Cheap product, engraving errors by company and terrible return policy. Do not buy a engraved item from this company. They shipped us a product that they had correctly engraved the earrings but didn’t correctly engrave the necklace pendant.
When I asked to return it they stated that because the item was engraved it couldn’t be returned. How does this make sense? No where on their website when ordering is there a free comment field, nor does it state any direction ie write letters not in initial set but in clockwise order. The earrings clearly articulated what the set of initials where yet when they engraved the necklaces all sense went out the window. I now am left to wait to see if the product will break to get a refund. Warranty isn't really useful because I don’t want the garbage product anymore...

After being more than a week late on delivery, and not responding to my e-mail, they have the audacity to ask for a review. This company does not provide any service whatsoever from the second they have your money. The ring and engraving are underwhelming, and it's not worth the hassle. It clearly differs from the pictures online, the engraving is not as deep in real life and is barely visible compared to the pictures they advertise. There are many other brands that will provide the same, if not better, product and will actually care about you as a customer and not completely be unresponsive. Steer clear of this company who obviously doesn't care about building a client base. Disgraceful. Please read all the other comments before purchasing, it's not a coincidence that so many people are complaining about the customer service...

Really bad quality jewelry. Small and cheap. I ordered a few bracelets one of which being a bangle. it was comical how tiny it was in wrist size- it fit my 7 year old niece. When I tried to return the 3 products I received an email with a lot of CAPPED and BOLD words it felts a little too aggressive. Customer service is bad. Return policy is terrible (ship back to the Netherlands?) All of the above you should really just pass on this brand. Go to Sachi instead. You would be disappointment

AMAZING customer service experience. I lost my Rosefield watch and was devastated because I loved it so much. The watch was no longer in stock but a customer service rep from Rosefield worked hard to help me find a replacement. His effort was above and beyond the effort that other companies make. I was so appreciative and so pleased with the company's effort to make their customers happy.

I bought the Tribeca watch with the mesh strap. The watch itself looked great, however when I tried to put it on the strap would not close, it would just flip open straight away. I was very disappointed and put it back in the box. When I called customer support they said to send it to repairs and claim my warranty. I sent it and after a week or so they send it back exactly how it was. I phoned again and they said there was nothing wrong. I have now returned the watch for a refund but they are saying I claimed warranty I can’t return it, which is ridiculous, they have now both the watch and my payment. Appalling customer service. Since then have bought watch from other brand exact same mesh strap and it closes perfectly.

Cheap product and terrible return policy. Do not buy a watch for this company. They shipped us a product that worked off and on and then when I asked to return it they stated that because the device was activated it couldn’t be returned. How does this make sense? I need to activate the watch to find out it is not working. Along with this, they removed the review I left on their website. Be warned, do not purchase from this company. they charged my credit card 4 times for the same item.
they have no costumer care number for north America and they're chat isnt available. It's the middle of the night in Canada, I've set my alarm to be able to speak to someone within the hours of operation and nothing. All charges still on my credit card, all 4 emails unanswered and the chat unavailable.
the amount debited was so big my car payment bounced resulting in extra fees.
Just dont purchase. DONT

I had an issue with my order, which was resolved within hours. Communication via email is very effective (no days of waiting, as I have experienced with competitors of ROSEFIELD).
Upon placing an order I misspelled my email address as well as the shipping address (autofill mistake). I sent an email to the support team and Evita immediately made the necessary corrections. In the meantime, I have changed my mind and decided to remove one of the items from my order and sent another email right after. Since the order was not processed yet Evita kindly assisted me accordingly.
On top of that, I receive my money within 24 hours and my order came the next day after dispatch (I live in the Netherlands). WOW! Can this get any better?

The SUPPORT department (specially Evita) doesn't know what they are doing, does not even know how their own system works.
Their necklace came broken, I went on their website to ask to send it back, their chat support person told me to email SUPPORT instead. When I emailed SUPPORT, this lady Evita told me to email RETURNS instead. I emailed RETURNS, then their company system separately emailed me for feedback of my conversation with SUPPORT. I gave my feedback to say they need to update their communication system, nobody seems to know who the customer should write to, and that they could have forwarded my case when they received it to RETURNS, instead of making me do it again.
The next day, this lady Evita wrote back and said she received my feedback (okay?) with the same email I sent the first time. It seemed like the system attached the conversation with the feedback (which makes sense), and told me I made a mistake of sending the email back to her instead of RETURNS. This company does not know what they are doing, and is a waste of time. For the price I paid for their (broken) products, absolutely disappointed.

