RRS promises on its website two service guarantees: a) no cure, no pay "geen succes, geen betaling" and b) 3-month guarantee "Op alle door RRS ontstopte en gereinigde rioleringen is een garantietermijn van drie maanden van toepassing".
A RRS plumber came at my apartment to unblock my kitchen sink. Before I pay, I asked him if the problem is solved and he reassured me that it is solved for good, because he didn't want to come back (referring to the 3-month guarantee).
One day after the plumber's intervention, the sink get blocked again, and I immediately mentioned the issue to the RRS administration, invoking the 3-month guarantee and requesting to arrange another appointment to efficiently unblock my sink.
They then rejected my guarantee claim, arguing that my problem was "structural". I argued back that if the problem was structural, I should have known beforehand and I shouldn't have paid according to the "geen succes, geen betaling".
I then asked my money back because they didn't fix the blockage as promised, but they keep denying both the refund and the guarantee. I have now opened a legal procedure against them in Consumentenbond and will not give up until this unfair situation is resolved.
