It’s the worst experience buying from TRADEINN or RUNNERINN the website promises a delivery within 10 days and the delivery took 45+ days. Not just the delay and courier charges I was also slapped with the custom duty. So I paid almost twice the price mentioned by website. The good part is they can fool you once. Will never be buying again from theme.

I've placed an order on the 30th of June 2020. After an unusually long wait the package was dispatched on the 7th of August. Since then I've followed up on a weekly basis without any success. Their last answer: Unfortunately, there is no more information related to this investigation so far. We are deeply sorry for this inconvenience." 75 days and counting, absolutely pathetic!!

Do not buy anything from them. They are NOT in USA and practically impossible to return , unless you agree to pay DHL shipping price, one pair almost $60, also shipping time more than a month from Netherlands, who the hell can just imaging they send product from that far away.

I ordered shoes and they were the wrong size. Had to return them to Spain which cost me $60 and 5 months later still have not received a refund on the shoes.
So frustrating and a waste of time trying to follow them up repeatedly.

Wish i could give minus 100 as feedback. They are the worst company i ever dealt with online. They list items for sale when most items are not in stock and they don't have them in stock. They lie about delivery day in listing description only to make you order the item. After you place the order the hell starts. They tell you to wait for the item to be shipped from their supplier to their warehouse. They keep delaying the shipping day and blame the supplier for not shipping the item. They blame their man power and tell you they got many orders and you need to wait for your order to be shipped. They blame covid 19. Basically they blame the whole world but they don't blame themself as not having the items in stock. After you wait they tell you to wait more days or delete the item from your order and if you want the item then they tell you to wait 2 3 month for shipping as they don't have the item in stock. If you delete the item from your order they give you other excuses for not shipping your order. I ordered 6 shirts on June 29 and delivery day was July 15-20. Today is July 22 and my order wasn't even shipped yet. Stay away from them like fire. They will only waste your time and make you hell to get your order. Their support is useless. All they do is answer you automated messages or copy paste messages. No one knows anything or give you any answer or update about your order and shipping days

Ordered toe shoes in May. Money came out of my account same day. It is now July, 2 months and still no product! Generic answers, COVID is the reason! I call BS....will not replace, will not return my money!
Lesson learned....never ever will I buy off the internet!

Excellent! After I placed my order I read some reviews which were not great and got a bit worried but I realise that many companies have struggled during the pandemic and any poor reviews written during this time should not be seen as a good indication of a company. I have experienced a great service with swift delivery and I am extremely happy with my new running shoes.

Avoid!! It takes days to reply to emails and then don’t read the questions! The trainers were described differently and had totally different photos and now they want £7.50 to return!! Awful customer service- never again! Be warned!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Bought shoes which was shipped from US to Canada, took two months to arrive and when I tried to return it they asked me to ship it to Spain and cover the shipping and customs fees which will cost me $60-100 total.

To keep it short, this is one of the worst, unethical companies to exist ever. And they are surviving by duping fools like me. I was sent wrong product > promised refund > and they just stopped communicating after giving me a turn around for 2 months, after which I could not even file a credit card dispute.
Someone needs to file a Police report against these corrupt scamsters. Pls avoid this company like Plague.

Customer service is horrible. They lack transparency when you buy the items. I bought an item and did not arrive at the specified estimated time. They changed it twice before I contacted customer service. Then, they said that there was nothing they could do.That I could go to the FAQ in their website. I would spend a few extra dollars for a more reliable store. It's been a month since I placed the order, they charged me for it and I'm still waiting. As they stated, they cannot do anything and I cannot return it either to get my money back.

Very dissapointing service. I ordered Garmin Fenix 6s pro but they arrived not working. So of course i initiated the return request and it was closed by the company with the link to Suunto website (that i should speed up the warranty process just following the link). So i cannot get a return label to send the order back to them (as described on the website i have this right within 30 days after receiving the order). No messages were successfull (facebook, contact page, return department), time is ongoing, nobody helping. And i cannot predict when i can get the relevant answer to solve the issue

ENGAÑO Una experiencia nada recomendable. Pedí unas zapatillas el día 8 de febrero que necesitaba cuanto antes. Debían llegarme el 14 de febrero y aún ni me han llegado ni hay noticias de ellas. Ni si quiera aparecen como enviadas, como si las hubieran perdido en la empresa de transporte. Me he puesto en contacto varias veces con Runnerinn y siempre prometen que se pondrán en contacto cuando tengan información de la empresa de envío pero a día de hoy, 28 de febrero me siguen dando largas. También les he solicitado la devolución del pedido y más largas. Sigo sin zapatillas y seguiré sin ellas por largo tiempo y sin poner devolver el pedido y sin mi dinero (125 euros). Las necesitaba a más tardar para el próximo lunes para unas pruebas físicas y ni si quiera puedo devolverlas para comprarlas en otra tienda. Experiencia para no repetir
