Put my order in on 9/04/19 paid for it at that time, with a estimate date of delivery on 9/19/19. Called 9/18/19 and was told their equipment at the factory broke down but production would restart 9/21/19. Called again on 9/20/19 to try to get my order sent as fast as possible or at least get a delivery date.I originally gave a 1 star rating after getting told I can cancel or wait for my order with no delivery date expectation. Someone it seems did rush my order by Fed Ex. 95lbs in weight and I received it on the 27th in time for my contractor to install on schedule. It must have cost a lot to ship it that way. Thank You Rubber Flooring Inc.

Shopping on the web site was super easy. The product that I purchased arrived within three days. The product itself is excellent. I ordered the Nitro Flex tiles and I love them. Super easy to install. Soft rubber which makes it easy to cut. I bought this use as a mat to put underneath my John Deere lawnmower so I wouldn't ruin my newly painted floor. The wheels tend to get hot and they leave marks on the paint. This worked out great!!

When I ordered, I also emailed that I needed confirmation that I ordered the right trim pieces. I received an email back that someone would contact me. They never did and I had the wrong pieces when they arrived. When they did not fit, I called customer service for a return authorization. They said to throw it away and they would credit my card. I saw the credit show up, but it was only $50 and not the $91 it should have been. I called again and was told by customer service that the girl who originally did the credit incorrectly would call me back. She never did. Great product but terrible customer service! Still waiting for a call back.

hard to get someone to answer the phone without waiting ten minutes or more. Also when you order the boarder for the tiles it doesn't come with the corners. That is just plan stupid. Also the floor is not rubber and it is noisy to walk on.

Very pleased with this rubber tile floor. It installed easily over a concrete subfloor. Although I initially had a difficult time communicating with customer service, we all eventually got on the same page. They ended up being quite helpful.

This is the second time I’ve used this type of floor in the garage. First one was installed five years ago and still holding up better than a paint job and looks better too. I put this in one of my rentals because the floor needed to be painted. It just sharpened up the floor and the whole house. Actually kind of fun to install.

I just received the floor so can't review how it wares, but the rubber flooring looks great. Delivery was exceptional. Has a bit of the rubber odor but thats to be expected. Installation was very easy, the flooring cuts easy with a SHARP exacto knife.

Order arrive quickly, packaged so that they were clean upon arrival, and dropped right in front of my garage door on a pallet. I ordered 8mm interlocking rubber tiles, and I'm very happy with the result. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you!

