So so so so so so so so bad. I paid 115€ for the "Modo" suitcase, as my previous suitcase, which back in the day cost me 30€, has finally died after 2 years of intense travelling. So, imagine my surprise, when on the same day of buying this rather expensive suitcase, I already notice how the wheels, especially one, is deteriorating and making it impossible to roll on 4 wheels. ON THE SAME DAY! I had literally gone from Heathrow to Berlin and in that short time, it was ALREADY breaking. It really is, without exaggeration, the WORST suitcase I've had in my entire life. It really drives me nuts when I have to carry it, cause it doesn't roll at all and it reminds me of the worst investment of my life. NEVER AGAIN!!! I REQUEST NEW WHEELS!

Where can I get replacement wheels for Roncato spinner wheels luggage

Second bad carry-on suitcase. First one, hard shell, broke in the first month of use and the second was purchased becasue the shop would only give credit and no refund (after months of arguing). Second, a spinner wheel broke within a few years (normal use), rendering it useless. Cannot find spares, the website doesn't even work. Never again. I understand some things brake, but I absolutely hate if you cannot fix it. I refuse to chuck one suitcase away every 3 years!!!!

I had same or worse `experience as reviews below:
1. VERY BAD QUALITY i bought a new suitcase and it tore on first trip .
2. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE- no way to contact them except through an online email form. waiting a few days already and no reply, they obviously do this on purpopse to avoid warrantuy fulfillment. DISHONEST!!!
3. TERRIBLE WEBSITE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- it shows no repair locations except in italy. no way to contact. difficult to navigate it
NEVER AGAIN.I WAS VERY DUMB TO BUY THEIR LUGGAGE WHEN OTHER NAME BRANDS WITH GREAT SERVICE ARE AVAILABLE.

I bought suitcase Ironik trolley 4 wheels, M size. It started to brake straight away. Extremely horrible quality. I am on my trip right now and 2 weeks after the purchase I have broken lock and one wheel came off. I need to travel for another 3 months before I come back to my home country. Client service is very unhelpful. I keep writing to them hoping to solve the problem. Unfortunately they reply very slow, do not read my messages properly and 3 days later send me a strange reply. "Sorry, we cannot fix your suitcase in the Netherlands", although in my message to them it clearly says that I am in Thailand. I never ever will buy Roncato luggage again.

I bought a bag by Roncato recently. When placing the bag down on the floor the metal decoration on the bag caught my knee and cut my skin causing a deep cut by the knee. Obviously the handbag was poorly made for the metal to stick out and I do not expect this from a handbag that was not cheap.
I have tried to contact Roncato three times now but have not had a response each time. I am deeply unimpressed and not satisfied with the customer service or the products they sell.

Roncato is an Italian suitcase manufacturer. I bought a nice 4 wheel suitcase a couple of years ago, and recently one of the wheels jammed and wore down to a stub. Roncato claim they have a world wide service network so I tried to use it to get a set of new wheels, or at least find a service centre.
It's been impossible. Their web site is appalling, a mix of Italian and English, light grey font on white background, only authorised dealers can login to place orders, customers are directed to "try to find it in our website www . roncato . com 'Roncato world à Service centers'" which is impossible to find.
I managed to stumble across a "find a service centre near you", which applies only to Italy.
Conclusion: Forget it, Roncato has no service centres outside Italy, if your suitcase breaks, chuck it out and buy a new one.
