Why have a woman that cannot communicate in english answer the phone for pick ups?..like..seriously?..i wonder how many times a day she gets hung up on and business goes elsewhere...never again..

A company full of bastardized. They left my sick wife standing and waiting for a pick up of personal belongings 2 times. The customer service is full of uneducated mumbling bitchez that don’t give a mothafk about their clients. From me there will be no ranking all they deserve are 16 shots through their forehead.

I ordered a patio set from Walmart, which comes in two boxes, a large box for the table, and a separate large box for the chairs. This company was hired by Walmart to deliver my purchase. The delivery was extremely unprofessional and disrespectfully conducted. We put a notice on the door that we were home and two cars were in our driveway. In any event, the delivery was conducted by two employees, who threw the box with the table on the porch, never rang the doorbell to notify us that the delivery was made, and they failed to deliver the second box containing the 6 patio chairs.
The idiotic delivery guys did take the time to take a picture of the box on the porch, as proof that the delivery had been made.
We waited all day at home for the delivery, and lost a day’s pay. Then this company notified Walmart that the delivery had been made, which caused Walmart to issue a receipt that stated we received our complete order, which was completely false.
When I contacted this company for an explanation of where the other part of the order was, and why it had not been delivered, all I got was the run-around and no answers.
We have still yet to receive our complete order. I have spent several hours on the phone with this company, Walmart, and visa, in order to resolve a problem caused by this company alone.
They are unreliable, and unprofessional, which is why they have a 1 star rating out of 23 reviews, and a C- rating by the BBB. They should be out of business. Who would trust these morons with delivering anything?

The microwave I purchased from Walmart showed a different delivery date every time I tracked it when Sameday finally delivered it was to a wrong address and was completely damaged. after hassling with Sameday & Walmart it was finally picked up for the return to Mississauga which took over 2 weeks. I waited forever for a refund. They are definitely the WORST shipping company in Canada.

Very friendly, great customer service and delivered 2 days early. At first I had a problem with tracking but once I phoned I noticed I was entering the first 3 letters wrong..SML, not SM1. Very friendly receptionist. Delivery driver called before arriving to confirm name, address & package description. He was friendly & very helpful. From pickup in ON to delivery in AB took one week. 5 stars.

I ordered a gazebo from Home depot, I went on to track it on Sunday night and it had said delivered Friday. So I had called them to find out where it was they had said it was delivered my response was to where?!?! They had asked me if I checked my doorsteps, mind you it’s a gazebo I’m pretty sure I would see the box laying around my property. They asked me if I checked with my neighbors, like I’m going to go door to door asking “has anyone seen my gazebo it’s missing”. They said they would look into it and contact me back so needless to say I had to call them back and still no idea what’s going on. I will never ever use this company again nor will I order off Home Depot online. This company is ridiculous. Do not use this company if you want your parcels to ever come. If I could of given lower then 1 star I would have!

This is the most pathetic delivery service ever imposed on me. They have already missed two deadlines on the delivery of a shed from Home Depot, which has been in their possession for over a week. I could have carried the bloody thing on my back from the GTA to Ottawa faster than these characters operate. Home Depot needs to contract with someone else. My days of shopping at Home Depot are over.

Horrible company. Purchased a upright freezer from Costco and this was the delivery company. I had called to see ahead of the purchase if they would call before delivery and they said yes but this is a total lie. The freezer delivery showed up without any notification and the guy literally dropped it on my sidewalk and left. My wife was home, it was raining and I was out of town on work. She had to scramble to get the freezer into a secure space by reaching out to neighbours. I am so mad at Costco I want to return the freezer and buy somewhere else. Will never order from Costco.ca again and definitely will not use this delivery company for anything. Just horrible.

Our package shipped by Walmart Canada was supposed to be delivered on November 27, 2018. It was not delivered for one week and when I called I was advised to hold as I was in priority sequence but they never picked up the phone even after half an hour. Today is December 4th and when I checked the status of delivery, it showed delivery on December 3rd. They did not even update the date. Ideally, this company deserves a rating of 0 stars. Can they survive in North America with this kind of poor service?

They promised to deliver up one flight of stairs. Then when delivery driver came he refused to haul it upstairs.
I tried calling customer assistance and was hung up on "by accident". Then I called only to wait again and they told me there is nothing they can do.

