Don't even try these people!!! I ignored all reviews and went ahead because they gave good demo but believe me, there software doesn't work at all. They talk to you in good manners until you haven't bough their software. After that, they will become rude... Person called Jesper gaveme good demo but it never worked for me in actual and later he was rude to answer my queries. Not a single email went through!!!
I know they charge you for two months there I switched off my credit card and save my one month's money. SPAM

I just got scammed... To be avoided at all costs, they stole money from me and customer refuses to delete data (mandatory under GDPR). They replied by charging my credit card during trial (which i never used...nice!)

Plan and simple this company is a fraud. The software is buggy and mediocre-- there are so many good CRMs and lead generation systems out there. Our company reviewed about 15 solutions. Salestools.io stands out as the worst by far. Also don't sign up for the trial. Once they get your credit card they will keep charging you and refuse to stop or reverse the charges. Our company had a to have our credit card company intervene and even then Salestools.io threatened us with debt collects (despite the fact that we have emails and responses from their team acknowledging the cancellation).

Billed me anyways when I tried to cancel the account after my "free trial". Then got insulted by the customer service reps & was actually threatened when we tried to complain about their billing policy. Pretty unbelievable. Don't give them your payment info.

I've subscribed the trial to explore the tool. I wasn't very impressed with it so I requested the cancellation of the service during the trial period. I've sent several e-mails and never got a reply from them. At some point and at the end of the trial they charged my credit card and sent me an invoice. I got back to them saying that I would formalise a complaint with my bank to receive my money back. They finally got back to me saying the charge was a mistake and that they would refund me. That never happened. I did formalise a complaint and my bank returned the money back to my account. At that time someone from Salestools got back to me complaining from the fact that I requested a "charge back" to my bank! I'm just lucky that I actually have an e-mail from them saying the charge was a mistake or I would have lost my money! They are scammers!

I created an account three months ago. I tried the tool for a few hours and I just happy so I decided to cancel. I spoke to their chat and asked to cancel. They acknowledged. They kept charging my account for 3 months! I emailed their billing team and got in touch with the rudest person I ve ever come across.
Not only the charge me after I cancelled but they charge just random amounts well over the agreed (but cancelled) monthly amount. Its just fraud.

They take your first month's payment without prior warning and will not refund it, despite having not used the trial at all and having been communicating with one of their sales team during this time.
They then somehow FREEZE ANOTHER MONTH'S PAYMENT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT on the very same day! What the hell is going on.

This company is an absolute SCAM. After asking for our free trial to be extended due to the fact that my colleague and I tried to access lists, and couldn't actually use the service once - I reached out to Robert at Sales tools, and he advised they've had 'tech issues, and too many people were using their platform so it was crashing'. He said he'd let their accounts team know to extend it and not charge. Then after that, we requested a termination of our subscription , and since then, are being charged close to £100, every couple of weeks.
This is an ABSOLUTE joke business, with a product and data that you cant access or can't even use. Literally, do not make the same mistake we did.
I'd also just like to add that after requesting this several times to be looked at, their accounts/billing team apparently named "Christian Nilsson", don't even believe that's his real name, has provided the worst customer service I've ever received, and has spoken to us in such an unprofessional manner.
I am disgusted.

Scammers, run for your life
I did not research this company before doing business with them, and that is on me. Everything people are saying here is true, they are only looking to scam you out of your money. They try to make it to look like a legit business but they are not.
They are from overseas and do not care about US Laws. I wrote a bad review and they slapped me with a 10,000.00 invoice....

I wanted a tool to help boost my sales not chase my tail. Why pay for bad data? I’d rather have no information than corporate hq info, invalid emails or contacts who left more than a year ago.
The population of data is slow. The support is not up to my standards.

I have been threatened with legal action by the vendor for my posting of the facts as they were seen in my email conversations. My negative review is still legal and remains. You should most certainly read their terms and conditions page (/terms) as they are aggressive in their use of it. They have evidenced they are unwilling to engage a customer in relief activities if it will cost them even a relatively small amount. They are seemingly out for your money and not to build a trusting relationship. Your mileage may vary. Be cautious.

Everything these reviews said is TRUE!! This company is a total scam! Stay AWAY!! I thought I had purchased a trial subscription but instead, it wasn't and they are threatening me with collections. I wish I had never come across this company. Furthermore, the product was terrible. The website didn't have any accurate leads or data of any value whatsoever. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I just wanted to sign up for a trial period to test it, but they tried hard to still charge me even though I clearly stated in emails (there is no way for you to resign from the membership on the website) that I don't want to prolong my membership after the trial.....really pushy and will try to charge you for nothing. There is a lot of platforms out there that don't require credit card details for trial which says a lot about the company.....AVOID.

I signed up for a trial, but their trial period is built in a way that you will have to try the premium to use the necessary features.
After that, I had all kind of issues. Not only when they updated their version, but also in the search result - completely useless leads!!!
I tried to stop the subscription, but it ended up in countless mails, several times a day. Tried to explain the situation, their CEO called me with the most rude and unprofessional way, shouting like a maniac.
DONT USE THIS PRODUCT.

Stay away from these thieves and cons pretending to be a tech company. I signed up for a 30 day free trial. They tried to bill my card (required for a free trial) after 10 days. Then I tried to cancel my trial but the user can't cancel. You must ask them to cancel and then they say no. And the product is terrible. I used it for 2 hours and stopped.
These people are criminals. Do not use their terrible product or sign up for a free trial.

This company is fraudulent and treats its customers poorly. They use deceptive billing practices and make it difficult to cancel the service. They sneak price adjustments in without getting your approval and manufacture information about customers in order to bully them into paying extortioner fees. They are also want you to think they are litigious, and using standard bullying tactics.

What a horrendous experience. Whilst the product itself is a bit flaky, its usable however the customer service and billing is beyond shocking. i upgraded and downgraded my account which their billing system didn't seem to comprehend. When coming to close down my account, either manually or automatically I was billed twice for the same service. They took hundreds of pounds and then hid behind their terms and conditions. I kicked up a fuss and got a partial refund but I'd very much advise people against this supplier. There were so many more things I could have listed here but I have to draw a line under it and move on - several hundred pounds worse off.

Where do I even start… Now I’m not one to usually leave reviews online, however the service was so bad in this case it could not be left untold for potential clients.
Even from the start setting up our accounts was not easy, it had to be done manually by their support team which took a couple of weeks to get to the bottom of. They constantly push out updates and UI re designs which make using the platform very confusing as its always changing and you constantly have to learn how to use it again. Not only this but you have to keep deleting and reinstalling their plugins when they do updates as the old ones no longer work!
Then when we finally decided this was no longer for us after trying to work with it for a good 8 months, trying to leave as a paying user is almost impossible. First of all they have put in their terms and conditions that cancellation takes 31 days, meaning you have to pay for the next 2 months in reality. They do have an admin interface where you can remove users from your team, but this appears to do nothing at all, as you still get billed for the removed users. Even when we asked for our accounts to be completely cancelled there was no response and months on, we are still being billed. We have now been trying to leave for 3 months. They don’t deal with any support over the phone so everything has to be emailed or done through their live chat.
I would never use their service again or recommend it to anyone, purely down to how they treat their customers and try to lock you in. The whole situation could of been handled so much better by their support team. Its definitely not worth the hefty price tag either.
Quick update, after the last confirmation of our account being cancelled, still got another payment taken out. Still can't leave...
