Steve and the sales Team are terrific in all respects. The van is fantastic. Shawn delivered the van and set up a wheelchair lock at my home. I have bought two vans in the past from Mobility Works with Braunability conversions. This van and the RollX conversion is superior in all respects. And, no more crazy rattles. Perfect. Functionality - the ramp works great and makes it much easier to get around with our daughter. We've had the van for about 6 months now and have had no problems.
Customer Service - they did a great job of consistently reaching out to me for the many month prior to our modification, but since the modification there has been no follow up. I have yet to need to reach out for service, but I do trust that when I make the call they will provide good service.
Product - having now gone through the modification process I wish I would have been better informed on three things:
1) there will be a chasm between your front seats that is nearly impossible to reach to the bottom when sitting in your seats. I wish we would have been informed of a "filler" or "riser" so that space could be better utilized. We've had a couple of close calls driving down the road when we've tried to retrieve something that fell in the pit.
2) we had no idea how much the modification would eat up the back end storage space of our van. Is this universal for all models? Being informed of this detail would help alleviate the surprise when finally receiving the modification. My guess is that it happens to all vehicles, but I wish we had known this piece.
3) now that we have experience with the Retractable Tie-Down, we would opt for the Power Tie-Down. It's a bit of pain having to get the four anchors secured to our daughter's medical stroller and then tighten each point. We've learned that we can keep the backs fixed and only change the length of the fronts in order to release the stroller and to then tighten it back up. But as winter approaches with some sloppy wheels, we can imagine that the Power Tie-Down would be much easier and more convenient for securing our daughter and limiting contact of our clothing with wet/dirty wheels as we reach around things to tighten up the straps. In the bidding process we weren't given pros and cons of the systems. We were only told that we have options and can choose which one is best for us...and to make sure we bid the same from competitors.

I am on my second van from Rollx after totaling my first in an accident that we all walked away from. Excellent service from first telephone call to paperwork laid out , explained and labeled.
I chose to use Rollx as they promised, and did, work with my local mechanic when and if repairs were needed. The 'local' disability van dealers [1 1/2 to 3 hours away] want you to bring the van to them at least once a year and then I would have to wait for them to finish with the car, basically taking up a whole day plus a long drive. For my initial van, they drove a model similar to my potential purchase to my house for me to check out, and even let me show it to my mechanic.
If I should need to replace this van down the road, I expect I will go to Rollx.

Buying something on line is difficult enough! But to buy a vehicle on line is a little more stressful! Not knowing if who you are talking to is an honest person!

The entire process for purchasing the van was Excellent. Steve Strain from Sales, answered all of our questions and worked with us to obtain the best price. Prior to purchasing the van, we were able to test drive and work all of the seat/transfer options. We live in SW Va., but Ethan was able to come down Kentucky from with only a days notice so we could see the van. The design team worked with us to design a T-bar so my husband can transfer from wheelchair to front passenger seat easier. The only area that could have been better was the delivery process. Our van arrived in NC on 1 July and was not delivered till 22 July. Travis was great at keeping us informed of when the van would be arriving, fitting us into the schedule appeared to be the issue. Also, since we are on the Tennessee/Virginia line, we thought Ethan would be delivering the van. Both Travis and Ethan worked with us to get us our van. Excellent Team Work. Thank you Rollx. The people in sales ( Tony Dahl) and the closing staff were excellent, I can't thank them enough for all the help and support they gave me. The staff in maintenance and service have consistently been above and beyond helping me out with any problems. This is my 5th Rollx van and I have looked around every time and always come back to Rollx. The quality of their products, the service is the best I have ever received of any product I have purchased!

I have bought 2 used full size vans from Rollx and I trust when you purchase from them you are getting a quality product they will stand behind.
I lowered my score to 3 because on our second purchase in early July on our second use after delivery the auto doors quit working. We had to disengage the auto doors and bungee them shut. To be clear they have a 30 day warranty and they paid the full $600 repair bill. I am just a little baffled why the unit wasn't better inspected prior to delivery. This inconvenience while covered financially caused us to be without the van for 4 days while in for repair.
Overall a very good company and I would recommend them.
