry, once the order has been confirmed, we cannot refund the money.

I ordered two pairs of trainers from Sarenza and the order and delivery went smoothly. I paid in advance through PayPal and the ordered was delivered. This is where the nightmare begins.
After I received the shoes, I found they were too small. I then went to the website to process a return but for some reason they would only process a return for one pair and not two. I emailed several times, to which I got no reply. After many attempts I finally reached customer service (Maria) and she assured me that I can send both pairs back and would receive a full refund.
When the return was processed I only got a refund for one pair of shoes. Emailing to resolve the problem was not successful. I had to try multiple times to again to reach someone by phone. They refused to refund me the outstanding 82.50 CHF so I asked them to return the second pair of shoes. They could not because the sold them...a second time.
I then filed a dispute with PayPal, to which they did not respond, and finally got a credit for the outstanding amount. You would think that this would be the end of the story but it is not.
Sarenza, in all their ineptitude, filed a non-paying, delinquent account complaint with a credit agency for the full amount of 165.00 CHF! I then had to prove my innocence by forwarding the agency all my receipts, proof of initial payment, return, and partial refund.
Save yourself the headaches and huge waste of time, avoid Sarenza at all costs. If you ever need them to resolve anything you be dropped like a hot potato.

Bad company. I ordered a pair of Nike trainers paid for via PayPal. I received 2 emails to say order has been delayed. I rang up this morning and was told my order has now been cancelled. No explanation as to why and customer service was uninterested. Would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone.

Absolutely fraudsters! I've ordered a pair of Nike Revolution 4 Eu, received an email that says there will be a delay, next day one more email with similar information. Today I did check my order status and guess what - it was cancelled! No excuses, no explanation of the reason, nothing...If I was able to rate Sarenza with a minus, I would give them -5 stars...

I've ordered around 9 pairs of shoes over the years & am shocked to see so many bad reviews when they have always delivered fast, good shoes good quality I'm wearing some right now & have just ordered more . When I've returned they have always refunded me quickly & I dont think twice about ordering from them as they do a brilliant service getting 100 days to return plus they are always comfy which means alot with shoes!

Trainers ordered on 1st June and order confirmed, 5th June email to advise of a delay, 6th June to advise of there still being a delay and I would be contacted shortly, 10th June I sent an email for an update, 11th June I phoned within business hours to only get a we are closed recorded message, 12th June I phone and speak to someone to be told my order had been cancelled for no reason whatsoever. Horrendous company. Do not buy from them as they are unreliable and deceitful at best.

Purchased some boots and the outer synthetic leather started to crumble after just 2 wears. I emailed Sarenza who informed me, 'Unfortunately as the synthetic material is relatively fragile, the Evaluation Department state that for this reason, this occurrence is not caused by a manufacturing fault.' Shocking. The material they are using is clearly not for for purpose.

Product is delivered very quickly, but if a defect has arisen they do not react. Customer service is often not accessible by telephone. If you do get the customer service on the phone (Maria) she only speaks English (the company is located in France). They evade all your questions and only want to get rid of you as soon as possible. It is exactly the same by email. (I have been waiting for three weeks now). In short, do not order here. Or take the risk that you pay a lot of money for a defective product.

I bought an item through their eBay store. Unfortunately it was not a good fit and I had to return it. They offered 100 days free return so I followed the return process. They processed it quickly and I got my money back. My experience was good. I made sure I raised a return request via eBay, as well as via Sarenza correspondence, this meant I would be covered by the eBay money back guarantee if anything went wrong (Sarenza have some bad reviews out there). Good price and my experience of the service was great.

AVOID THEM, THEY WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY. IF YOU WONT RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL IS YOUR FAULT, THEY WILL STILL KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!! 1star because I cannot give minus star. Disgusting treatment. Handed my parcel to a stranger who has never been identified. The parcel is lost, the money is not being refunded as they are not taking responsibility for the rubbish service they provided. I have had a parcel gone missing in the past and I got a replacement or a refund but this disgusting company has no idea of a customer service. I had to submit a charge back to get my money back if im lucky, which they STOLE from me, since I haven't received anything, this is considered as THEFT!!!!
When i called their customer service they told me Hermes maybe dropped to the post office?? Since when Hermes drops parcels to post office?? She has no idea what is going on?? I don't know what she is doing there? Also suggested I go and knock on doors of a miles long street to see if they have my parcel??? Is she out of her mind?? I asked to fill up a form and sign that I haven't received my parcel. An hour later they replied that they refuse to provide me a refund as the parcel was delivered to me. They never provided a detailed proof of the delivery, they never submitted a claim with Hermes, in fact when I contacted Hermes a day later of speaking to her Hermes informed me that they never asked them about the whereabouts of my parcel.
I cannot submit a claim with Hermes as I am not the person who posted the item.
I will take this issue to the Retail Ombudsman.
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, retailers are legally obliged to deliver goods for which they have taken payment. The burden of proof that the goods arrived is on them. If they fail to do so they are liable for breach of contract.

Their customer service is terrible I ordered the same boots in two different styles I’m originally from the us but I really wanted these shoes and this was the only legit website that had the shoes I had to paid for these shoes to get here through a second party for me to get them but when I received the shoes they were two of the same shoes I requested a exchange they canceled it and they told me I would have to return the boots to get a refund then I would have to repurchase the boots I originally wanted but at the time the price went up and they told me they would give me the price difference which I find was crazy when I could just do a exchange it’s not my fault I received the wrong shoes who knows if I would receive the right shoes the second time so that being said buy at your own risk

I have to say was very wary about ordering after reading the reviews. I’d searched for 2 months trying to find these boots. Ordered and hoped for the best. Arrived in 6 days (ordered on a Thursday had them on Wednesday). Super happy! Will definitely use again.
