I ordered boots 11/9/19, still nothing as of 12/23/19. I was scammed like everyone else. It's hard to believe these people can do this to another human being & not give a damn. Ruthless. Guess I'll see if my bank can do anything.

UPDATE: I started a resolution with PayPal and had my money back within 2 days. If you ordered thru PayPal it’s easy to get ur money. Ordered my boots on Facebook on 10/20/19. 60 days later no boots. I have been in constant contact with someone named Uo Uo with no results after 15 emails. I finally got a tracking # when I checked my order status. The tracking # was as helpful as Uo Uo. I bought thru PayPal and I plan on disputing this charge. After reading the other comments I don’t believe the boots will be as advertised anyway.

I have just read the reviews on this so called company who say they pride themselves on Customer service. and I have also been corresponding with someone called uo uo from the so called company. i too had seen their advertisement on facebook and ordered them thinking they were an american company until I got in touch with them when my boots didn't arrive three weeks in. That's when uo uo came on the scene and been back and for it with few emails and keep getting told the same thing order normal be with me soon. Now on six weeks and last email from them gave me tracking website but no tracking number. I have emailed demanding a refund and threatening to report them. I too thought that because it was on facebook it would have been a bit more legit and that they would have been vetted in some way. Will keep posted if hear anything more but after reading all your comments not holding out much hope of getting the boots even though I have now emailed the customer services oh well you live and learn

I also ordered the boots in October and saw them on Facebook first. After reading the reviews here, I lost any hope that I will actually get them but they did arrive today! However they’re quite different to what’s on the pictures;) the sole is totally different, color as well. Fabric is very thin and definitely not warm! I don’t think I can have much use of them, maybe just for driving to a supermarket.. anyway, I’ve learnt my lesson and will never order anything from a site like that again!

Ordered boots on 10/16/19 still have not received them and don't have any contact information. If anyone knows how to get in touch with this company, please let me know.

Ordered boots in october and not got them I just get emails from different chinese names with excuses ..I am livid and now they say they have lost my boots parcel !!!
Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY I believe they are fake !!!
And do not click on any track your package link as it's probably a virus!!
I have told them i want boots or money back in my account within 48 hours or I am contacting the press and trading standards !!!

Ordered items in October, still waiting! But the money they will write off right away.
Trying to reach them by mail but get "no delivery" status.... Now hopefully I will get my money back from the bank.....

Ordered and paid for boots on 25th October, still not arrived,no joy trying to contact them, e mail does not exist, guess this is a scam company. Do not use !!!

don't order from this shop ! i'm ordered boots from october'14 and never received until now. SCAM Company !

Ordered boots on October 15, its November 19th, and I emailed them, no answer yet. I got them off an ad in my feed in Facebook, I thought facebook wouldn't endorse fake or scam companies. Guess not!

Facebook needs to check up on companies that want to advertise and sell products!

I'm going to call my bank, don't know if they will cover my being "duped"...

DO NOT order anything from this company. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. There is no such company. Please be aware of Facebook scams like this company. Also, if there is NO phone number, do NOT order. I also got them taken off Facebook. I will be pursuing charges.

Paid Rotablade by PayPal on17th October for boots. Tried to email them they don’t exist. Guessing I should contact PayPal to see where I stand.

I ordered a jacket and boots back in October 24, 2019, haven't received my ordered either, here it is 11-18-19. I will stop payment of my credit card

SCAM. Ordered these on Oct.18 took our money. No further contact with them. Sent email 7 times but did not go through. These same boots are on at least 6 different web sites. Probable all are a scam.

I too was taken in by this company. Ordered my boots on October 17, they took my money on October 18 with a one week shipping delivery and have still not received them or heard anything from them. There is no way to contact them!! I will be contacting my credit card company to let them know of this SCAM.

Never received boots it’s a scam!

Don’t buy from these people. I ordered some boots two months ago and have received nothing. All enquires have been fruitless. Tracking info in Chinese. They will take your money and give nothing back. No wonder they can afford free fast delivery! If my boots arrive I will update this but I don’t hold my breath that anything is forthcoming.

Ordered a pair of boots, taken my money but no goods received and no tracking number, scam. They say they have been despatched but can't give me a tracking number and it's states fast delivery and still waiting. Do not recommend. This review will be amended should I receive my items.
