I love love love Ruby Shoos....... 22 pairs and counting..... I actually get stopped in the Town Center and even the Supermarket and asked about my Shoos.

I recently ordered some shoes and matching bag from rubyshoos and the staff were very fast in amending my order and refunding partial postage so both items could be sent together.
Unfortunately while gorgeous, the shoes were too small and handbag bigger than expected so I filled out the easy to understand forms included and posted them back to the company, refund was issued in a timely manner and I cant fault the companys customer service, very happy, thanks rubyshoos

Ruby Shoo (based in the UK) held an international shipping sale once and as I live in the USA, it seemed like a good deal and I ordered two pairs of shoes from them. For some mysterious reason the package was delivered to a completely different address than the one I provided, over 1000 miles from where I live, where it was signed as picked up by someone.
Disclaimer: in case of faulty delivery, the sales contract has not been honored and the company is *obligated* to fully reimburse the customer. Here is the song and dance Ruby Shoo put me through instead, because apparently honoring UK law is too much to ask of them:
Upon contacting Ruby Shoo about it they blamed it first on the carrier, then on me for not bringing the problem to their attention sooner, then they just quit answering my emails. After prodding them a little, I was told their manager would "extend me the courtesy" of sending me a pair of shoes of my choice, free of charge. Meaning I would have still have paid out of pocket for one pair of shoes I never got (since I initially had ordered two), how incredibly courteous of them!
I actually had to get legal advice, delve into UK consumer laws, threaten them with small courts and quote to them their own legal system, as if they didn't know it!! Even with all that, they never reimbursed me like I asked, but sent me the two pairs again, to the correct address this time. Slow clap. In all that time I never got an apology from them, only blame. In fact I was about to start a small courts action when I finally received the two pairs of shoes, because they never bothered to tell me they were sending them again.
On amazon I would have been reimbursed immediately. As it was I had to go back and forth with Ruby Shoo for weeks, argue my case like a freaking lawyer, and finally threaten them with legalese. All of this because they were too cheap to honor a sales contract of not even $100 value... I am a physics student and not British, so let me tell you that becoming a UK consumer rights expert just so I don't get scammed isn't my idea of a fun time. A very unpleasant experience and I am NEVER trusting this company again for any kind of transaction.