Worst customer service. They couldnt care less about you or your package. Stay away from this company. Their tracking system is a joke. Shows when they picked up the package from the vendor and NOTHING ELSE. Laughable. I cant believe businesses are trusting their reputation to this shipping company. MAKES ME THINK TWICE ABOUT ORDERING FROM THE VENDOR! ! If I could give them zero stars I would.

Our company had ordered something online from a big box chain and I guess that company uses any courier service depending on what warehouse the items are shipping from. Well Sameday should consider changing their name. We were called on September 5th informed our package would arrive the next day, it didn't arrive until the 13th!! We called on the 7th to find out where the shipment was and we were told first they will do a dock check and we were to receive a call within 24-48 hours, we never received a call. we called again on the 10th, CSR said its showing out for delivery, we never received it! WE called again on the 11th and we were informed we were scheduled to receive it on the 13th?? We left a message for a supervisor to call, they never called. So in short we have a client very upset and a courier that took no responsibility. I gave them 2 stars only because someone did answer the phone and a driver delivered the shipment eventually.

I sent Sameday this email and want to share it with other's who have bad experiences with Sameday also.
I am so fed up with all the run around I have been getting about my missing box. 4 boxes were delivered on Dec 20,2018 at 10:05am.
The delivery person left 4 boxes outside my door and the boxes were ripped and damaged. I have a sign I keep on my downstairs door saying >DO NOT LEAVE OUTSIDE PLEASE RING 3 TIMES< which the delivery person did not respect!! I only saw the 4 boxes when I went downstairs to check my mail in the afternoon, so they were left in the open all day. I live in a busy area, and because I have a copy that states all my items were DELIVERED, the smaller box with 7 smaller items was definitely stolen. I spoke to a rep and she said someone would call me in 24 hours. I didn't get a call so I called again and a rep told me he would call me back on
Dec 24,2018 but he never called me back either. Yesterday, Jan 8 2019, I called back AGAIN and a rep told me they sent out a 2nd request to a Montreal depot, because they didn't hear from them with the 1st request. She told me it would take 2-3 days to hear from them...another excuse and another waiting game!!
It's obvious by now that the Montreal depot would know that 5 boxes were delivered by a copy of the statement from Sameday which says 5 PIECES, and if they were to get in contact with Walmart they would know about the DELIVERY confirmation email I received with the order #***********. The box which was stolen is not Walmart's fault in any way, it's Sameday's fault and they owe me the money for 7 missing items.
The missing items are:
-Great Value Maraschino Cherries $2.97
-2 boxes of Fancy Feast canned cat food $14.94
-3 boxes of Great Value soda crackers $6.00
-Scotch Magic tape $5.97
The total Sameday owes me is $29.88 + taxes, because Sameday is a very incompetent company. It's not Walmart's responsibility to pay me back the money. Whether it was Canada Post or another company who hired you to do deliveries, they should have done a background check first!! I will definitely be leaving a REVIEW COMPLAINT about this for other people to read about your incompetency, along with others who have left bad reviews about Sameday which I already read.
So all in all, if I don't receive an email by tomorrow the latest, with NO EXCUSES, you leave me no choice but to deal with this issue with the Better Business Bureau, which I told the last rep.

Worst company ever! Ordered something from Walmart nov 25 2018. Due to be delivered dec 7. The tracking info stopped dec 7. I called twice and they keep giving me the run around, keep telling me the can’t call me cause my number is wrong yet I fixed it twice with them. Then say they will call me back and never do. What can I do to get my package as I need it for Xmas!

I would give them 0 stars if I could but I am not sure that is an option. They promised to deliver by Thursday. I booked my trades person and the delivery did not show up. I called and they promised that they would deliver the next day. Still no show. I called again (14 times), left messages, no one called back. Then finally after spending hours trying to find my delivery, they said they would deliver next Tuesday! After my complaint, the "manager" said that they would deliver Saturday morning. Still no delivery. No one answers the phone and no delivery. Unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT A DELIVERY.

So my online order was picked up by same day on June 5. Updated tracking on June 6 showed someone woul contact me by June 11 to schedule delivery. NO ONE contacted me but on June 11 my tracking showed appointment confirmed and out for delivery. I called and was informed it would be delivered by 6 pm June 11. I called in sick to work to wait for delivery that never came and when I call I’m informed someone will call me but no one does.
