I placed an order with this company and they took my money via e transfer obviously knowing they did not have the product in stock, it took three attempts before they would even respond to my email and after three months now of waiting for a product they keep saying is going to come it has not. I have requested my money returned to resolve the issue and they refuse to do so. They have terrible customer service and refuse to make a wrong right. Companies like this should be shut down, how they even continue to operate i have no idea based on many other reviews i have read.

I met a wonderful woman that filled my order completely and at decent pricing.
I would suggest giving them a try again if you had past troubles because they seem to have corrected the issues they had.

After a year I haven't received my order, had my money refunded or even been given acknowledgement by their customer service. They have a new website up so I guess they are covering their tracks. I had figured purple citrus was same company so refuse to order from them. A lot of people have same story as me - I'm thinking we all come together and file a class lawsuit as complaining to BBB hasn't done much.

We would leave zero stars for a review if we could. We placed an order for our company with Sapphire Blue online (July 19 2019), and we made payment via etransfer that day, as Sapphire Blue requested. We have since not received our order. We have attempted to contact Sapphire Blue many times via email and phone to request deliver of our order or a full refund- no response, no reply from them. Judging from the online reviews here on Trustpilot and BBB, this company is conducting Fraud- they are collecting orders online and payments via etransfer, however they are not fulfilling any orders. We reported this to the Woodstock Ontario Police Service (phone 519-537-2323), and we encourage others to do the same...this is the only way to stop Crooks!

THIS IS THE WORST AND BY FAR THE MOST HORRIBLE COMPANY I EVER BOUGHT FROM
I bought a leucidal sf complete preservative from them for 138$ The company name now is PURPLE CITRUS and it was basically just water, I tried it with 3 different recipes and mold and bacteria grow within less than a week, I have been making skin care for 3 years now, and have worked with the leucidal sf complete bought from another compagnie and never had any issues, when I called the customer service they said we can’t do any thing the product has been used lol YEAH RIGHT USED TO GROW MOLD ON MY PRODUCT AND MAKING ME WASTE ORGANIC AND EXPENSIVE INGREDIENTS they were rude and they didn’t care For 1% percent about their products being expired or whatever, they just take your money and don’t care about the rest I genuinely DONT RECOMMEND buying ANYTHING from them you will just waste your money if i could’ve given a 0 star I would honestly never had a customer service experience as POOR AND RUDE as this one and more importantly THEY ARE SELLING FAKE INGREDIENTS AO BE CARFUL AND NEVER BUY FROM THEM

I placed my first order and received it in 2 days. There was one item back ordered and they asked if i wanted to wait for it or if i wanted a replacement. She reviewed all the items with me and we had a nice chat.
Turns out a lot of the bad reviews are from last year when they were flooded out in a previous location and some issues are still not resolved from that.
I will definitely buy more from them in the future!

I want to add an update in all fairness. I finally in April received store credits for the two orders from June 2018. Once I placed the orders, products arrived within 10 days. This is to their credit. However with a website such as theirs they could have generated customer lists and contacted each of us once the non-delivery became an inurance claim. Communication is everything in a digital world.

Don't ever give this company any of your money, you will never see it again or your purchases! Purple Citrus is a poor attempt to rebuild a failed business that was formerly located in Tillsonburg Ontario called Saffire Blue.
I ordered from Saffire Blue in August 2018 and couldn't reach them by any means. I decided to take a stroll over to their warehouse and had the pleasure of watching people loading up the last of their products onto a moving truck. The truck loader informed me that in fact Saffire Blue is now Purple Citrus and their new location is in Woodstock, Ontario.
I am also one of many who have not been reimbursed or received my purchased products. Yes, you read that right, they took my money and I have received nothing in return. Well, the only thing I got in return was a nasty phone message from Susan claiming she had already reimbursed me (not true, first time responding) and essentially told me to p*** off...
So to sum it up, DON'T give these crooks your money!

Do not order from this place. First off, I would like to mention how rude they are. I spoke with Mackala on how I was not satisfied with my order. She proceeded to be very defensive an hung up. I tried to call back and the call got rejected. The shea butter I ordered was not sealed. It came in a big zip lock bag and looked like it was chopped and dumped into this bag. The company will not take refunds on raw materials and have a policy if items have been opened. However, the shea butter I received was delivered in an open bag. Not to mention it took them 3 weeks to ship my product. Be careful. They also over charged my account and rounded my bill up to the whole dollar.

I have been ordering from this company for years, and have always had trouble getting my orders within a reasonable time. In October 2018 I placed an order for $700. It is now January 2019, no order to be found, and I've been chasing the return, which has still not been reimbursed. As a small business who requires the cash flow, I do not suggest supporting this company. There was also no communication from.the company until I called many times, for them to tell me my order had been refunded. Again still waiting.

this company has delayed my order for 3 weeks . when i called in to verify why it was not sent,the mouthy daughter got mad at me and yelled and swore. (after i asked for her manager, she stated "my dad owns this place, i am the manager) she told me to *** off then hung up on me.
they had a flood and i was told it was my issue i did not read the home page of the web site. i only order 1 product and it is in my cart. i dont have time, nore i dont need to read the main page!
they need to deal with their issues better.
i called back to cancel my order and the mother started on me just like the daughter did. then she called me a ***hole lol
then they charge me a 20% cancel fee. lol
after looking for reviews i found this site with over 100 bad complaints. ive seen a few posts to contact the police for a fraud charge, witch i will be doing and im contacting my lawyer

I placed an order January 16, 2018. They have the worst customer service you can ever imagine or even possible on earth. Please be aware, you might have to wait for weeks for your order. I had to call numerous times before I even got it. One item was back ordered and I still have no idea how to contact them to get what I paid for. Now people say they changed their company name to Purple Citrus. Buyers, please be aware.

