50% of the errors it note where already fixed or in place - this page is useless until they fix that ammount of errors!

Teribble support which think customer is always wrong. Misleading informations about payment. About software this is completely not worth of that money. You can buy Powersuite for that money for 6 months, deepcrawl or Screaming Frog for a year. Don't recommend to anyone.

They are the company with predatory business practices. They just care about money. Unethically charge money. Stay away from them. And their tools are not value for money.

After I tried to cancel my account they still charged me the fee of €120 TWICE! Do not waste your time with this company, they’re information is not clear and their customer service is terrible....

When our account accidentally rolled over the trial period for only a few days and we did not use the interface at all they still charged us $175AUD for the full month. Here is their reply:
Thank you for your response. I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied.
However, during the sign-up process, the terms of the trial period and subsequent auto-renewal are stated.
That's how Ryte do business.

Terrible customer service and complete consideration for customer needs and situation. All the positive reviews are clearly from people related to the business. All positive reviews provide absolutely no details about what service was provided, or why the client like the service. Mostly just one line sentences with absolutely no details.
I'm actually a paying customer!
Clearly all positive reviews are just friends or staff helping this scamming business!
