I was hesitant about purchasing a case of wine on-line, but I am sold now. I could not find the German Riesling that I love at my local liquor store, but found it on the Saratoga Wine Exchange website. I'm so glad they carry it and shipping was very fast!!

The site offers good deals on case wines with free shipping. They use Fedex which is fantastic as I do not need to worry about being at home to accept delivery as it's sent a block a way. Good overall wine selection

I very much resent the trend of American companies to Immediately have some data management company harass me for a 'review' of customer service. This harassment is equal to that of sending me catalogs and other SPAM when I did not ask for it. This is my first order with this company, and it will be my last. I should not have to tell you to not harass me - your online ordering should Clearly allow a customer to tell you at time of order whether they want this SPAM/harassment or not. You DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION to display my name, so I have entered 'Anonymous.

We had a wine we really enjoyed while visiting San Francisco, but upon returning home and checking a few local wine shops, couldn't find it. Just did a google search and ordered a case on Saratoga Wine and it got delivered right to my house! Much easier than driving around or calling around to see if any local wine shops carried it, and it arrived within a week.

I order at least 2-4 cases a month from Saratoga and they have not disappointed. They email and/or call me with any vintage issues or delays, which has only happened twice and one was simply because there was a heat wave and they couldn't ship the wine when it was that hot...for obvious reasons. This is the 4th company I've used and they're the ones I'm sticking with and recommending to friends and partners. Highly recommended.

SHE LIKED HER SAMPLE OF CANYON LAKE SO MUCH THAT I SEARCHED FOR THAT BRAND LOCALLY WITH MAJOR BEER AND WINE OUTLETS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA,,. I HAD NO SUCCESS UNTIL I USED THE INTERNET. I HAD TO HAVE THE WINE SHIPPED FROM NY TO CA.

I had a hard time processing my order on line, so I gave them a call. The gentleman was very helpful and friendly. I received my order in 4 business days, regular shipping rate, and it was in package so that my purchase would be safe. I also like the fact they sent me a email to let me track my package. I would use them again!!
