They are not even able to solve a problem with a product key that is not working. Support says I have to contact ASR support, ASR support says I have to contact Safebytes support. I would never ever again buy any product from those crooks.

In my case, I purchased DriverAssist to fix another problem, but it messed my laptop DVD driver so badly, that now I can't even play DVDs anymore. I just get "Authentication Errors" with the DVD drive.
I see that others have had good results, but IMHO it's a crap-shoot that did did more harm than good.

My computer protection in part was screwed up, and not being too savvy, I needed help. John (and Flojo) sorted it for me. This was the first time I had allowed remote control of my PC, and I was apprehensive, but to see what was done was brilliant. I cannot recommend them and PCactivator highly enough. Totally satisfied customer.

This software is well priced, easy to download/install and use, and the support is excellent. The email response was quick, and the chat session pleasant and beneficial. The tech was amazing. His knowledge and expertise in making the repairs as needed restored my 'classic' PC to near perfect health.

Not only is the software interface easy and reassuring to use, but the service provided by the help desk is truly outstanding. I had a problem with my PC which at first I thought was malware-related, so I contacted them. I dealt with more than one technician, and they were all helpful and courteous, but the problem was eventually taken over by a single guy (John), who followed my issue over several weeks, and did everything he possibly could. So far it seems the problem is fixed, but as far as malware software is concerned, I couldn't recommend one better... and I've tried a few!

I had a really difficult time getting my totalscan to work. TRIED every suggestion they sent me for 3 days, multiple hours of frustration. Finally asked for help, and got FLOJO as my SAFEBYTES SAVIOUR. I have family that work in the type of service you have, only for DISH and DIRECt tV. They often told me about the TIME RESTRICTION on their calls. I even mentioned this to FLOJO. His response "SOLVING YOUR PROBLEM IS THE THING I DO. YOU ARE MY CUSTOMER AND MY COMPANY CUSTOMER, YOU ARE THE IMPORTANT ONE. Not in those exact words, but that was the intent. I couldn't have been happier. I am not young, at 73, no tech minded, and definitely lost when my puter doesn't work. I am mobility disabled and deaf. My puter is kind of my life line. FLOJO worked numerous things to get everything lined up and working. The very last thing he was working on was part way done, when, as often happens, my internet went down. It wasn't until later yesterday evening I had internet again, and immediately sent a SORRY FLOJO. Had no idea how to reach him. He was nice enough he felt like I was dealing with a friend, not JUST CUSTOMER SERVICE SOMEWHERE THAT WAS A JOB. He cared about what I was doing with my puter and that I had the use of it as I needed, removing several things I had somehow downloaded and couldn't get rid of. I am telling everyone how happy I am. Just chatted with an elderly aunt  who has a different program, but also happy with her program to keep her puter clean and working. SAFEBYTES is my GO WORD. THANK YOU FOR THE TYPE OF PEOPLE YOU HIRE. Please, thank FLOJO for me for all his kindness, courtesy, patience and FRIENDLINESS. GOD BLESS HIM.

I can't believe that they actually crashed my computer and it wouldn't even boot up at all. I had to go buy another computer (a cheap refurbished one) and asked that they reimburse me. They said no but that they refunded my money for the purchase ($39.00). I think they should have some accountability for their work but it doesn't seem to be the case.

I worked with John for 2 days. I could fill up a page about how hard and diligent he worked fixing my issue. He fixed the first problem right away and while the other problem wasn't related to anything with SafeBytes but rather a Windows update issue he continued to work on it without complaint. I think he was wonderful and hope his company recognizes what fantastic employees they have.

After the latest Windows 10 update, I lost my video driver for my large monitor, and was stuck with a smaller Windows default resolution. No amount of trying to update the drivers seemed to work. Nevertheless, John persisted with trouble-shooting for two days , and finally deduced a solution and made it work. Excellent support!

John was amazing. I had a problem connecting my three ViewSonic Monitors after I installed Windows 10 onto my Asus B53J-A1B Laptop. For convenience, the Laptop is connected to an Asus B53J Power Station II, into which all those wires go. Drivers could not be found to make it all work. After making many attempts over two weeks, John's abnormal persistence saved me many dollars. He patiently worked it all out. I have never had a better experience in technical support. Thank you SafeBytes, John is a real treasure.