I ordered a watch in the sale after Christmas, the money was taken from my account and I got an email to thank me for my order and to say my watch will be sent shortly. After this email, I waited a week and I had not heard anything so I contacted customer services to enquire about my purchase, only to receive a very impersonal reply. The reply said, “We have emailed everyone whose order was cancelled (including you) and notified them of the changes.” Basically telling me my order was cancelled, I hadn’t received this email they told me about at all - that was completely untrue. I didn’t find anything out about my order until I contacted them. I received no sincere apology, offer of compensation or a decent reply. It was a rude, impersonal and vague response. I am shocked at how badly my purchase was handled and can’t believe they think this is acceptable. I would never buy a product from here again and judging by all of the other terrible reviews, which is most of them on here, I don’t think I’m the only one. I am personally offended and extremely disappointed at how rude ‘customer service’ were. Would not recommend this to anyone else, there are so many other lovely watch companies that this one can most definitely be avoided at all costs.

Once again a patronising and copied and pasted response. A busy time of year isn’t an excuse for poor customer service, plenty of other companies maintain excellent service throughout the year and they manage to speak to customers politely/deal with issues efficiently whether it’s Christmas or not.
Secondly, the fact that 42% of the reviews are in the ‘bad’ category speaks for itself. I have zero interest in using this company again, I can’t see it lasting much longer.

Wouldn't recommend women's watch with 'leather' strap.
Bought mine just back in December 2017, with pink 'leather' strap. It hasn't been a year yet but strap looks awful (warn off, lost pink colour).
They should not call it leather ...

Very happy with the service, fast delivery and products
I got myself a giftbox with a watch and bracelet for a great price. I was a bit scared to order from the website after reading some of the reviews but did it anyway because I just couldn't get the giftbox out of my mind. I was pleasant surprised when my order was delivered within only 2 days!

Horrible experience. Bought two watches for comparison and intended to return the second. I purchased around cyber Monday in November 2017 so I was to get a free bracelet too.
To date (Feb 2018) no one can answer how To return my second watch. I've made an excellent attempt to be in contact with them at least once a week and still no success. I'm out the money and stuck with a second watch. I never did receive my free bracelet either. It's been a nightmare...over a watch.
Their watches are simple and classic but no better or worse than any other classic watch. Service is what should have made them stand out and they've ruined that chance.

I had a problem with my first Watch I ordered, a fast solution was found to replace my Watch. I had an other problem on an other Watch it was fixed.
They answered very quickly and proposed me a very good solution.
I have read the previous review it was bad and if i had seen it before i would have never ordered but I think that since they have made a huge effort and I Don't regret my orders at all !

I ordered a watch at their official site for Christmas and the package was delivered via mail. When I opened the package, there was nothing in it. Completely empty, not even a receipt. The package of the clearly damaged, so I contacted the PostNL (the delivery company).
They told me there was nothing they could do, because the Rosefield send the watch without any cover/insurance. Rosefield doesn’t provide you with an option to send the package with an insurance, so everything they send out is under a huge risk. The post company told me that I had to contact Rosefield to get help from them. But contacting Rosefield is impossible.
They won’t respond to my Facebook messages (although they do read it, I can see that), they don’t respond to my emails, they don’t respond to any Instagram messages. Nothing. I also tried to call them, but that is even more frustrating.
First of all, they let you wait for a minute. And when the first minute passed, they tell you to leave your message after the beep. And of course, they will call you back after they heard your message. I haven’t heard a thing from this company…
Now I bought the watch at another company (Bijenkorf) and they delivered it the next day. Right in time for Christmas. But now I spend my money twice on this watch and that is one time more than necessary. I paid for two watched and only got one…
TLDR; I ordered a watch, but the watch was never in the package. Rosefield send their watches without insurance, so that is a huge risk the company takes. The post company can’t mean anything, because there is no insurance on the company. So Rosefield is 100% responsible for a complete delivery. Trying to contact Rosefield is impossible, they never respond on any of my messages. I had to buy the watch at another store, so now I paid for two watched and only got one…
Ps. If you respond, which I highly doubt, you can do it in Dutch or English.
