Item not received even though it states on the tracking system that the item is ready for collection, I had to send like 5 emails to get real answers and at the end I was told that is stuck in customs and they will not give me the money back until they receive the parcel back... 160 dollars thrown to the trash apparently....

I had been regularly purchasing oils for RMO. The oils were working for me.
The costumer service was horrible and bizarre. I received a promotional email with a discount code. I placed an order and tried to use the code.
The code did not work I called and explained ,was told that they never send a discount for that amount. I forward the email with the discount code.
Rep says yes that is from us but that she could not give me the discount without sending it to the office. I question this because it will make more work for me I get hung up on. I call back speak with manager that does not like me questioning their policy and says I will not be getting any discount. Then I receive an email saying I will receive the discount and an extra $10.
All very frustrating and disturbing. I no longer purchase from them.