Response to Rubber Flooring: PO# 1986032
Very disappointed with my experience wit this company.
I ordered a dance floor and rubber sub-floor and was told it was in stock and would ship in a couple of days. After a week I noticed I had not received a shipping notice and logged in to see the date had been pushed back. This was the second time it had been pushed back. I called the company and was told it was delayed for another 2 weeks. a week late I got an email saying it was now delayed for a month. Obviously Rubber Flooring Inc. can't control their suppliers. But their customer service has been really poor. They told me it was in stock. They never notified me about the delay until I called. I called customer service to see about other products I could receive quicker, as their email said to do so.
The customer service rep was not at all helpful and off-putting. He clearly had been trained in customer service and was using the standard verbiage, but his complete lack of sincerity and disinterest was apparent. He didn't offer any viable solutions and I ended cancelling my order. During the call I mentioned that online it still showed it in stock and shipping in 1-2 days (note other websites have the correct shipping dates) and he just deadpanned, " I'll let IT know".
I also discovered why their websites has such good reviews. I left an accurate review and it is not showing up on their website. So, they only have good reviews because they just do not put the bad reviews up. Despite my disgust with their service, their failure to post any bad reviews did make me chuckle a little.
Update 1: I have made three calls and it has been over 24 hours since I cancelled the order. I am still waiting for confirmation that it has been cancelled. First I was told that it had not been submitted yet, despite it having been over five hours. Then I was told because it is over $1000 that it needs to be approved by a manager. Today when I called I was told it is now in accounting, but they won't be in for another hour..... How hard is it to cancel a product that not only has not shipped, but is not in stock and won't be for another month? I want my cancellation confirmation so that I can order the floor from another store. I do not trust that Rubber Flooring Inc will not just send it out in a month without getting that cancellation confirm. Even when I look up my account on their site it is showing processing in warehouse. Come on Rubber Flooring Inc., you need to do better.
Update #2: We are now over 48 hours since I cancelled the order. I have spoken with 4 customer service reps and a manager. Apparently accounting is the hold up. It seems they are well trained in charging the customer, but aren't quite sure how to return money. Mind you, this isn't a return situation as I never got the product. Nor is it a lost package situation as they know they never sent it.
I must now thank Rubber Flooring Inc. for their ineptitude. I have turned their abysmal service into a case study here at work. I stand before the office in the conference room looking over the spreadsheets, process maps and Kanban boards analyzing just how embarrassingly bad customer service can be at some companies, and yet the still appear to have decent reviews online. Several times I argue with my team that the facts I presented them are real, and not made up. Despite their reservations about the veracity of that claim, we plow ahead in our attempt to improve our own customer service and make sense of the fiasco I have been subjected to. We form teams and brainstorm how things could be done differently. Quickly, we come up with industry altering paradigms such as, “how about if an item is not in stock, we don’t say it is stock. But instead, say it is not in stock”. I marvel at the brilliance and simplicity of our first new performance indicator.
During a deep dive into the returns process I see a confused look upon the face of our newest hire. This is her first foray into our team-wide strategy sessions, so I halt the proceedings to bring her up to speed and make sure we are all rowing in the same direction. She asks, “but if they never sent the product, you know, because they don’t have it, how come they can’t process a return in a reasonable time frame without requiring what appears to be at least a three-step process?” Exactly, Sally. Exactly. I explain that running a business is an arduous task and it is easy to think that would be the case, but I bring in our CPA’s to explain float and she starts to understand the business application, but is still having trouble wrapping her mind the ethical implications. I want to spend more time here, but we must move on as our linguistic specialists and acing coaches are here.
We are enthralled as the master thespian not only diatribes the carefully researched language to express but does so in a way where we actually believe he cares. Sally is now audibly weeping because she knows that deep down this actor portraying a customer service rep; this person really is sorry for the inconvenience that they have caused. These are not just words read from a script. No, they are visceral, and heart felt. They are same words we heard from Rubber Flooring Inc., but they are being delivered by a person who cares about me. Me. The customer. It is a such a strange sensation and I start to question reality. Do they really care? Have I just been trying to get my return confirmation for so long that I’m suffering from Stockholm Syndrome? Am I dreaming? As we all waver in out of consciousness, we, as a group, come to a startling realization. None of this matters and we just want our cancellation confirmation.

I love my floor, and both of my Harley Davidson motorcycles look great on it. Also the floor isn’t as cold anymore. Easy to install as well!

Cancel my order or wait till they deliver it without any expedited condition.
No fore-warning that my order would be held up and no sympathy that my remodeling is being held up. Phone reps. were very polite.

Received floor tiles in estimated time frame, however the corner of the pallet appeared to be damaged during shipment, as several of the corners were scraped and/or bent beyond repair. I contacted Customer Service promptly and the Rep that took on my case was wonderful to work with. We messaged back and forth several times, while I was forwarding the photos he requested. The last time we conversed was Friday. I sent a few followup emails since, but have not heard anything as of yet, so maybe he is out of the office. I decided to email the main Customer Service dept in the meantime, for an update on status. I will say my Rep seemed legitimately concerned with taking care of the problem and providing quality service, so I want to believe the issue will be taken care of shortly. In the meantime, I have my eye on a couple of their other products, but will hold off on ordering until I am certain the current issue has been satisfactorily taken care of.
