I was very sceptic first, because after I signed up I google searched and found a lot of Unsatisfied customers of this program. Not this company, but a lot of scams too.
After you resolved my first credit card with over 60% savings, I am very happy with this program.
This company is very professional and a lots of communications.
I would recommend this company to a friend and family

They're doing exactly what they've promised to do which is to negotiate with my creditors to get reduced payments and it has been giving me breathing room each month. They're customer service has been excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone struggling with loans and credit card payments

I was initially pleased with their work. Then within the past 2 weeks things have fallen apart. I have been sued by a creditor in my program, RLG has the account as settled and spent 2 hours trying to convince me it was settled.....It was not, they settled an account that was not in my program! When they acknowledged that "mistake" they did nothing to expedite resolving the one I was sued about (the one in the program.....the one they did not appear for in court for me, as contractually bound to do- breech of contract 1). They then gave me a fictitious address for their corporate office in Overland Park, KS (the office is a mail box service for RLG named REGUS and while they did get me in contact with a Donald Norris, Mr. Norris (with a Nevada area code) would not even apologize and said he would get me in contact with their local attorney. The local attorney did give me a call, but said the only thing he could do was have a customer service agent (not an attorney) call to try to work things out for me. They did call, a Nigel, called and he proceeded to ATTEMPT to put the blame on me and not address by lawsuit or they fact that they reached an agreement with someone not in my program. Nigel called at a very bad time for me and was very rude on the phone (and yes I was irritated and angry during the call), and he said he would call me back on Monday ( it is now Thursday and surprise....no phone call to date). So when I called about another correspondence I received from RLG, I asked to have the call notes read back to me, they read them where he acknowledged the promised callback, but stated I REFUSED all options he offered (this is categorically NOT TRUE!!!). Careema (sp?) listened to my concerns and said she would make sure that I was contacted back by Nigel asap.
I am in this program and have NEE missed a payment or been late, I have only once received my promised monthly account review call....and that was when I called and complained about it. I was told I could visit their Overland Park office at anytime when I signed on, but that is NOT a real office, they have not sent a Power of Attorney letter to any/all of the accounts in my program, they have gotten me sued and not lifted one finger to assist as my contract states they would, I have been called a liar on multiple occasions (both passively and actively) by their employees, I have been told they "do not make mistakes" even after I have expressly pointed the out. I am at my wits end with this group and see no other option besides seek representation that will cover my interests, and will be effectual counsel, unlike RLG, ineffectual counsel, that does not respect their contract or their clients. STAY VERY FAR AWAY. A report to the Kansas Attorney General is being prepared!

They helped me get out of a pretty deep hole after my divorce and saved me from losing everything. Whit all my debt I had I was on the brink of losing my home switch the lower payment they had offered me I luckily never had to go down that route. My debts are settled now and I feel free finally!

Agent Kevin T.
Thank you for fixing the discrepancy in one of my accounts. For future calls please consider speaking a little more slowly or enunciate more clearly. Speed in customer service calls is very important, however speaking clearly and distinctly will show care in handling future customers.

Very happy with Royal Legal Group. Was able to get everything paid off on our own terms and get our life back in order after some unforeseen challenges in life that our creditors wouldn't help us out with. Now our credit is going through the roof and all of the stress we did have is gone!

Kevin C was helpful today - my bad for calling after the negotiators had left. Overall our experience with Royal Legal Group has been frustrating at best. I don’t know if it is just our situation, however, three of our four accounts that have been negotiated so far have ended up in legal action, requiring us to pay more money in and often pay for legal fees as well. We had to come up with 2 additional payments of $800 and one additional payment of $600 on top of the $554.32 that we pay monthly. So for April, May and June, our payments in will have totaled $3,862.96!! We have one more account to begin negotiating. I’m praying that this account will be negotiated without going to litigation.

I signed up a few years ago with the Royal Legal Group because I realized I was overextended and needed professional help renegotiating my debt with my creditors. I read the few reviews online, and I was desperate. I had a good job and didn't want to claim bankruptcy because I knew I could pay off my debt. I had not been late on any payments on my accounts at that point, but knew I would be by the next month.
Royal agreed to negotiate my debt with creditors for a set monthly payment amount. They stated it would take about 6 months to build enough in the account to start negotiations with my creditors, but in a few years I would be out of debt.
UPDATE: Almost two years into the program, this was the status of my accounts I placed with them:
1. One account had been negotiated and was paid off by this time.
2. Another account was negotiated and payments were being made.
3. At this point, on two other accounts I was sued because Royal had not negotiated with them. I had to go to court several times. Royal says in their booklet that they handle the courts. They did not. I begged them to help. They just kept telling me to go to court and ask for more time. Mind you, this process is very stressful. It involves several days missed at work and daily long phone calls to Royal. One of these accounts, they did negotiate a deal with after I had been to court three times on it, but then failed to make payments as agreed upon through their payment services group (GCS). Yep. When you use two-day mail on the day before Thanksgiving, the check doesn't get there on Friday. I called them so many times stressing that there was an issue, but they did not do anything. In fact, they waited so long to even investigate that it extended past the 2-day mail record keeping time frame.
Meanwhile, the creditor decided to garnish my wages. Again, Royal did NOTHING. I called daily, several times a day. I begged and pleaded for help. I kept getting told (after waiting on hold for 30 minutes + each time) that my situation had been escalated and someone would contact me in 48 hours, that a negotiator would call me back, that a legal team had been engaged, etc. Nope... Didn't happen. I was hung up on over five times after waiting on hold over 30 minutes.
4. The remaining two accounts STILL had not been negotiated.
So, almost two years in, and I was in a way worse predicament than I was originally. This was the WORST possible outcome I could have imagined.
After my wages were garnished, I realized I could not continue paying Royal, all my other bills, and have 25% of my paycheck go to a garnishment. Plus, with another active lawsuit going on, I didn't trust that Royal/GCS would make the payments on time with that one. Just an FYI, once a person is sued and terms negotiated, if the negotiated terms are not met down to the day of payment, garnishments CAN and WILL happen!
To get out of this horrible cycle of debt, I had a friend help me with a loan to get the garnishments stopped and "graduated" from the Royal legal group because they failed me miserably. I asked for the balance of my account. Of course, they paid themselves handsomely again from the final check they cut me. I took over payments on the one account they still were paying on. Worked out affordable terms with the remaining accounts.
Royal pocketed almost half the money I gave to them in two years, and I feel they only made my situation 1,000 times worse. Companies like Royal CAN make the situation worse. They promise to negotiate with your creditors and get you lower payments or restructured to your budget. Mind you, each account they negotiate, they pocket 25% of the value of the debt. Plus, they use a payment service provider (Global Client Solutions - GCS) who will gladly take fees and service charges from the account.
I wish I had saved myself this entire experience. I felt I didn't have time or experience to deal with my creditors for myself that is why I engaged Royal. I did have a solid income. I knew I could pay my creditors off. I just needed a professional to assist to restructure the terms, so to speak.
I feel as though I spent way more time dealing with courts, my company's payroll, Royal, GCS (Royal's payment company), etc. than I EVER would have if I would have just dealt with my creditors directly. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company I have ever dealt with in my life. And, I am not saying this to be mean. I was never once able to speak to the next level of service or management.
After being with Royal for almost two years, I was having my wages garnished, engaged in another active lawsuit, and still had two accounts that were not negotiated.
It was an absolute nightmare.
