The worst customer service I ever have had. Not sure if they are still in business. No response to email, no answering phone call!
Not sure when they are going to deliver my order.

Ordered a Monitor power adapter to be shipped from the US to the UK. Waited 2 weeks with no progress on the order before having to chase which they eventually sent. Arrived 3 weeks later and the part they sent was defective.
Contacted their customer support (who are completely useless) and had to send the same email 4 times before eventually having to put it block capitals so they would actually read my simple request of where to return the item to... I was asked to put a receipt of return postage in with the item and was told i would be refunded.
Further 3 weeks later i receive part of the initial refund (not including the shipping cost they sent to me or the return shipping that i included in the receipt) despite saying they would... (nor the custom's charge).
Now they don't even bother replying to my emails. Seriously the most incompetent company i have ever dealt with.

They are effective at taking your money and shipping the part. However, if there is something defective - as in my case - they will not respond. Garbage outfit.

Representative was rude and condescending . Must be paid by how much they offend customer. Claim not to be Samsung, but rather J&J International, not responsible for incorrect descriptions on samsungparts.com, but they own and manager the website. I never leave reviews, but these people are horrible. Go elsewhere for parts.

Bought ice maker for Samsung refrigerator. The part arrived with the tab broken. The ice maker also did not make ice when installed. I tried to return it using their website and was told I would be contacted within 1 day. I never was contacted.
I then initiated a refund with the credit card company for Samsung's sending me a broken, nonfunctional part. Samsung's response was that "I never even notified them of my problem." Thank goodness I saved their email acknowledging that I had indeed tried do get them to accept back their broken, nonfunctional part.
Not worth the headache! Just stay away from these people!!

I ordered a part for my monitor. The item was listed as “ships in 3-5 days” it shipped in 2 business days. I didn’t have any issues and never needed customer service help so I can’t comment on that but it’s a reputable site and I received the part I ordered.

Placed an order, 3 weeks later never received shipping email or order. Called 8 times left on hold for 30 minutes every time and sent 2 emails with no response. Horrible customer service, will not buy any Samsung products anymore since this is the only site with legit Samsung parts.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
I had a Samsung front load washer. When what we thought was the spider arm (a flange holding the drum steady) had broke, we realized that this company was the only place we could order a replacement part. When I first called about the part, I was quoted around $100. I called back maybe 10 minutes later once my husband and I decided to go ahead and purchase the part and was then told it would be over $200 (red flags). It was still cheaper than buying a new washer so we went ahead and ordered.
Flash forward, the part arrives (in a completely tattered box. it looked like the shipping department just shoved it in a too small box with no regard) and we literally take apart OUR ENTIRE WASHING MACHINE to get to this one piece, only to have the specialized bolt break off, leaving the flange permanently attached to the drum. Since I was going to have to buy a new washer now anyways, I called about the return process. I was informed that I would be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item (red flag) and that my return would be processed once they inspected the part.
Behold my surprise when I receive a call about a week later stating that I would not get my refund on the return as they believed I had shipped them a USED PART. I called and spoke with the Customer Service Supervisor, explained to her my frustration, exactly what happened, and even sent her the invoice for my new washer to show the ridiculousness of the accusations. I get a call 48 hours later only for her to tell me that the returns department isn't budging and are sticking with their story of me keeping the part they sent and sending them my used part. Reminder, MY USED PART WAS STUCK TO THE OLD WASHER AS THE SPECIALIZED BOLT BROKE OFF IN IT.
This company is a scam. If this is the only place to get Samsung parts, I will no longer buy Samsung products and I will let everyone I know aware of this terrible company and that they are better off buying new devices/machines from another brand rather than replacing the Samsung ones once they go out.

Bought a brand new Samsung Refrigerator and could not get anyone to send filter. called 1-800 - Samsung who told me to order on line at samsungparts.com but part never came. Called samsung 13 times in 2 days after waiting over two weeks for the filter. Samsung gave me various numbers to Factory Outlet who sent wrong filter and would not send new filters - [still waiting on refund]. Called back and samsung gave me J&J vendor who did not have a valid phone number. Called back samsung who told me that's all they could do and the phone number dropped several calls. Still have no filters. Terrible customer service. Do not buy any appliances--even new!

I ordered tv legs 5 days ago with 2 day shipping (which I paid 20 dollars for). The order still says “new order” when I go to track package. I have tried to call 3 times for an update and each time the system has set up a call back with next available agent; however, I have yet to receive a call back. Good thing the item isn’t something I really need. Absolutely terrible customer service

my hats off to the research team that handeld case #166621. after several ATTEMPTS OF GETTING THE WRONG PART FOR MY WASHING MACHINE, THEY NAILED IT. GOT THE CORRECT PART THE FIRST TIME. SEEMS AS THOUGH THE MODEL NUMBER ON MY MACHINE WAS NOT COMPLETE, SENT THEM PICTURES AND THEY FIGURED IT OUT. I SEND MY MANY THANKS TO THEM.

It takes a lifetime to build loyalty, and one minute to lose it forever.
This will affect my near-lifetime loyalty to Samsung.
$107 (incl. shipping) for a replacement power supply - (one that may not even be in stock.)
I own Samsung everything: TVs, Note phone & Tabs, laptops, printers, appliances.
This is price gouging, and both Samsung and J&J should be embarrassed to be doing it.

Absolutely horrible customer service at this place. I waited on chat for an hour and a half. While waiting I called as well, and basically was told they had no idea what the parts looked like to ensure I was ordering the correct parts and it could only be done through chat. Finally after chat came up, the person was absolutely rude and condescending. I asked a couple questions to ensure I was getting the correct parts, and he gave me two out of the three in images to confirm. On the third one he became hostile when I told him I wanted to ensure it was the correct one and asked for a picture of that piece, and he just ended the chat session. Cannot recommend this place for customer service, we will see what I end up with since I was not about to wait on chat again for another hour and a half to have terrible customer service.

Took 3 attempts to get part first 2 were damaged 2nd was worse thant rhe 1st. Poor poor packaging. I needed the part and the first was credited back to my credit card without any notice from conpany. I had to call to enquire about the first order hadn't heard anything from them.
