I have tried to contact romwe customer service too many times and they keep saying that someone will get back to me. At this point today I tried for the 4th time to contact someone through the so called 24h live chat . After speaking to 2 different people a d sending the screenshot they asked me for (as I also did the 3 prior times in the past 2 weeks ) the managed to cut me off from being able to chat with anyone! I am infuriated because I have shopped with then before and always tried to say good things regardless of the fact that I received a broken itme. at this point I'm simply trying to find out why I cant use the romwe earnings program that gives you 5 dollars per each friend you get to sign up to romwe . The app says o ha e redeemed 10 dollars for 2 people that have signed up through my link that romwe provided. I have asked customer service, and even emailed the actual manager or at least that's what they're trying to make me think. They have never responded or givin me any reason or updates for their false advertising! And let me go ahead and say that the tracking system is absolutely garbage! They take forever to ship out and dont tell you when somthing you order is out of stock! Then they try and say that it's taking longer for shipping cuz they didn't have all the items you ordered. And you never get tracking until the order is in the us and basically about to be dropped off. False advertising and horrible customer service ! They blocked me from live chat because they didn't know what to argue after having falsely advertising coupons you never get ! If the site says redeemed than it should be redeemed! Liars.

There is no option to delete your account, the only thing you can do is contact them and ask them to ''close'' your account.This is ridiculous.

I placed my order on the 9th of September and my package still has not been shipped. It is the 19th and I need my package by the 21st. I am highly upset with how long it took to process my order whereas it took 6 business days to process my order when it should've taken 2-4 business days according to the website. Then they still have not given my order to the post office! I know I won't receive my package in time for my event. So now I have to go shopping again to try to find a dress. I contacted them and they said there is nothing they can do. Never order from them if you need a packed by a certain date!!

Very bad quality product. I ordered a dress that I thought was really cute. I ordered a small but the dress was huge on me and I am usually a US Medium. Furthermore, the fabric was super scratchy and had a weird smell to it.
I decided to return the product because the site said free returns. However, they are making me pay 5.99 to return the dress. That is what frustrated me. You send me a bad product and now your are making me pay to send it back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

The sizing for this manufacturer is absolutely ridiculous - for an online site, you would expect there to be some accuracy with regard to specifcation and just flat out common sense. I had order a x-small sweater (as a 5 foot 2 female - thinking this might even be too big). as it came in, it looked like it was fit for a toddler, so i had sent it back and ordered a Medium - which is obviously 2 sizes up. It came in and maybe 1/5 of an inch longer on the torso and on the sleeves. I was absolutely dumbfounded, and considering it take 5-10 business days for shipping it's not worth it to keep going back and forth wtih these people.
Last time i will be ordering from this site, their customer service is very average, but it just seems like a very lazy manufacturer.

Have had my account for almost two years, clothes are okay. I ordered a bag about two weeks ago which arrived early and looked like it was in the picture - but it smelt like a dead animal. I let it hang outside hoping the smell would go away but nope. I emailed them twice to ask what the smell was or if I could return it but I got no reply each time. So that's the last time I'm buying something from their website.

Signed up on chat to check availability, was told by Rachelle the items I ordered were on backorder and immediately disconnected without being able to ask anymore questions. Ordered them because the site did not say there were on backorder and the order went through. Waited THREE weeks with no contact (emails went to junk email). Twice contacted again through chat, was AGAIN disconnected by Rachelle after asking one question. Finally received tracking # saying it shipped and would deliver in 2 days. THEN, received email saying it wouldn't deliver. Asked for a refund which was issued. Based on this, assuming they never did ship. This site is a SCAM. Do not waste your time. HORRIBLE customer service.

Romwe as a whole is legit. They have real products and they generally look like the products online, with the occasional issue in sizing. However, when coming across sending products back for exchange or return that is another story. I spoke to several representatives about some items that I wanted to return for both exchange and return. I clarified several times the items I wanted for return and I wanted for exchange. In the end they kept one of my items that I said I wanted to exchange for a different size. When trying to reach them they told me I'd have to pay for shipping to have that item sent, because they didn't send it with my other products. Prior to this conversation they had 24/7 chatting services. After talking to them about my products, they conveniently didn't have 24/7 chatting, and I never saw my exchange money returned. They never returned any of my emails as well. I no longer trust this site, as they proved themselves untrustworthy after these occurrences.

I’m beginning to think you guys are scammers. You have no cyst or service number or anything. I’m glad I took a screenshot of my order info when I purchased just in case this would happened. I ordered from Romwe for back to school almost one month ago. Its been saying my order is shipped for weeks but I didnt recieve a ginle email or update. Terrible service and dont even have a phone number. When I try to send a customer email it says that the email address isnt real and sends it back to me. I spent a lot of money on this and if my order doesnt come in the next week I will take some action. I dont even have a reference number and the order number doesnt even work. will never buy from this website again and i will spread the word that this is the worst website possible.

Ordered on a Sunday, got a shipping confirmation with tracking the following Monday (next day)! AWESOME.
However, its now Friday 5 days later, and the tracking still shows it hasn't even left their warehouse yet and USPS is still waiting for it. All they did was print a shipping label, ..... LOL

hello sir/madame my order tracking is stuck on 23/07 in Chinese letters I asked for help and submit a ticket and now they said my product might be lost and they will refund me but now tell me to wait more about the product and they wouldn't be able to do anything I had a good view on romwe on my first order and I recommend my friend this app they order too and theirs are stuck too written in Chinese letters I would really like more help that's why they say my package is on it's way but it's 1 month and it is supposed to be here as I ask they said this date I can't get refund nor ask for more help I spend $92 it's a lot delivery was supposed to be the (your date) August but the tracking somehow stopped i just want my delivery I would like more help from you thank you very much in advance.

The customer service is poor, I've been trying to get an update on my refund and all the agents are disconnecting the chats without resolving my issue. This is the worst online customer service I've ever experienced and I will not recommend anyone else to shop there.

I finally got my order late but at least I got it and they also refunded me as there were some problems I liked mostly the customer service on Instagram and email than the app directly I got everything in good condition would probably use it again.

So far, my daughter has been ordering from this company, and her experience was always great. Romwe seems to be a trustworthy company. The items that my daughter received were all excellent. Ninety-eight percent of the sizes she ordered fit her. The ones that didn't were what we call "trial and error" size-fitting. But she made them work. She understood that buying online is different from being there trying on before paying. So, these things happen. We just made another order before I wrote this review.

Yesterday i made an order i did the order around 1 pm and first it said that my package was going to split in two because the products were in different warehouses so at 5 pm they sent me an email telling that my first package was shipped out and also they sent me the track number, and today at 3 am they sent me an email telling that my second package is out now and they also gave me the Track number. This is the third time i ordered from Romwe and i had no issues with the last two packages, it just took like 15 days to arrive but that was all, so this time they shipped out quicker then the last two orders. I will update this when my packages arrive. So far its been a good site to shop clothes and also in a good price.
