Johan van den Berg - support was excellent!!! He took his time to explain me the errors. Everything was clear and he send me an document how we could reset the devices. After resetting the devices send us the right time schedules of our colleagues.

I WAS HAVING NIGHTMARES ABOUT THE NEW POLYMER NOTES. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH HASSLE. THEY SOLVED THE ISSUE VERY QUICKLY AND ALSO DID IT AT MY PACE . GREAT TO GET SUPPORT AND NOT MADE TO FEEL STUPID

I have 2 safescan machines: i. Banknote counter 2685s and ii. money counting scale 6155.
I was not able to update the 2685s as the device was not recognised. I had lost the cable and on my counting scale 6155, so was not able to update it.
Contacted safescan and spoke to Gary Williams who was simply superb in the way he addressed my problem, remotely accessing my machine and updating the software. He also asked me to send a photo of the back of the other machine sohe could tell me which cable to buy.
Very pleasant experience and very happy with Gary's attitude and service. Clearly, an enormous asset to Safescan.

Our Time Attendance system would no longer operate after our computers were upgraded. No-one in our IT Dept. could resolve problem, therefore I phoned Safescan for assistance.
Safescan were very helpful, and provided link to upgrade our Time Attendance system which was years out of date.
I phoned again for further assistance and Safescan were able to resolve our problems and ensure our system was in working order.
All this service was provided free of any charges, which was most appreciate.

I tried booking a return via email, Jack Ovenden demanded i setup a account and then book a returns he will not process a returns via email.
I know its easy to book a returns via paypal when shops do not co operate, Jack Ovenden Sales & Support Specialist UK & Ireland of Safescan said he will process legal proceeding if i open a dispute,
I would love to see that happen Jack, now on to the next review site ;)
