I placed an order for board shorts on 6/6/2020 in hopes to have them by the 4th of July. I have tried the live chat only to receive a canned message back. I have yet to receive a tracking number and all attempts to contact the company has failed. It is now 6/24/2020 .

Horrible company. paid in full and got a confirmation. 7 weeks and nothing. Tied several times to call w no response. Their live chat is a joke. Never a response. Total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Taking it up w my cc company to dispute. I'm done!

Ordered two months ago. They charge your card the day you order, but I still have not received the product. I have waited over an hour in the customer service chat to just be sent a tracking number that isn't even valid. They are a scam!

I placed an order and paid in full on 4/6/2020 and recieved a confirmation mail, and a email the next day stating a 7 to 14 day delay a month later i recieved an email saying package on its way. Checked tracking and it still has not been shipped. The company had no customer service available by phone. The website recommended the live chat. That was a complete joke. I spent hours waiting for a response and when i finally got one it was a pre typed message. I have asked for a full refund through the live chat for what that is worth. Still no response from the company. I understand things are moving slow due to covid. But this is not acceptable. This was my first and last order. I will never buy anything from this company and strongly recommend that no else does either. Next step is to contact BBB and file a formal complaint. This company is a total scam and will take your and not send the product you order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

So far nothing, six weeks after placing an order. I've received absolutely no communication from them and no response after multiple attempts to contact them. I've filed a dispute through PayPal to get refunded, to which they haven't received a response either. BTW, this company has a BBB "F" rating.

day 22. the product still not shipped. zero communication from SA. no help online with chat, no calls answered. Buyer beware. I ordered from Amazon prime one similar product, it was more costly but arrived in two days.

SA Fishing stole my money. Placed an order 2 months ago and my credit card was immediately charged. I still have not received the order. I have sent numerous emails inquiring about my order, all which have gone unanswered. Whenever I call the number 561-948-6557 a recording says they are closed and to use the chat feature on the website. I have spent hours and hours waiting for an answer on chat and no one ever responds to my messages. Keeps saying I'm number 99 in the queue.
This company is nothing but a big scam and a bunch of thieves. i advise everyone not to buy anything from them unless you want them to rob you like they robbed me.

I ordered several masks, but due to the covid-19 situation the patterns I ordered were not sent, but i received masks to wear for my safety. I live chatted with an associate & was told to pick the patterns I wanted. They apologized for the mix up and will be sending the patterns i ordered!!!

Bad, is an understatement.
I’ve waited a month for my order, now that I got it, the whole order was a crushing disappointment.
Sixty dollars for a missing item, a damaged hat, duplicate face shields, THAT WERE NOT WHAT I PICKED OUT, and the more I try to to speak with someone about exchanges, or returns, the more ignored, and frustrated I get.
I cannot actually believe your company makes money doing this.

I ordered in March and still did not recieve anything, so I contacted support via chat. Stephen was my support, he was very nice and told me everything i wanted to know. When it arrives I will raise to 5 stars. I am from Europe so its more difficult in these times to get anything. I still totally recommend this shop, good website, a lot of stuff and very nice support..

My order was shipped quickly considering the demand. 4 of the 5 face masks received were incorrect but Customer Service sorted it out very quickly (thanks Caroline M!). I am being sent replacements. I would order again.

Just so everyone knows.
I left a negative review 6 days ago.
I was then contacted by Trustpilot and SA company wanted more info about my order.
I gave the info and still nothing.
I am currently sitting on live chat with a queue of 99 that hasn’t moved in an hour.
The phone number is a recording that refers you back to live chat.
So, I did make it through to a live chat person after over 2 hours of waiting.
Immediately I was told that there would be a delay because they were very busy. Probably so because they are screwing people and taking their money.
Anyway, I was told that they don’t have any of the designs that I originally ordered and there were only five designs left for me to choose from.
Basically SA Company is taking people’s money and not telling them that they are sold out of everything on their website!
Sounds like the old bait and switch to me!
You place an order and are given the option of choosing the designs you want but none of the designs are available. Then the company, without notifying you by the way, ships you whatever no one wanted and your stuck with them.
Keep in mind that if any of the packages are opened they won’t take them back-good old Wuhan virus of course!
This place is a total scam and you should not order from them EVER!!!!!!!!!
There really does need to be a negative star option because these jerks deserve a -100!!

I had order an 8 pack with multiple designs. I understood that with the current COVID-19 crisis shipping times would vary and that wasn't an issue. When I received my product I had gotten all the same design which was addressed with a note within my packaging. While I was happy for the fairly fast shipping I still was expecting the designs that I had chosen. I contacted the live chat customer service which did take a while to reach a representative but that is understandable with the current situation. I was extremely happy with the level of customer service that I was given and I highly recommend SA Company not just for their products but for their exemplary customer service.

I ordered 5 face shields due to the need to wear face shield or masks during these times with Covid 19. Some of the designs i received were not what i choose but i was still sent 5 face shields to help protect my family. I reached out to customer service and spoke with Caroline M who offered me some other options in designs that i may like. Customer service with this company is superb even with the struggles of orders and shipping due to Covid.

i have ordered from this company in the past, several times and always got quality product. I knew when I placed my order there would be a delay because now everyone is on the bandwagon. the chat line is extremely long...like 2.5 hours, but once I got thru Caroline G. was very kind and said my order was processing and would be to me in the next 7-10 days. fingers crossed! Considering what is currently going on in the world right now and how everything is turned on it's head. It is difficult for me to fault the company for trying to meet a sudden demand in product that they are facing. It would have been helpful to know that expedited shipping may have actually been helpful in maybe getting what I had ordered initially as someone else I know had paid for the extra shipping and received their order a week after I placed mine. They had placed theirs three days after I ordered no less.
Any how when I contacted the company about correcting the issue as I had ordered options that I could wear as professionally as possible. Sara was more than happy to help me out with selecting replacements from what was currently available. I believe this to be a major learning curve for the company to evaluate just how their inventory is handled as well as how their logistics for delivery is handled.

I honestly don't know where to begin. This has been total BS! I have to say the review I read earlier is almost word for word how I feel. (This is as close to a scam as I have ever found.
happy to wait 20-30 days until 30 days hit and not 1 word from the company. After the other reviews, it appears that I will never get what I ordered but may get some substitute product if anything.

As for myself, my order was placed over 38 days ago. My credit card was charged plus 2 - 5 day shipping. I have sent numerous emails with no return response. I sat on chat for 3 hours waiting for some help. Gave me some tracking number that no one has. Will I ever get the items or will they even be what I ordered? Now if I get my items soon and they are correct, then I can accept it.