Firstly, they don't have a proper paying system. You have to call them through the phone to pay.. and they don't confirm with you until the next day AFTER you ask for a confirmation. When I call to ask for a status update, I had a snarky person talking to me like as if I'm suppose to know. No, I don't know, that's why I'm calling, figure it out. Their processing is excruciatingly slow. I was ordering with 4 other companies which I could've easily ordered their products from them but they had a little cheaper so I thought to go with them. 3 weeks later I've received all my orders from the other companies, they are still processing the order. And randomly, we now have to pay up $100+ shipping fee because their system got the shipping fee wrong. Not even offering some sort of discount for THEIR mistake, the slow processing, and the sudden fee. If I knew they don't have options or flat rate shipping fee for orders $100+ I would've cancelled.

WORST SUPPLIER IN THE BUNCH!
Judging by these reviews, I'm lucky I even received my order. 16 days, 3 items missing, one of them critical stearic acid. Then tried to deny it on the phone, after already admitting to it. Very shady group of girls. So I ripped them a new one. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE BETTER SUPPLIERS AVAILABLE. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of small business owners.

I am really shocked. I have been dealing with Saffire Blue for several years now. I was going to place an order today until I read that they 'apparently' had a weather problem with their warehouse. I don't understand what happened. I decided not to order anything and found another supplier.
I only wanted to write a review because I didn't place an order, but had to pick a star. I'm wondering if someone took over management or there are new crooked owners....This is so bad, because I never ever had a problem with them before...WOW!! Sorry to all you buyers who have been cheated.

We just placed an order through Purple Citrus, since they are also in Ontario and we needed to move our business from Saffire Blue after they screwed hundreds of customers. JUST received our Purple Citrus order and the return address is the Saffire Blue warehouse located at 1444 Bell Mill Sideroad!! Their company has a 'mailing address' listed on their website but it is definitely fraudulent. This is just saffire blue trying to start up under a different name. Buyer beware!

After over a month of weekly, unanswered emails and phone calls, a reimbursement claim made through my bank (to which Saffire Blue responded by saying I was lying and that they had in fact given me my product), filing a police report with their local police AND ONE FINAL EMAIL to Saffire informing them that I had in fact filed a police report for FRAUD.. I got a response and refund in MINUTES!!
They are hoping everyone just goes away if they are ignored for long enough. Don’t let them get away with it! The police want others to come forward and they are happy to call Saffire on your behalf to get a fire up under their butts.
Since they don’t mind stealing from hundreds (if not thousands) of small business owners, I hope they don’t recover from this and are done as a business. I can’t imagine they will recover from the reviews on line, their name is smeared all over the place.

Avoid this company at all costs! Even at the best of times, their deliveries took 4-6 weeks MINIMUM. Now, after a weather incident, they have decided to scam thousands of people out of their money on orders that they can no longer fulfil. I hope the owners of this company go bankrupt and become homeless for what they have done to hard working, small business owners.

Let me start by saying there should be an option to give a ZERO rating. Bad, unacceptable, unreasonable or rude conduct does not begin to describe the type of service you will get when dealing with this poor excuse of a company.
I've ordered two previous times with this company trying both methods. First time no rush processing. Ordered on May 16, 2017, received on June 13, 2017. I was perturbed but had read reviews indicating as such after the fact. Second time with rush processing. Ordered July 11, 2017, received July 14, 2017. They didn't update their system until December 29, 2017. I noticed and shook my head in bewilderment.
This last time was the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered on May 16, 2018, according to their system , it's still awaiting processing. I figured I would leave myself sufficient time but boy was I mistaken!!!!
I called them September 4th, couldn't get a hold of a human being at any extension. So I used their ticket system which is appalling.
I got an automated response that had nothing to do with the issue I presented in my email to them. My ire was up and so was my spidey sense. I fired off another pretty direct and demanding email and got no further responses from the company.
I hopped on my phone and started making calls. I checked with the government bodies to see how to make sure a company was still operating. According to the ministry, they are still an operational business. I called the Better Business Bureau to find out about opening a dispute through them. (Side Note: If an agent at the BBB just hears the first name of a company without you mentioning the full details in your call, and they recognise that they have files open on them...... THIS SHOULD BE A RED FLAG!!!!!!!) So I found out the company has a horrid rating (F) with the BBB, there are numerous files and complaints open and unresolved. I really wasn't surprised by that as Saffire Blue is not an accredited BBB company. Then I called the police. I wanted to make sure they could check the property to see if anyone was on site. I was advised, there were no employees on site. At some point they were working out of a trailer, but were no longer there and not coming back.
Last phone call was to my bank and credit card company where I opened a dispute of charges file. We'll see how that goes.
So although I caught on to this site rather late in the game, (September 4, 2018) I'm hoping someone reads this before dealing with Saffire Blue as their site is still up and running which in my eyes should be criminal!
Please , for the love of all that is good on this earth, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME , EFFORT OR MONEY on these jokers!

I didn’t receive part of my order and they never refunded me for it. I have been trying to contact them for 2 months now and I finally got an email back saying that they will sent my request to the accounting department. Never heard back! Waited about 1 month for my order! Never ordering from them again! Someone should sue them !!!!!!
